Abstract

This study aims to analyze the development of health assessment indicators and the financial health condition of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). This research used a quantitative approach. The analysis technique used for evaluating the level of financial health referred to the Decree of The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises No. Kep-100/MBU/2002. The data collection technique used was documentation studies sourced from the annual report of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) from 2016 through 2018. The results showed that the development of the indicator value of return on equity, return on investment, and cash ratio decreased, while the value of collection periods, the ratio of equity to total assets, and inventory turn over increased. This study also found the fluctuated value of the current ratio and total asset turnover. The financial health assessment in 2016 and 2017 had a healthy predicate. However, in 2018, it had an unhealthy financial health assessment predicate. Therefore, the company needs to have better financial performance to achieve good financial health conditions that will finally affect all stakeholders. Abstract

During the delivery process of dangerous goods, several problems were found which caused company losses and consumer dissatisfaction. The aim of this research is to identify problems, factors causing problems and efforts to improve the dangerous goods delivery process. The research uses the six sigma analysis method with the DMAIC concept. Based on the results of the analysis, there were three problems that occurred, namely containers and trucks being rejected by customers, PIC not inputting MSDS and expired MSDS, and transporting dangerous goods not using trucks that had a B3 permit. The factors causing these three problems are supervision, behavior of drivers and PICs, feasibility and suitability of containers and trucks, timing of container selection, updating and merging MSDS, B3 permits, and number of B3 trucks. Efforts to improve delivery of dangerous goods include training on dangerous goods, socialization of HSE standards, maintenance of containers and trucks, changing container selection schedules, managing MSDS, obtaining B3 vehicle permits, auditing trucking vendors, and collaborating with other trucking vendors. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on the tourism sector, causing a decrease in foreign exchange receipts and economic contributions, a decrease in room occupancy rates, a decrease in income, business closures, and other impacts. To maintain business continuity in the tourism sector, the Government issued a Government Incentive Assistance Policy. However, the distribution and impact of this policy is difficult to know, due to the lack of transparency provided by the Government. For this reason, the aim of this research is to determine the distribution and impact of Government Incentive Assistance for tourism and creative economy entrepreneurs. Based on the results of the analysis, the amount of Government Incentive Assistance distributed in 2020 was IDR 25,980,947,161,- with a total of 232 business actors, while the amount of Government Incentive Assistance distributed in 2021 amounted to IDR 60,000,000,000,- with the number of recipients as many as 1,000 business actors. The impacts of Government Incentive Assistance include increasing business profits, determining location targets, demographics, adjusting trends in the products offered, and being able to survive bankruptcy by covering business operational costs in the next few months

Abstract

The background of the study is based on the company's sales and profit performance during the 2020-2024 period, amidst the increasingly tight competition in the staple food business, requiring a good and appropriate marketing strategy that is able to compete. Companies that are increasingly competitive in the staple food distribution sector require companies to have adaptive, innovative, and targeted marketing strategies. This study aims to analyze and disseminate the marketing strategies implemented by PT. Avisha in increasing staple food sales. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis is conducted using a SWOT matrix to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. The results of the study show that PT. Avisha, the company has a fairly strong position internally and has great opportunities in the external environment. The results of the IFAS analysis show that the main strengths of PT. Avisha lie in competitive prices during promotions, a variety of quality products, and a good distribution network, with a total score of 1.30. Meanwhile, weaknesses that still need to be improved include unstable sales, inefficient stock management, and dependence on discounts, with a total score of 1.20. On the other hand, the results of the EFAS analysis show that PT. Avisha has a great opportunity to increase sales of basic necessities through high market demand, online shopping trends, cooperation with MSMEs, and loyalty program innovation, with a total score of 1.50. However, the company also faces threats from price competition, rising prices of basic necessities, and changes in consumer habits, with a total score of 1.35. Overall, the company's position is in a condition that allows it to implement an aggressive strategy (Growth Strategy), especially through the use of internal strengths to seize external opportunities. The strategies developed include increasing digital promotion, optimizing distribution through collaboration with local partners, adjusting prices based on cost and market value, and developing customer loyalty programs. The strategy is expected to strengthen PT. Avisha's market position, increase marketing effectiveness and drive sustainable sales and profit growth.

Abstract

Teacher performance is a key factor in improving educational quality, particularly in private schools, which often face challenges related to leadership, compensation, and the availability of facilities and infrastructure. Low job satisfaction among teachers can negatively impact motivation and work productivity, ultimately affecting the quality of instruction. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership, compensation, and facilities and infrastructure on job satisfaction and their implications for teacher performance in private schools in Legonkulon District, Subang Regency. A quantitative approach was employed, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 133 teachers and analyzed using SmartPLS 4. The analysis involved both outer and inner model testing, presented through descriptive and verification techniques. The findings reveal that: (1) transformational leadership, (2) compensation, and (3) facilities and infrastructure each have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; (4) job satisfaction also has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance; and (5) all four variables simultaneously exert a positive and significant influence on teacher performance, as indicated by the F-value exceeding the critical value (7.1 > 6.09). These results affirm that strengthening leadership, ensuring fair compensation systems, and providing adequate facilities and infrastructure enhance job satisfaction and directly improve teacher performance. The study’s implications serve as a reference for private school administrators in designing management policies that prioritize educator welfare and professionalism.

Abstract

The gamis industry, as part of the Muslim fashion sector, has experienced rapid growth over the past decade but has faced significant pressure due to the pandemic and shifting consumer behavior. Amid increasing competition and declining revenue, business actors are required to develop effective promotional and pricing strategies to influence purchasing decisions and enhance customer satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effects of promotion and price on purchasing decisions, as well as the effect of purchasing decisions on customer satisfaction for gamis products from two local MSMEs: Shofy Collection and Endomoda. A quantitative research method was employed using a survey approach, with 96 purposively selected respondents. Data were analyzed using SmartPLS version 4. The results show that promotion (β = 0.523) and price (β = 0.406) have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, while purchasing decisions significantly affect customer satisfaction (β = 0.886). The research model demonstrates high predictive power, with R² values of 0.579 for purchasing decisions and 0.823 for customer satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of optimizing digital promotional strategies, adaptively adjusting pricing, and enhancing post-purchase services as strategic efforts to build customer loyalty in the Muslim fashion market.

Abstract

The research objective is to determine the total size of the lot of iron scrap orders, and the total cost of the company's inventory before and after carrying out the method of controlling iron scrap inventory using the Wagner Within Algorithm method. Demand forecasting uses the Single Moving Averge, Weight Moving Average, and Exponential Smoothing methods. Based on the results of the study, the total lot size of iron scrap material orders is smaller than the size of previous lot orders without using the inventory control method, which is 15,362 tons per year. Total inventory of Rp. 105,076,125,840 and the total cost is more optimal when compared with the total cost of inventory with the company system that is Rp. 109,734,165,840 so that the company can save costs by Rp. 4,658,040,000.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the priority of freight truck service providers at PT. XYZ by using the simple additive weighting method. Data collection techniques using interviews and documentation study. The criteria for selecting a freight trucking service provider uses the dimensions of the service marketing mix. Based on the results of the study that the freight truck service providers selected to be the first choice priority of the three existing service providers are Chess Prime Trans, followed by MGM Bosco Logistics as the second choice, and PT. Indo Partner Logistics as a third choice.
