Abstract

The problem of learning in madrasah diniyah is a problem that hinders religious teaching and learning activities. Maharotul kalam is a skill that is applied with speech and also has a relationship with language. From the title, I took 2 problem formulations, namely how the learning process of maharatul kalam and what are the factors that hinder learning. From the formulation of the problem, there are several objectives, namely to know, explore, and learn how the learning process is and what are the factors that hinder learning at the madrasah Diniyah Manba'ul Ulum. This research is using a qualitative method. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations and documents. The data analysis technique uses data reduction analysis, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The results of the study show that Maharah Kalam Problems in Learning the Quran need to improve learning so that students and women can absorb the material and read the Quran smoothly and well according to what they want, besides that there are 2 factors, namely non-linguistic problems and linguistic problems. This is evident from the results of interviews and direct observation on objects.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Social Media Marketing, E-Service Quality, and Review Content on consumer buying interest in  Singaraja Box Outlet  Stores. The population in this study includes all Singaraja Box Outlet  Store consumers from various walks of life, both men and women. The sample used in this study was 85 consumers selected through a questionnaire technique distributed using Google Form. This study used a quantitative approach and the data was analyzed by multiple linear regression method using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 application. The results showed that Social Media Marketing, E-Service Quality and Review Content proved to have a positive and significant influence on consumer buying interest in Singaraja Box Outlet  Stores

Abstract

This research delves into the intricate taxation aspects surrounding corporate taxpayers. It examines the various dimensions of corporate taxation, including the principles governing corporate tax liabilities, tax planning strategies, and compliance obligations. The study navigates through the complexities of corporate tax regimes, analyzing the implications of tax laws, regulations, and reforms on businesses. Furthermore, it explores the evolving landscape of international taxation and its impact on multinational corporations. The paper also discusses contemporary issues such as tax avoidance, transfer pricing, and tax incentives, shedding light on their implications for corporate taxpayers and tax authorities. Through a comprehensive review of literature and case studies, this research provides valuable insights into the challenges and opportunities associated with corporate taxation, offering recommendations for policymakers, tax practitioners, and corporate entities to navigate the ever-changing tax environment effectively.
