Abstract

The establishment of the Alfamidi Outlet in North Halmahera Regency is a threat to traditional market traders because the types of goods sold are relatively the same. Consumers can determine preferences between modern markets and traditional markets. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact before and after the arrival of the modern market (Alfamidi) on the income of traders in traditional markets. The scope of this research is the traditional market business in North Halmahera Regency by dividing the distribution of the sample distribution proportionally in several sub-districts whose traditional market locations are close to the modern market (Alfamidi). This study uses a qualitative method with interview media. The results of the study show that the number of traders' income which decreased after the presence of Alfamidi was 58 percent, experienced an increase in income of 11 percent, while there was no effect by 31 percent. Although the impact has not been so great, traditional market traders should make changes to their strategies and provide good facilities for consumers to be able to compete with modern markets. The government must also pay attention to traditional markets in an effort to improve the quality of goods sold and maintain price stability. Market traders must also be able to increase their business and be able to maintain cleanliness and comfort so that consumers do not switch to modern markets.

Abstract

Manajemen keuangan dalam keluarga merupakan aspek vital dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, tetapi sayangnya, banyak masyarakat yang kurang mempersiapkan diri dan tidak mampu mengatur keuangan keluarganya dengan baik. Tujuan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yakni memberikan pemahaman dan keterampilan kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana konsep manajemen keuangan keluarga secara efektif. Tujuannya yakni untuk mencapai stabilitas keuangan keluarga, memenuhi kebutuhan sehari-hari, dan mencapai tujuan keuangan jangka panjang. Harapan dari kegiatan ini ialah  masyarakat dapat mengubah kebiasaan dalam mengelola uang, mengalokasikan pendapatan dengan bijak, memprioritaskan kebutuhan, dan menghindari utang. Keseluruhannya, diharapkan bisa menginspirasi masyarakat Desa Juanga untuk mengatur serta mengelola keuangan keluarga dengan baik dan bijaksana

Abstract

This research aims to determine the quality of service and quality of information on customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Tobelo. This type of research is quantitative. The total research population was 68,372. The sample was determined using the Sloving formula as many as 100 people. The analysis method used is the Multiple Linear Regression method. The research results show that the service quality variable (X1) has a partially significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. The information quality variable (X2) has a partially significant positive effect on customer satisfaction. Simultaneous tests show that the service quality variables (X1) and customer satisfaction X2) together have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Furthermore, from the determinant coefficient test (R2), the R-square value was only 0.301 or 30.1%. This shows that 30.1% of customer satisfaction is influenced by service quality and information quality variables while the remaining 69.9% (100% - 69.9%) is influenced by other factors not explained in this research, therefore it is hoped that further research to add other variables.

Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the accountability of the management of Village Fund Allocation in Sukamaju Village, North Tobelo District, North Halmahera Regency. This study aims to determine the Planning, Implementation, and Accountability of Village Fund Allocation. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative, namely research conducted in accordance with the situation and conditions required by using existing data sources. The results of this study indicate that the planning and implementation accountability system has implemented the principles of transparency and accountability. While the Village Fund Allocation Accountability (ADD) both technically and administratively is good, but it must still receive or be given guidance from the government considering the system is always changing.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of rising fuel prices on public transport fares in Tobelo City, specifically the North Tobelo-Tobelo Route. The sample in this study amounted to 40 people. Based on the research results it is known that the tcount value of 3.600 is greater than the ttable which is equal to 2.024 and it can be seen that the significance value of 0.001 is less than 0.05, which means that the price of fuel oil (BBM) greatly determines the fare on public transportation. While the determinant coefficient (R2) that the strength of the relationship between the increase in fuel prices and the increase in public transport fares is quite strong or equal to 50.4%. While the determinant coefficient (R2) obtained an adjusted R-square value of 0.254 or 25.4%. This means that the increase in public transport fares is influenced by the variable contribution of the fuel price increase by 25.4% while the remaining 74.6% (100% -25.4%) is influenced by other variables not explained in this study.
