Abstract

Era revolution 4.0, universities throughout Indonesia are computer technology and the economy. This article provides sufficient detail about the course's pedagogical design and practical implementation to serve as a model for how entrepreneurship and business issues can be integrated into a software engineering program. Courses are evaluated using learning diaries and questionnaires, as well as principal lecturer learning in each of the three sample courses The aim of this course is to provide students with an introduction to lean startup methods for ideas/innovations and further product and company development. This course will teach students about the software industry, entrepreneurship, teamwork, and lean startup methodologies and This article provides sufficient detail about the course's pedagogical design and practical implementation to serve as a model for the Course to be evaluated using learning and questionnaires.

Abstract

Human resource management digitization may help businesses update their HR processes and provide them a competitive edge. At the same time, it demands a change in work style and a change in the necessity for Human Resources. The purpose of the study is to determine how competency-based human resource management may be used in the digital age. Additionally, researchers examine the primary advantages and disadvantages of the present situation and examine how they affect the skills and roles of HR professionals. Analysis of secondary data characterizing the degree of current digital proficiency based on the responses of more than 7,000 respondents from six EU member nations is part of the qualitative research (Germany, Finland, UK, Portugal, Sweden and Slovakia). The findings show that professional HR applications are typically hesitant to incorporate new technology. Future scholars should note that this study solely focuses on how human resource management is used in the digital age. Therefore, further in-depth study on this issue may be carried out by choosing a larger focal area.

Abstract

Keberhasilan akademis sangat bergantung pada pemahaman bahasa, terutama dalam konteks penguasaan kosakata. Mahasiswa sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris, yang merupakan kunci keberhasilan akademik. Keterbatasan akses, fleksibilitas, dan dukungan pedagogis dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh menuntut solusi inovatif. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi Penelitian Desain Berbasis Riset (DBR) untuk mengembangkan Teknologi Seluler, sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dirancang khusus untuk pembelajaran kosakata. Proses pengembangan melibatkan iterasi desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi, dengan fokus pada kebutuhan dan konteks pembelajar. Teknologi Seluler VocUp berhasil diimplementasikan dan menunjukkan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan adaptif, berkat fitur-fiturnya yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dan kondisi pembelajaran. Penggunaan Teknologi Seluler telah menyediakan sarana yang lebih fleksibel dan mudah diakses untuk pembelajaran kosakata, mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang biasanya dihadapi dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh. Hal ini membuka jalan bagi pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan terpusat pada siswa. Teknologi Seluler ini menawarkan solusi praktis dan efektif untuk tantangan pembelajaran kosakata di lingkungan universitas, khususnya dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh. Dengan pendekatan yang responsif dan berbasis pembelajaran, aplikasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan model pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif di masa depan.

Abstract

LoA or Letter of Acceptance is a statement received. LoA is usually used as a statement of scholarship acceptance or even journal acceptance. In addition, the current issuance of LoA is still conventional, using paper as the access medium. This is certainly inefficient. In addition, the issuance of LoAs that can be accessed through the website also has certain problems. Many parties doubt the security of the LoA issued through the website, whether confidentiality is really maintained or not. To solve this problem, e-LoA (electronic LoA) was implemented using blockchain technology on the Technopreneurship Journal website. With the use of blockchain technology on this website, LoA data cannot be changed, duplicated or deleted. So that it can improve security and support transparency in the issuance and access of LoA. e-LoA issued through the website also makes it easier for parties to access and download a verified LoA.

Abstract

The rapid growth of the digital economy has significantly transformed the business landscape, providing new opportunities for ecopreneurship, a business model that integrates environmental sustainability with entrepreneurial practices. Facing increasingly significant environmental challenges, ecopreneurs leverage digital technologies to address sustainability issues while maintaining profitability. This paper aims to evaluate the sustainability of ecopreneurship businesses in the context of the digital economy, focusing on the role of digital technology in supporting environmentally friendly practices and expanding business operations. A qualitative research approach is used, involving case studies of successful ecopreneurial businesses and interviews with industry experts to gain insights into the integration of digital technology into sustainable business practices. The findings show that digital technologies such as e-commerce platforms, cloud computing, and data analytics have a positive im- pact on ecopreneurs, such as improving operational efficiency, expanding market reach, and reducing environmental footprints. However, challenges remain, including high initial costs for technology adoption, data privacy issues, and the balance between innovation and environmental impact. The sustainability of ecopreneurship businesses in the digital economy depends on the ability to integrate digital innovation with sustainable business models, adapt to technological advancements, and address environmental and ethical issues related to digitalization. This paper provides valuable insights into how ecopreneurs can tackle these challenges to achieve long-term sustainability.

Abstract

The main objective of Higher Education is to prepare students who have academic abilities in developing knowledge and intellectual development of students to prepare technology to enter the world of work. The linkage of higher education and employment is the reason why the services provided by educational institutions direct opportunities for students to find work, because the current job market places more emphasis on the educated workforce. Therefore, tertiary institutions must have a good curriculum structure, requiring students to be productive, creative and innovative individuals who aim to form character students with the level of expertise required by the world of work. This study presents a work funded by the European Union, namely the Qualichain research project which aims to test the quality of education with the labor market related to Blockchain technology. The aim of this research is to develop a Qualichain platform that will offer educational qualifications that focus on the potential of Blockchain technology and perform data analysis to support the curriculum optimization process. This Quanlichain platform will prove its implementation that there are four pilot cases that have their respective differences. Therefore the research is focused on optimizing the administration of higher education through data developed with algorithmic and semantic techniques to support decision making that will be applied in tertiary institutions.
