Abstract

Ketentuan Pasal 191 ayat (2) KUHAP mengatur tentang putusan Lepas Dari Segala Tuntutan Hukum. Bahwa pada Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Suka Makmue Nomor 63/Pid.B/2021/PN Skm. terdakwa dinyatakan lepas dari segala tuntutan hukum karena telah berdamai. Hasil Penelitian pada pembahasan pertama menunjukkan bahwa ketentuan Pasal 191 ayat (2) KUHAP, menentukan bahwa alasan yang dapat dijadikan sebagai dasar bagi hakim untuk tidak menjatuhkan hukuman/pidana kepada para pelaku atau terdakwa yang diajukan ke pengadilan karena telah melakukan suatu tindak pidana dinamakan alasan penghapus pidana, yaitu: Alasan pembenar dan Alasan pemaaf. Analisis terhadap Putusan Lepas dari Segala Tuntutan Hukum pada putusan Nomor: 63/Pid.B/2021/Pn Skm, terhadap putusan Pengadilan menurut penulis Hakim keliru. Hal ini berdasarkan pemeriksaan fakta-fakta dipersidangan tidak ditemukannya alasan pemaaf maupun pembenar dalam diri terdakwa, yang menyebabkan terdakwa harus dilepaskan dari segala tuntutan hukum.

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum is a curriculum introduced by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology in 2021 as an effort to improve the education system in Indonesia. In the era of globalization, the demands on students' abilities are not only limited to academic abilities, but also life skills abilities, creativity, and innovation. The Merdeka curriculum is designed to meet these demands and help students be prepared for future challenges. Improvement of the national curriculum Previously, the national curriculum in Indonesia has undergone several revisions and adjustments, but there are still shortcomings in terms of life skills development and innovation. Therefore, Curriculum Merdeka was created to enhance the previous national curriculum and provide a more holistic and relevant learning experience for students. This writing methodology uses the literature study methodology. The writing of this article is done by reviewing journals related to curriculum and implementation. The results of the study found that the character development of Curriculum Merdeka students also aims to develop superior student character, such as critical thinking skills, collaboration, and good ethics. That way, students not only become academically smart, but also able to become individuals who are more competitive and character. With this background, the Merdeka Curriculum is expected to provide a more meaningful and relevant learning experience for students in Indonesia.

Abstract

Integrated learning is a learning approach that adapts to the level of student development and gives students the opportunity to learn both individually and in groups. The study aims to provide an overview of the application of webbed-type integrated learning in primary schools. The subjects in the study are teachers in Gugus II Kecamatan Payakumbuh Timur. The research is carried out using descriptive qualitative methods, where data collected from the results of observations, interviews, and documentation is analyzed descriptively to describe the application of webbed-type integrated learning in elementary schools. Research results show that in integrated learning of the webbed type, learning starts from themes in everyday life that are close to the student environment, so learning becomes more meaningful. In the learning process, students are actively involved in various fun learning activities. Thus, it can be concluded that integrated learning using the webbed type is very suitable for application in elementary schools because it can improve student learning activities.
