Abstract

This research investigates the application of Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic in investment decision making in a digital business context. By integrating human knowledge and numerical data, this method seeks to overcome the challenges of complexity and uncertainty that often arise in the fast-changing digital business environment. Through analysis of case studies and interviews with industry practitioners, this study identifies the steps for implementing effective Tsukamoto Fuzzy Logic, including the formation of fuzzy variables, determination of membership functions, application of fuzzy rules, and defuzzification processes. The results of Tsukamoto's Fuzzy Logic calculations are applied to digital investment cases, providing an overview of investment quality based on various input variables. This research shows that this method can produce a holistic and informative approach in making investment decisions. In addition, the diverse participation of practitioners in various regions provides valuable insights in dealing with the uncertainties of digital business. In this challenging digital era, this research provides guidance for decision makers in dealing with the complexities of a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

This research proposes and implements an e-commerce product recommendation system that combines Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) and K-Means Clustering algorithms. The main aim of this research is to provide more personalized and relevant product recommendations to e-commerce users. The CBR approach leverages users' transaction history to provide customized recommendations, whereas K-Means Clustering groups users with similar preferences increase the relevance of recommendations. This study assesses the effectiveness of the system by conducting a comprehensive evaluation by comparing system recommendations with actual user preferences. The results of this study reveal that the combined approach of CBR and K-Means Clustering can improve the performance of e-commerce product recommendations, ensure the accuracy of recommendations, and produce a more satisfying shopping experience for users. Although there are limitations in terms of the dataset used and the choice of algorithm parameters, this research makes an important contribution in developing a more adaptive and personalized recommendation system for e-commerce platforms.

Abstract

This research aims to optimize product distribution routes in logistics using computer simulation approaches and genetic algorithms. This research produces more efficient distribution routes by utilizing mathematical models that reflect actual distribution processes, including variables such as warehouse locations, distribution points, product types, customer demand, and vehicle availability. Genetic algorithms are used to design optimal solutions with implementation stages, which include solution representation, population initialization, fitness evaluation, selection, crossover, mutation, and stopping criteria. The visualization results show that the genetic algorithm can produce more structured and efficient distribution routes, reducing total travel distance, distribution costs, and delivery time. Statistical analysis supports significant improvements in distribution performance after implementing the genetic algorithm, with substantial reductions in total mileage, distribution costs, and delivery times and substantial improvements in customer satisfaction. Financial analysis shows significant cost savings and positive ROI from investing in genetic algorithms, while sensitivity analysis reveals the impact of critical factors on distribution costs. This research confirms the financial and operational benefits of applying genetic algorithms in product distribution optimization, with significant efficiency, cost savings, and customer satisfaction results.

Abstract

The rapid evolution of modern JavaScript frameworks has significantly enhanced the development of interactive and responsive Single-Page Applications (SPAs). This study compares three prominent JavaScript frameworks—Angular, React, and Vue.Js—focusing on their application in SPA development. The research methodology involves a literature review, a comparative analysis of the critical features of each framework, and a practical implementation to assess their performance, usability, and flexibility. The findings reveal that each framework exhibits distinct advantages and limitations that affect their suitability for different project requirements. Angular is characterized by its extensive built-in features and robust architecture, React by its high flexibility and superior performance, and Vue.js by its user-friendly approach and development efficiency. These results offer valuable insights for developers in selecting the most appropriate framework for their specific project needs, ultimately contributing to more efficient and effective web development.

Abstract

Keberhasilan akademis sangat bergantung pada pemahaman bahasa, terutama dalam konteks penguasaan kosakata. Mahasiswa sering menghadapi tantangan dalam pembelajaran kosakata bahasa Inggris, yang merupakan kunci keberhasilan akademik. Keterbatasan akses, fleksibilitas, dan dukungan pedagogis dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh menuntut solusi inovatif. Penelitian ini mengadopsi metodologi Penelitian Desain Berbasis Riset (DBR) untuk mengembangkan Teknologi Seluler, sebuah aplikasi mobile yang dirancang khusus untuk pembelajaran kosakata. Proses pengembangan melibatkan iterasi desain, implementasi, dan evaluasi, dengan fokus pada kebutuhan dan konteks pembelajar. Teknologi Seluler VocUp berhasil diimplementasikan dan menunjukkan efektivitas dalam meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pembelajaran yang lebih interaktif dan adaptif, berkat fitur-fiturnya yang responsif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna dan kondisi pembelajaran. Penggunaan Teknologi Seluler telah menyediakan sarana yang lebih fleksibel dan mudah diakses untuk pembelajaran kosakata, mengatasi berbagai hambatan yang biasanya dihadapi dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh. Hal ini membuka jalan bagi pendekatan pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan terpusat pada siswa. Teknologi Seluler ini menawarkan solusi praktis dan efektif untuk tantangan pembelajaran kosakata di lingkungan universitas, khususnya dalam Pendidikan Jarak Jauh. Dengan pendekatan yang responsif dan berbasis pembelajaran, aplikasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan penguasaan kosakata, tetapi juga mendorong pengembangan model pembelajaran yang lebih adaptif dan inklusif di masa depan.
