Abstract

The purpose of this study is, First, to examine poetry reading skills in third grade students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Kudus district. Secondly, developing poetry reading skills in MI III students in Kudus district. This research uses modeling techniques with PAR approaches and methods. The data obtained from various data collection techniques were analyzed using descriptive analysis. The results of this study showed that the development of modeling techniques was able to improve poetry reading skills in third grade MI students who became research sites. Through the development of this PAR modeling approach students are given examples in advance so that students can develop their poetry reading skills. The teacher's role in this research is as a facilitator as well as a student motivator to read poetry well. From the analysis, there was a finding that students' poetry reading skills improved after the application of modeling techniques in learning Indonesian, especially in poetry reading material. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that, the development of modeling techniques can improve students' poetry reading skills.Keywords: Development, PAR, Poetry Reading Skills

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of the experimental method, specifically using hydroponic techniques, in improving student learning outcomes in primary school science education. A quasi-experimental design with pre-test and post-test measures was employed, involving two groups of sixth-grade students from MI NU Tamrinut Thullab Undaan Kudus, Indonesia. The experimental group engaged in hands-on hydroponic activities, while the control group received traditional lecture-based instruction. The results indicate a significant improvement in the experimental group’s post-test scores (M = 89.31) compared to the control group (M = 74.33), with statistical analysis revealing a t-value of 5.85 (p < 0.05). Qualitative feedback from students further supports these findings, as they reported increased motivation and a deeper understanding of scientific concepts through the experimental method. This study highlights the potential of inquiry-based, hands-on learning to enhance student engagement and performance, especially in resource-limited educational settings. The findings suggest that integrating experimental methods into the science curriculum can significantly improve learning outcomes and should be considered in future educational reforms. However, the study's limitations, including a small sample size, indicate the need for further research to replicate these findings in diverse contexts.

Abstract

The learning activities implemented by educators who teach Fiqh class XI subjects at MA NU Nurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus are in accordance with the theory of applying the deep dialogue critical thinking model, and developing in the process. Second: The effectiveness of the application of the deep dialogue critical thinking (DDCT) model in Fiqh class XI subjects at MA NU Nurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus using two assessment models, namely: a. Non-test: observation of students' attitudes in the learning process during dialogue. b. Test: memorization of oral, written (description, objective). Third: Supporting factors and obstacles to the implementation of the deep dialogue critical thinking (DDCT) model in Fiqh class XI subjects at MA NU Nurul Ulum Jekulo Kudus include: Supporting factors: 1) In terms of adequate infrastructure; 2) In terms of educators who are competent in the field of science; 3) In terms of other supporting subjects; 4) In terms of achievement of students or alumni as stimulation and motivation to continue to excel. While the inhibiting factor; 1) In terms of students who are lazy, passive and experience learning difficulties; 2) In terms of limited time allocation; 3) In terms of teaching staff.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan media pembelajaran yang inovatif, efektif dan praktis pada materi sifat-sifat bangun ruang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh masih banyak sekolah dasar yang tidak mempunyai media sifat-sifat bangun ruang yang menari. Metode pengembangan media pembelajaran ini menggunakan metode langkah-langkah penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) terdiri dari 5 tahapan utama, yaitu tahap identifikasi yaitu melakukan analisis produk yang akan dikembangkan, tahap desain dan pengembangan, tahap evaluasi yaitu validasi ahli media dan ahli materi serta revisi, uji coba lapangan skala kecil dan revisi produk, dan uji coba lapangan skala besar dan produk akhir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media pembelajaran adobe flash profesional masuk ke dalam kategori sangat layak dan sangat efektif. This research aims to develop learning media that is innovative, effective and practical on the material properties of a polyhedron. This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many elementary schools that do not have the media for the characteristics of dancing spaces. This learning media development method uses the research and development steps (research and development) consists of 5 main stages, namely the identification stage, namely the analysis of the product to be developed, the design and development stage, the evaluation stage, namely validation of media experts and material experts and revisions, small-scale field trials and product revisions, and large-scale field trials and final products. The results showed that the adobe flash professional learning media fell into the very feasible and very effective category.
