Abstract

Banks are also industrial institutions whose activities always rely on trust, so they must always maintain the bank's health performance system. Bank health maintenance by maintaining capital adequacy, asset quality, management, achieving sufficient profit and liquidity. The purpose of this research is to test and analyze the effect of the capital structure, profitability, liquidity and market value of corporate value with dividends as a moderating variable.The population in this study are all banking companies listed on the Stock Exchange. The sampling technique was carried out by using purposive sampling technique, which was based on certain criteria so the sample size of 5 samples of each banking industry company - helped distribute dividends during the period 2006 - 2014. The data used were secondary data obtained from the Stock Annual Report Effect. Research hypothesis testing uses multiple linear regression analysis techniques and Residual MRA. The results showed that: 1). Capital structure has no significant effect on the value of the Company, 2). Profitability has a significant effect on Company Value, 3). Liquidity does not have a significant effect on firm value, 4). Market value has no significant effect on the value of the Company, 4). Dividends cannot significantly moderate the Influence of Capital Structure, Profitability, Liquidity and Market Value of the value of the Company.   Keywords: Capital Structure, Profitability, likuidity, Market Value, Value and Dividend  Company

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of capital structure, the size of the company to the agency cost and performance of the company. In addition, the indirect influence between capital structure and size of the company to the agency cost is also researched in this study. The study population used in this study were 18 companies in the consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the study period 2010-2014. Number of sample as the number of population by census method. This study analysis method is path analysis using SPSS software. The results of this study show that there is significant influence negatively the size of the company to the agency cost and there is significant influence negatively agency cost to company performance, there is no influence between capital structure to agency cost and there is no influence of capital structure to the company's performance, and there is no effect of firm size on company performance.

Abstract

Abstract : Activity Based Costing (ABC) is a cost model that identifies activities in an organization and provide the cost of each activity resource to all the activities and services according to the actual consumption by each: the determination of indirect costs (overhead) and direct costs. In this way the company can establish the true cost of the individual products and services for the purpose of identifying and eliminating activities that do not benefit from lower prices and unfavorable activity and lower the price of activities that are too expensive. In a company, Activity Based Costing (ABC) provides enterprise resource costs through activities during construction projects and services provided to customers. It is commonly used as a tool to understand the activity and customer cost and profitability. Thus, Activity Based Costing (ABC) has been used to support strategic decisions primarily on price, the identification and measurement of the activity improvement initiatives during the project development activities. Abstract

Empowerment in the field of agriculture is one of the important sectors in Indonesia's development efforts to combat poverty. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Agriculture, farmers are organized and structured within farmer groups in each hamlet and farmer group cooperatives (Gapoktan) at the village level. This study aims to obtain a deep understanding of the empowerment activities in the "Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa" cooperative and to analyze the stages of economic empowerment in the "Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa" cooperative in improving the welfare of farmers. This study is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques include interviews, documentation, and observation. The results of the study show that economic activities carried out by the cooperative include providing capital, implementing plantation, agriculture and livestock programs, handling livestock waste, and building cooperation with other parties. Every community empowerment activity needs to be based on appropriate work strategies for successful achievement of desired goals. Empowerment activities are carried out through three stages, starting from the awareness stage, capacity building stage, and empowerment stage. This forms the basis for the empowerment strategy in the "Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa" cooperative in Pekon Wonoharjo to improve the economic welfare of the community.INTISARIPemberdayaan pada bidang pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor penting pembangunan di Indonesia dalam upaya pemberantasan kemiskinan. Berdasarkan peraturan Mentri Pertanian, petani diatur dan ditata dalam wadah kelompok tani di tiap dusun dan gabungan kelompok tani (Gapoktan) di tingkat desa. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperoleh pemahaman yang mendalam mengenai kegiatan pemberdayaan pada Gapoktan rukun agawe sentosa serta untuk menganalisis tahapan pemberdayaan ekonomi pada Gapoktan rukun agawe sentosa dalam meningkatkan kesejahtraan petani. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode interview dokumentasi, dan observasi. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa kegiatan ekonomi yang dilakukan diantaranya Gapoktan berfungsi sebagai sarana penyedia modal, menjalankan program perkebunan, pertanian dan peternakan, berperan dalam penanganan limbah ternak serta membangun kerjasama dengan pihak lain. Setiap kegiatan pemberdayaan masyarakat perlu dilandasi oleh strategi kerja yang tepat demi keberhasilannya mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Kegiatan pemberdayaaan dilakukan melalui tiga tahap mulai dari tahap penyadaran, pengkapasitasan hingga pada tahap pendayaan. Hal tersebut juga yang menjadi basis strategi pemberdayaan pada Gapoktan Rukun Agawe Sentosa Pekon Wonoharjo dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomi masyarakat.

Abstract

Peran Pemerintah Desa adalah seseorang melakukan hak dan kewajibannya sesuai dengan kedudukannya, yaitu sebagai penyelenggaraan urusan pemerintahan, termasuk pembangunan infrastruktur di desa. Pembangunan infrastruktur adalah upaya peningkatan kualitas hidup dan kehidupan masyarakat melalui peningkatan prasarana yang dibutuhkan masyarakat dan merupakan pendukung utama fungsi-fungsi sistem sosial dan sistem ekonomi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan beberapa hal yang mencakup parameter yang digunakan dalam mengukur peran pemerintahan desa dalam meningkatkan pembangunan infrastruktur desa, kinerja serta masalah-masalah dalam pembangunan infrastruktur Desa Duwet Kecamatan Bojong Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis dimulai dari tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan analisis tersebut dapat diambil kesimpulan, Pertama, Peran pemerintah desa sebagai sebagai regulator yaitu dalam pembangunan infrastruktur pemerintah desa dan masyarakat berperan dan terlibat dalam membuat peraturan perencanaan pembangunan infrastruktur. Kedua, peran pemerintah sebagai dinamisator yaitu pemerintah sebagai dinamisator melakukan kegiatan sosialisasi mengenai pelaksanaan pembangunan di desa. Ketiga, peran pemerintah sebagai fasilitator Pemerintah desa Duwet dalam pembangunan infrastruktur menyediakan berbagai fasilitas yang dibutuhkan masyarakat. Keempat, peran pemerintah sebagai katalisator yaitu dalam pelaksanaan pembangunan infrastruktur pemerintah Desa Duwet berperan untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan pemerintah kabupaten.

Abstract

New Normal saat ini memaksa Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk menjual dan memasarkan produknya secara online agar bisa tetap bertahan. Ada banyak UMKM di Kecamatan Asemrowo dengan berbagai produk UMKM, namun pada saat pandemi Covid-19 mengalami penurunan penjualan bahkan mati. Untuk itu tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM di Kecamatan Asemrowo melalui strategi digital marketing dengan platform shopee. Keuntungan dari strategi digital marketing, mulai dari meningkatkan brand awareness hingga kenaikan omset penjualan secara online. Mitra usaha yakni para pelaku UMKM yang terdiri dari pengusaha makanan yang terus berinovasi dalam memasarkan produk secara digital (Shopee). Kegiatan implementasi digital marketing dilakukan melalui tahapan survei mitra, pelatihan dan pendampingan, pembuatan media sosial bagi UMKM Kecamatan Asemrowo, dan evaluasi atas implementasi virtual marketing untuk memperluas cakupan penjualan dan keberlangsungan usaha di tengah tantangan persaingan dan lesunya perekonomian saat ini.

Abstract

In the era of digital technology, inclusive communication is important so that the empowerment process can reach all levels of society, including marginalized groups that are often overlooked due to the digital divide. This research aims to analyze the implementation of digital applications in community empowerment in the villages of Ulubelu District, Tanggamus Regency, focusing on the challenges, opportunities, and obstacles faced. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design and data obtained through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and document analysis. Data mining was conducted with community leaders, village government, and local people. The results showed that infrastructure barriers, such as inaccessible roads and lack of internet signal, are the main obstacles in optimizing the use of digital applications, such as the Village Information System (SID), SIKS-NG, and other development planning applications. Villages such as Sinar Banten, Rejosari, Ulu Semong, and Petay Kayu face issues related to the accessibility of digital technology and information. In addition, a lack of digital literacy among the community, especially the elderly, and limited training for village officials exacerbate the situation. However, digital applications also have the potential to support transparency, efficiency, and access to information in community empowerment programs with improved technology infrastructure and inclusive digital literacy training. This study reveals the importance of collaboration between the government, village apparatus, and communities in designing sustainable digitalization strategies. This research enriches the literature related to digitalization in rural areas and provides practical recommendations to overcome barriers to technology implementation. The results are expected to serve as a reference for policymakers and practitioners to develop a more inclusive approach in supporting digital-based community empowerment in remote areas.

Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) merupakan motor penggerak perekonomian yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Kreativitas masyarakat dan kemampuan memanfaatkan sumber daya alam yang ada untuk memandu ide dan kreasi diwujudkan dalam berbagai produk UMKM. Ada banyak UMKM di Kecamatan Asemrowo dengan berbagai  produk UMKM, namun pandemi membuat beberapa UMKM mati. Tujuan dari program pengabdian ini adalah untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pendampingan UMKM di Kecamatan Asemrowo melalui strategi virtual marketing. Keuntungan dari strategi virtual marketing, mulai dari meningkatkan brand awareness hingga kenaikan omset penjualan. Mitra usaha yakni para pelaku UMKM yang terdiri dari pengusaha makanan yang terus berinovasi dalam memasarkan produk secara digital (instagram dan facebook). Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in Indonesia's economic growth. However, many MSME players in Sabatan Hamlet, Ringinanom Village, Magelang Regency, do not have business legality, strong branding, and effective digital marketing strategies. This mentoring program aims to assist MSME players in obtaining a Business Identification Number (NIB), improving branding identity, and utilizing Google Maps as a means of business digitization. The methods used include observation, interviews, mentoring, and evaluation of six MSMEs in Sabatan Hamlet. The results of this program show that the assisted MSMEs have successfully obtained business legality in the form of NIB, have a more professional business logo and banner, and are registered on Google Maps, which increases the visibility of their business. The evaluation of this program also showed a positive response from MSME players, who felt the real impact of the assistance in the aspects of legality, branding, and digital marketing. With this program, it is expected that MSMEs in Sabatan Hamlet can develop more rapidly, increase competitiveness, and contribute more to the local economy. Similar programs in the future need to be expanded so that more MSMEs can benefit, with additional training related to digital marketing strategies and business management.
