Abstract

Desain Merek, labeling, dan kemasan merupakan salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan dan memasarkan produk. Pelaku UMKM masih banyak yang kurang paham bagaimana cara untuk mengembangkan produknya sehingga dikenal oleh konsumen. Ada banyak UMKM di Kecamatan Asemrowo dengan berbagai produk UMKM, penurunan penjualan bahkan mati. Untuk itu tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM di Kecamatan Asemrowo melalui Pengembangan kemampuan UMKM melalui platform desain merek, labeling, dan kemasan produk. Mitra usaha yakni para pelaku UMKM yang terdiri dari pengusaha makanan yang terus berinovasi dalam memasarkan produk secara digital melalui desain merek, labeling dan kemasan yang unik untuk menarik perhatian pelanggan. Kegiatan implementasi dari pengabdian ini dilakukan melalui tahapan survei mitra, pelatihan dan pendampingan, pembuatan desain merek, labeling dan kemasan unik di UMKM Kecamatan Asemrowo, dan evaluasi atas implementasi untuk memperluas cakupan penjualan dan keberlangsungan usaha di tengah tantangan persaingan dan lesunya perekonomian saat ini. Dari hasil kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan, para pelaku UMKM memahami pentingnya design merk dan kemasan, serta berencana untuk membuat design merk dan kemasan yang lebih menarik.

Abstract

In the face of increasingly difficult economic challenges, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), especially bamboo craftsmen, are faced with the need to sell and market products online in order to survive. Although many products produced by bamboo artisan MSMEs have quality, the limited location far from the city center and the lack of understanding about online sales cause a lack of interest from consumers. Therefore, the purpose of this service program is to provide training and assistance to MSMEs in Sukolilo Village, Lamongan, especially bamboo craftsmen, in using digital marketing strategies by utilizing the Shopee platform. The community service implementation method consists of 4 stages, namely identification, training and mentoring, monitoring and evaluation, and the impact of the community service. The results of the community service found that this digital marketing strategy can provide various benefits, ranging from increasing brand awareness to increasing online sales turnover. The implementation of digital marketing involves the stages of partner surveys, training and mentoring, the creation of social media specifically for MSME Bamboo Craftsmen in Sukolilo Village, Lamongan Regency, and evaluation of the implementation of digital marketing to expand sales reach and maintain business continuity amidst competition and the current sluggish economic conditions. The impact of this community service is that bamboo craftsmen understand the importance of digital marketing.

Abstract

The government has made maximum efforts and is fully committed to overcoming poverty and prospering the people through entrepreneurship development programs through training activities. The main reason why independent business training needs to be done is because Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) have the potential to stabilize the economy through online marketing strategies. Training and facilitation of independent business incubation facilitation activities are carried out to increase the empowerment of MSMEs in order to increase their business or motivate them to continue their business. MSMEs in Bubutan District started to improve MSME performance with the MSME implementation method in Bubutan District, Surabaya City. The material given to MSMEs consisted of: Joint Marketing of Grab and Gojek for MSMEs in Bubutan District. The last stage of this training is monitoring and evaluation with representative results, namely, MSMEs through the Go-bizz application by emphasizing the quality of packaging and product label design, as well as culinary business ethics have implemented online marketing by registering at GRABFOOD and Go-bizz for MSME handicrafts has have unique and innovative packaging as well as food and beverage.
