Studi Korelasi antara Kualitas, Profesionalisme dan Komitmen dengan Kinerja Guru SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang Mulyanto, Agus Iwan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara variabel tersebut baik secara terpisah maupun bersama-sama. Penelitian ini digolongkan dalam penelitian korelasional yang terdiri atas tiga variabel bebas kualitas guru (X1) dan profesionalisme (X2), komitmen (X3) dan satu variabel kinerja tenaga pendidik (Y). Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru yang berstatus tenaga pendidik yang mengajar di SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang, yang berjumlah 71 tenaga pengajar dan sampel diambil sebanyak 40 dengan menggunakan rumus dari Taro Yamane untuk pemilihan sampel. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan korelasional, dimana data variabel kualitas guru, profesionalitas dan komitmen semuanya dikumpulkan dengan instrumen kuesioner menggunakan skala rating. Semua instrumen diujicobakan dengan uji regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif yang sangat signifikan (P<0,05) antara kualitas kerja guru, komitmen, dan profisionalisme dengan kinerja tenaga pendidikan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 0,394 + 0,384X1 + 0,337X2 + 0,148X3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa kinerja tenaga pendidik dapat ditingkatkan melalui kualitas, profesionalitas dan komitmen. This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between these variables both separately and together. This research is classified in correlational research which consists of three independent variables teacher quality (X1), professionalism (X2), and commitment (X3) and one teacher performance variable (Y). The population of this research is all teachers who have the status of Educators who teach at SMAN 28 Kab. Tangerang, which amounted to 71 teaching staff and 40 samples were taken using the formula from Taro Yamane for sample selection. The method used in this study is a survey method with a correlational approach, where the variable quality data of teachers, professionalism and commitment are all collected by the questionnaire instrument using a rating scale. All instruments were tested with multiple linear regression tests. The results showed that: there was a very significant positive relationship (P <0.05) between the quality of teacher work, commitment, and professionalism with the performance of education personnel with a regression equation Y = 0.394 + 0.384X1 + 0.337X2 + 0.148X3. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded, that the performance of educators can be improved through quality, professionalism and commitment.

This research is evaluating the Strategic Plan work program at Senior High School. Observational methods use CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product) models by Stufflebeam & Shinkfield. This program is one type of object of evaluation research (Evaluation Research). The fundamental orientation in all evaluation research is benefits. The strategic plan for implementing the Senior High School program needs to mark improvements related to the MIA and IIS Study Programs. Suggested observations of implementers Strategic Plan followed up on many findings, especially those concerning the program, and make improvements to the program so that the Strategic Plan program process activities become more effective.Keywords: Strategic Plan, Work Program Evaluation.

IMPACT OF ORGANIZATIONAL COMMITMENT AND WORK SATISFACTION ON TURNOVER INTENTION Mulyanto, Agus Iwan

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of organizational commitment and job satisfaction to turnover intention felt by the operator employees’ one of Garment Company in Tangerang Selatan. Data were collected through survey and bibliography study. The 150 questionnaires have send to respondents and 147 were returned yielding response rate 98%. From the correlation and regression analysis, the study found that the correlation and the impact of turnover intention has supported. From four hypotheses that have tested in this study, all hypotheses were supported. The result showed that organizational commitment and job satisfaction were negatively and significantly related to turnover intention and having negative influence on it.

Rapid response When the Minister of Education and Culture issued Circular Letter No. 3 of 2020 concerning the Prevention of Covid-19 must be taken to take effective prevention and mitigation measures for the outbreak that has now become a global pandemic. This article analyzes the implementation of online learning in the era of independent learning and independent campus under COVID-19 conditions. With library research methods that refer to resources available online, this article presents a perspective of service activist learning about strategies to deal with conditions that are difficult to predict. From the results of theoretical analysis, there is no uniformity of understanding of information about the characteristics of the plague in the government as a regulator, discussing the understanding of the main definitions related to the problem of online learning with the perspective of independent learning and independent campuses. The choice that most allows lecturers in 'free teaching' so that they focus more on efforts to transfer knowledge and skills to students. The policy can also encourage students to be more innovative and creative in learning (student-centered learning) is online. The physical encounter will not be abandoned even though advances in virtual and digital technology have thickened. Although the COVID-19 outbreak will last a long time, there is no harm in having to think about patterns and methods of physical and social learning that are safe for everyone. The development of communication and digital technology has a significant role that can be utilized as widely as possible by academia to look brighter future.

This research is to educate people's market development strategies based on local wisdom in alleviating poverty in Tangerang. The research respondents were officers of the people's market in Tangerang. The results show that the strength in the future is product diversity, local product uniqueness, product quality, merchandise arrangement, flexible pricing, and strategic location. Weaknesses are the availability of a parking area, transaction processing, promotion, cooperation with the tourism industry, orderly zoning, market cleanliness, availability of public facilities, and customer service. Opportunities for the people's market in the future are the level of people's income, the rate of inflation growth, the revitalization of the people's market, security stability, social concern for the people's market, public appreciation, changes in people's tastes, and the adoption of information technology, while the elements that pose a threat are the existence of modern markets. in South Tangerang and its surroundings as competitors and the population growth demographic bonus. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the people's market business position is at the base of its development strategy, namely "Growth and Development Strategy". Work Environment and Teamwork in increasing the job satisfaction of Tutoring lecturers in Serpong with quantitative descriptive methods, the analysis refers to the job satisfaction of the lecturers. The instrument used in data collection was a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the relationship between work environment and job satisfaction is very significant, the relationship between teamwork and job satisfaction is significant and finally, the relationship between work environment and teamwork collectively on lecturer job satisfaction has a regression line equation. can test correctively. Therefore, this correlation must be maintained and developed to achieve a better relationship so that it provides benefits for teachers and institutions, because there are more and better relationships, so that job satisfaction is higher.
