Abstract

Background:  Elementary school must be a strong foundation to reach a higher level of education, this is inseparable from the beginning of the level of education starting from early childhood and kindergarten because it is a level of education to start the formation of children's character. One of the subjects given at every level of education is Mathematics. Mathematics is one of the sciences that has an important role in shaping the mindset of students, because in mathematics students are required to have the ability to think logically, systematically, analytically as well as problem solving abilities. Various attempts have been made by the teacher in increasing the ability of students to understand mathematics subjects. However, the expected results are still not optimal, even the learning and teaching process becomes unpleasant and tends to be boring for students. One of the math problems that is often found is the difficulty of students in solving story problems. Even though the story problem is a form of evaluation of the ability of students in understanding the basic concepts of mathematics that have been learned, in the form of questions about applying formulas. Purpose: In this study, the writer wanted to examine the extent to which students' ability to work on math story problems so that it could help teachers to find out the problems of students in working on math story problems and make students able to solve problems in the form of stories with the right method. Design and methods: The research method used by the author is to use qualitative methods. Qualitative research is research in accordance with the data, utilizing existing theories as explanatory material.Results: The results of this study show that there are many problems in students working on math story problems, and the teacher's methods during learning must be improved so that students can understand

Abstract

Pengelolaan kelas adalah kegiatan-kegiatan yang diupayakan oleh seorang guru untuk menciptakan situasi kelas yang kondusif dalam rangka pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran yang maksimal. Pada hari Jum'at, tanggal 26 April 2024 kami melakukan penelitin yang berjudul Penerapan Pengelolaan kelas pada mata pelajaran PAI di kelas VIII SMPN 1 Karawang Timur. Metode penelitian kami adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan memanfaatkan teori dan terjun langsung ke lapangan. Guru yang menjadi objek kami bernama Bu Yuningsih S.Pd.I yang mengajar di kelas 8 i. Hasil penelitian nya yaitu: (1.) Perencanaan guru dalam mengelola kelas. (2.) Implementasi saat pengelolaan kelas, (3.) Hal yang pengelolaan kelas, (4.) Suasana kelas saat guru mengajar, (5.) Hambatan dalam mendisiplinkan kelas, (6.) Hasil pengelolaan kelas dari segi Afektif, Kognitif, Psikomotorik. Pada kesimpulannya, pengelolaan kelas harus dilaksanakan agar terwujudnya pembelajaran yang efektif dan efisien. Kata kunci: Guru, kelas, kondusif

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of liquidity and solvency on the financial performance of manufacturing companies in the ceramics, porcelain, and glass sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2022–2024 period. It uses a sample of 7 companies, with data processed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that liquidity has a significant effect on financial performance, while solvency does not. These findings suggest that the ability to meet short-term obligations is given more attention by investors than capital structure.

Abstract

Abstrak: Banyaknya orang yang kurang menyadari pentingnya menjaga kesehatan dan jarang mempertimbangkannya sebelum menikah. Tujuan promosi kesehatan ini untuk memberikan informasi mengenai imunisasi pra nikah (tetanus toxoid) dalam upaya meningkatkan pengetahuan generasi muda tentang pentingnya imunisasi untuk kesehatan sebelum menikah dan membangun kesadaran di kalangan generasi muda tentang pencegahan penyakit melalui imunisasi sejak dini. Penyuluhan ini dinilai dapat menjadi salah satu cara untuk mengurangi angka terjadinya hal yang tidak diinginkan. Metode kegiatan dalam bentuk sosialisasi dengan pemaparan materi dan diskusi tanya jawab. Sasaran kepada generasi muda yang belum menikah dengan jumlah yang hadir sekitar 30 orang. Untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta dilakukan evaluasi dalam bentuk kuisioner dengan jumlah pertanyaan 20 soal serta tanya jawab terkait materi yang disampaikan. Hasil penyuluhan dibuktika menggunakan exel bahwa peserta dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan terkait imunisasi pra nikah (Tetanus Toxoid) dengan presentase rata-rata sebelum materi 57% dan setelah materi 93%.Abstract: Many people are less aware of the importance of maintaining health and rarely consider it before getting married. The purpose of this Health promotion is to provide information about premarital immunization (tetanus toxoid) in an effort to increase the knowledge of the younger generation about the importance of immunization for health before marriage and build awareness among the younger generation about disease prevention through early immunization. This counseling is considered to be one way to reduce the number of unwanted events. The activity method is in the form of socialization with material presentation and Q&A discussions. The target is the young generation who are not yet married with the number of attendees being around 30 people. To determine the understanding of the participants, an evaluation was carried out in the form of a questionnaire and Q&A related to the material presented. The results of the counseling were proven using Excel that participants could increase their knowledge related to premarital immunization (Tetanus Toxoid) with an average percentage before the material of 57% and after the material of 93%.
