Abstract

One of the private universities in Pekanbaru, which has nine postgraduate faculties and 10 faculties with 21 study programs. The number of the academic community is quite large, there is already a whats app group that facilitates the entire Academic Community in terms of transacting selling goods or services online. However, in practice it has not been fully effective, one of which is because there are no clear rules in trade ethics, for example, one person may only post a maximum of two products a day because if there are too many, it will overwrite other seller's product postings as well. This often happens, causing whats app groups are only dominated by one or two people who post all the products sold along with their customer testimonials. This of course can harm other sellers, it can also disturb the comfort of the group for both sellers and buyers. Therefore, to answer these problems, a market place is proposed specifically for the entire XYZ’s Academic Community. In addition to reviving UMKM at XYZ University, it is also a forum to make it easier for lecturers, employees and also students to make transactions that are comfortable and effective for both sellers and buyers. Furthermore, system development will be carried out both from adding features, android-based and matters related to user convenience in interacting with the system.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara manusia menjalankan bisnis, termasuk dalam industri perhotelan melalui platform E-Commerce seperti Traveloka. Ulasan pelanggan menjadi sumber informasi penting yang dapat memengaruhi keputusan calon pelanggan. Penelitian ini menganalisis sentimen ulasan pelanggan terhadap Whiz Prime Hotel Sudirman Pekanbaru menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine (SVM) dan Naive Bayes. Data sebanyak 4336 ulasan dikumpulkan dari situs Traveloka, kemudian diproses menggunakan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF). Setelah tahap praproses, sebanyak 2165 ulasan dianalisis dengan hasil distribusi sentimen positif sebesar 72,79%, negatif 15,38%, dan netral 11,82%. Algoritma SVM menunjukkan akurasi tertinggi sebesar 77%, sementara Naive Bayes mencapai akurasi 73%. Hasil ini memberikan wawasan bagi pihak hotel untuk memahami kekuatan dan kelemahan layanan, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan secara keseluruhan.

Abstract

This community service activity aimed to enhance students’ understanding of social media content management for digital entrepreneurship at SMA PGRI Pekanbaru. The 8-hour workshop involved 50 selected students and focused on three key areas: content planning, social media algorithm optimization, and content performance analysis. Evaluation using questionnaires and quizzes showed a significant improvement of 82.5% in participants’ understanding. Specifically, the ability to create content schedules increased from 25% to 89%, strategic hashtag usage from 18% to 76%, and content insight analysis from 12% to 68%. Additionally, 73% of students could create a one-week content calendar, and 65% identified optimal posting times based on audience analysis. The learning-by-doing approach through business account simulations proved effective. Main challenges included limited student perspectives and varying levels of digital literacy. Solutions included self-study modules and group division based on skill levels. The program recommends integrating social media content management into school entrepreneurship curricula with continuous practice and periodic evaluation.

Abstract

Pengelolaan data penduduk yang efektif dan akurat menjadi kebutuhan penting dalam mendukung pelayanan administrasi di tingkat desa. Desa Tanjung Kuyo masih menghadapi kendala dalam pendataan dan pengelolaan informasi penduduk, seperti duplikasi data, keterlambatan pembaruan informasi, serta kesulitan dalam pencarian data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem informasi berbasis web untuk pendataan dan pengelolaan data penduduk dengan menerapkan metode Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). Metode OOAD digunakan karena mampu memodelkan sistem secara terstruktur melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, dan perancangan antarmuka. Sistem ini dibangun dengan memanfaatkan teknologi web-based sehingga dapat diakses secara real-time oleh perangkat yang terhubung ke internet. Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu menyediakan fitur pendataan penduduk, pembaruan informasi, pencarian cepat, dan pembuatan laporan otomatis. Pengujian fungsional menggunakan metode black box testing menunjukkan seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Dengan adanya sistem ini, proses administrasi kependudukan di Desa Tanjung Kuyo menjadi lebih efisien, akurat, dan terintegrasi, sehingga mampu mendukung pengambilan keputusan dan pelayanan publik yang lebih baik.
