Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan merencanakan ulang kapasitas dari saluran drainase pada Kawasan Jalan Radial dan Kawasan Lorong Nangka Kelurahan Delapan Ilir Kecamatan Ilir Timur Tiga Kota Palembang, dimana setiap tahunnya selalu terjadi banjir karena disebabkan tingginya curah hujan dengan durasi cukup lama dan tidak mampunya saluran untuk menampung air dalam jumlah banyak karena adanya sampah dan sedimentasi. Dalam perencanaan ulang ini menggunakan analisis debit banjir rancangan dengan kala ulang 5, 10, dan 20 tahun. Data curah hujan harian di diperoleh dari BMKG Stasiun Kenten Kota Palembang dari tahun 2015 sampai dengan tahun 2022, sedangkan identifikasi saluran (panjang, lebar, lebar, kemiringan dan akar permasalahan terjadinya banjir) didapat dengan melakukan pengukuran langsung dilapangan, survey dan interview dengan warga yang ada di kawasan tersebut. Hasil evaluasi didapatkan bahwa kapasitas tampungan existing (QKap) lebih kecil dari pada debit banjir rancangan (QRanc), yaitu : pada Kawasan Jalan Radial dengan kala ulang 5 tahun QKap : 2,540 m3/det < QRanc : 2,691 m3/det, kala ulang 10 tahun QKap : 2,540 m3/det < QRanc : 2,969 m3/det, kala ulang 20 tahun QKap : 2,540 m3/det < QRanc : 3,198 m3/det dan pada Kawasan Lorong Nangka kala ulang 5 tahun QKap : 1,315 m3/det < QRanc : 2,876 m3/det, kala ulang 10 tahun QKap : 1,315 m3/det < QRanc : 3,173m3/det, kala ulang 20 tahun QKap : 1,315 m3/det < QRanc : 3,418 m3/det, sehingga diperlukan perencanaan ulang dengan cara coba-coba, yaitu mencoba merencanakan lebar dan tinggi saluran sehingga didapatkan kapasitas tampungan yang cukup optimal. Abstract

The need for clean water as a primary requirement for survival demands effective management in terms of the volume and standard of water that can be used. The clean water needs assessment plan was designed using a case study approach, taking into account population projections and estimated water consumption in Ogan Ilir Regency until 2034. Basic and additional data collection is one of the methods used, as is population estimation through the application of geometric and arithmetic methodologies. The arithmetic approach estimates the need for clean water at 45,035,981 m³/day (WHO), 19,815,831 m³/day (PUPR), and 21,617,271 m³/day (SNI) based on a projected population of 496,071 people in 2034; The geometric approach estimates the clean water requirement at 45,266,478 m³/day (WHO), 19,917,250 m³/day (PUPR), and 21,727,909 m³/day (SNI). By using EPANET 2.2 software, which can simulate the hydraulic system of clean The assessment of water distribution and the performance of the pipeline design is reinforced through a technical analysis of the distribution system

Abstract

Population growth in Palembang City has put pressure on the fulfillment of housing needs, industrial/service areas and supporting facilities which have caused land that was previously a conservation area, water catchment area, to turn into watertight areas which have caused increased water flow from an area which causes puddles and floods which tend to increase over time, coupled with the geographical conditions of Palembang City with rainfall during 2022 ranging from 97.2 mm (July) to 47.30 mm (January), and has relatively high air humidity where the average ranges from 81.00% to 84.30% in March so that Palembang City is highly likely to experience frequent rain. There are 19 (nineteen) flood control drainage systems in Palembang City, one of which is the Lambidaro and Sekanak river drainage subsystems. The purpose of this study was to determine the storage capacity of the Lambidaro-Sekanak River flood control drainage channel for the next 5-year return period.The required data included the existing condition of the Lambidaro-Sekanak River flood control drainage channel, rainfall data, and other specifications related to the test results.The analysis revealed that the drainage capacity for the 5-year return period was 10,116 m3/s
