Abstract

Meningkatnya investor perorangan tidak terlepas dari adanya campur tangan Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yang bekerjasama dengan Perguruan Tinggi untuk mendirikan Galeri Investasi. Semakin banyak investor muda di kalangan mahasiswa yang bergabung di galeri investasi menjadi ketertarikan peneliti dalam meneliti sejauhmana aspek-aspek kognitif dan emosional mempengaruhi para investor muda dalam mengambil keputusan investasi saham di galeri investasi khususnya pada galeri investasi di Universitas Widyatama, sehingga dalam penelitian ini dalam pengambilan samplenya menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling sehingga terdapat sebanyak 35 responden. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode regresi berganda dengan hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa variabel cognitive dissonance bias, loss aversion bias, regret aversion bias, dan status quo bias berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan pengambilan investasi saham, sedangkan variabel overconvince bias dan illusion of control bias tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengambilan keputusan investasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the Peci industry's creative management training towards the Peci center in Langonsari Village, Pameungpeuk District, Bandung Regency specifically in the field of creative economy management. The study was conducted for 6 months in Langonsari Village, Pameungpeuk, Bandung. Data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation with research subjects, namely the Village Head, BUMDES Manager, Mitra Peci Harmoni and some Desa Langonsari users of BUMDES services. In order to guarantee the validity of the data, researchers used source triangulation techniques. Data analysis in this study uses an interactive analysis model that is analysis using data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusions, the results of this study indicate that the creative management training for the peci industry to the peci center has succeeded in having a positive impact on improving the economy of the community.

Abstract

West Java Province (Jabar), as one of the regions in Indonesia, has a land area of 35,277.76 km2 with 18 Regency Governments (RG) and 9 City Governments (CG). In the economic stru  acture in West Java, the industrial sector had the most considerable contribution, followed by the agricultural sector. Even though the industrial sector enormously contributed to West Java, the Gross Regional Domestic Income (GRDP) level in each district and city government was very different. This research aimed to determine the effect of the unemployment rate on regional economic growth, moderated by the level of education in Bandung Regency. The research method used descriptive and verification methods, with research data for ten years starting 2013-2022, obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of West Java Province. We processed data using simple linear regression analysis and moderation tests. The results of the research state that the unemployment rate influenced regional economic growth, and the level of education could moderate the influence of the unemployment rate on regional economic growth in Bandung Regency.

Abstract

Sales activity plays an important role and needs to be controlled because it affects to the revenue. Sales control requires sales analysis that reveal undesirable developments need to be corrected. Internal Auditors who are not directly involved in operational activities can, therefore, assess all activities. Internal Auditors also provides objective information regarding sales data that will be the basis for management decision making. The purpose of this study is to: determine whether the internal audit on sales activities conducted by the company has been done adequately; determine whether the internal control over sales has been implemented effectively; and determine the role of internal audit in supporting the effectiveness of internal control sales. The authors perform hypothesis testing by doing descriptive analysis and statistical analysis. Based on the results, the effectiveness of internal control can be explained by the Internal Audit role of 63.2%.
