Abstract

Pelaksanaan Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini diawali dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan Peneliti terhadap hasil belajar siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 pada semester ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 terhadap mata pelajaran fisika tentang suhu dan kalor masih dibawah rata-rata, dan tingkat ketuntasan siswa belum mencapai standar nilai sesuai yang diharapkan. Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Ubud dengan subjek 35 orang siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 Semester Ganjil tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Tujuan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu: untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan tindakan (action research) atau siklus sebanyak dua siklus, dimana setiap siklusterdiri dari empat tahap yaitu: 1) Rancangan (Planning), 2) Pelaksanaan kegiatan dan Pengamatan (Acting), 3) Observasi (Observing), dan 4) Refleksi (Reflecting). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan bahwa: 1) hasil belajar fisika siklus I adalah 79 dan 2) hasil belajar fisika siklus II adalah 82. Berdasarkan data penelitian dan pembahasan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa dengan diterapkannya model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) terbukti dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar fisika bagi siswa kelas XI MIPA 2 SMA Negeri 1 Ubud tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dengan baik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out the role of tourists' trust in adventure tourism destination, and brand love for Bali in influencing tourists' attitudes in deciding to make a return visit. This study uses a quantitative design based on positivism. The population is tourists who have carried out alternative tourism activities in an unlimited number. A sample of 120 was selected purposively, collected using a questionnaire. Descriptive analysis using SPSS, and inferential analysis using SEM with Smart PLS software. Based on the analysis, it was found that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence on attitudes, trust, and brand love on the intention to visit again, 2) a positive and significant influence was also obtained on attitudes towards trust; 3) Attitude also had a positive and significant effect on brand love; 4) Trust and brand love were able to significantly mediate the influence of attitude on the intention to revisit. This study only focused on Indonesian tourists so the results could not generalize the overall tourists. Theoretically, this contributes to the enrichment of marketing management, especially the Theory of Planned Behavior. The practical implications for alternative tourism managers are how to make activities very memorable, fun, able to increase tourist confidence, and the role of the Bali brand love is an attraction to increase the intention to visit again

Abstract

There are many reasons why tourists travel or visit certain places, and chief among them is to seek happiness. For example, they feel happy when they get the hedonic experience. Unfortunately, the effect of hedonic values and tourism experiences on tourists' happiness has thus far remained unclear. This study was aimed to analyze the effect of hedonic value on the tourist experience, prove the effect of hedonic value on tourists' hedonic happiness, and examine the effect of tourist experience on tourists' hedonic happiness. This research took place in Bali, and the research subjects were foreign tourists who visited Bali. The total number of respondents was 171. All structured interviews and questionnaires were performed and distributed online. Data analysis was conducted using SEM (Structural Equation Model). The research findings show the positive and significant effect of hedonic values on tourist experience. There is a positive and significant effect of tourist experience on tourist hedonic happiness. It was found that there was no direct effect of hedonic value on tourist hedonic happiness. Out of the demonstrated intervariable correlations, we managed to create the Model of Hedonic Tourist Happiness (MHTH). This study concludes that the MHTH consists of hedonic value, tourist experiences, and tourist hedonic happiness variables. This MHTH can be applied to improve tourism services in Bali, and particularly to boost the tourist experience and tourist happiness. Keywords: Bali, Hedonic Happiness, Tourists Experiences.
