Abstract

Motivasi yang tinggi dapat meningkatkan minat, semangat, dan keterlibatan siswa dalam proses belajar, sehingga berpotensi untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar mereka. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament Terhadap Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa SMA Plus Munirul Arifin NW Praya Tahun Pelajaran 2023/2024. Metode penelelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian eksperimen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 1) Ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team games tournament terhadap motivasi belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam, 2) Ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe team games tournament terhadap hasil belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam, 3) Ada pengaruh penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament terhadap motivasi dan hasil belajar Pendidikan agama Islam. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif Tipe Team Games Tournament secara simpultan memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap motivasi ataupun hasil belajar siswa/siswi.

Abstract

Background. The objective of this research is to discuss the concept and identification of stakeholders, emphasizing the need for a holistic understanding of the various parties involved in the educational process, such as principals, teachers, parents, the government, and the community. The involvement of stakeholders in building conflict resolution networks is a primary focus, considering the complexity of global challenges and educational dynamics. Purpose. To discuss the concept and identification of stakeholders, emphasizing the need for a holistic understanding of the various parties involved in the educational process. Method. The method used in this research is a literature review through stakeholder analysis, which identifies power, legitimacy, and urgency to help determine who or what is truly considered in decision-making. Results. The first research result shows a variety of approaches and strategies for addressing conflicts, both in Islamic boarding schools (pesantren), Islamic educational institutions, and at the national level. There is an awareness of the role of Islam and religious values in conflict resolution, as well as the importance of pluralism and multicultural education. Leaders of Islamic educational institutions are considered to have a key role in conflict resolution. Conclusion. Secondly, the stakeholders involved in the context of conflict resolution research in pesantren and Islamic educational institutions include various parties who have interests and roles in conflict resolution efforts and educational development.

Abstract

Curriculum changes are an integral part of efforts to improve the quality of education. The "Kurikulum Merdeka" (Independent Curriculum) is the latest innovation implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (Kemendikbudristek). This curriculum is designed to provide deeper learning experiences and focuses on strengthening students' competencies and character development. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka, identify opportunities and challenges, and outline strategic steps to leverage opportunities and overcome challenges in implementing the Kurikulum Merdeka at Elementary School (SDN) 1 Sandik and Elementary School (SDN) 1 Meninting. This research employes a descriptive qualitative approach, using a case study methodology. Data collection procedures include interviews, observations, and documentation. The data analysis technique utilized was qualitative analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) the implementation of the Kurikulum Merdeka in both schools began with understanding government regulations, followed by preparing documents such as the Operational Curriculum of Educational Units, creating teaching modules, project modules, and assessments. 2) The opportunities available to both schools include policies from the central and local governments regarding funding for the Kurikulum Merdeka, and support from school principals, teachers, and parents to back various programs. However, challenges arise from human resources (educator competencies). 3) The strategic steps taken by both schools to leverage opportunities and address challenges include maximizing the school's learning community to discuss the Kurikulum Merdeka, organizing workshops, participating in webinars, and undergoing independent training via the "Platform Merdeka Mengajar" application.

Abstract

A vital component of teaching science is laboratory administration, which is the endeavor to oversee a laboratory and learning activities. Science laboratory management is related to the managers and users of laboratory facilities and practical activities carried out in the laboratory. This study aimed to determine how planning, organizing resources and assets, implementation, supervision, and impacts arise in the management of science laboratories at MTs.N 02 East Lombok. In this study, documentation, observation, and interviews are the methods used to collect data. The results of the study are that the planning stage is quite good, the existence of short-term, medium-term, and long-term programs evidences this. Short-term programs are planned to be completed within a day, a week, or even a month. At the same time, the medium term is planned to be completed during a quarter to a semester. The Organizational Stage is the management of resources, tools, and materials available in the science laboratory. An organizational structure for managing science laboratories has been formed for the organization of resources. The Implementation Stage is the operational stage of the plan that has been scheduled. This stage is very urgent because it determines the success of achieving goals. Related to the implementation stage, the science laboratory manager at MTs. N. 02 East Lombok has done many things such as inventorying available tools and materials, making regulations, and utilization schedules that are synchronized with the madrasah program. The supervision stage functions as a controller and evaluator of the success of the implementation of laboratory management as a whole. The impacts that arise from laboratory management have been implemented well at MTs. N. 02 East Lombok.
