Abstract

The increasing number of pneumonia cases among under-five children in Surakarta City over the past three years indicates the need for preventive measures to curb the rise. Spatial analysis and risk factor assessment are essential tools for understanding the geographical distribution and contributing determinants of pneumonia in young children.; (1) Background: To analyze the spatial distribution and associations between risk factors and pneumonia cases among under-five children in Surakarta City.; (2) Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a cross-sectional design; (3) Results: Multivariate regression showed that poor nutrition, population density, rainfall, and humidity significantly influenced pneumonia prevalence.; (4) Conclusions: The prevalence of pneumonia in toddlers shows a high level of vulnerability in Sangkrah subdistrict. The Health Office of Surakarta City can intervene with priority level 1 area.

Abstract

the increasingly rapid development of technology, students are prepared to prepare themselves and deal with it, not only in the form of theory but also its application in the real world of work. Knowledge obtained in lectures will be of little use if it is not accompanied by active experience in the real world of work as well as the application of science and technology in the field of electrical engineering. Students really need provision of insight and knowledge of the world of work, so that there is this practical work. Students do not only know the theory but also know the practice directly. AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator) is an electrical system that functions to maintain voltage at a certain value, maintain the stability of reactive power flow, maintain power factor stability, maintain the stability of the rotor angle, limit the generator so that it continues to operate in a safe area. The AVR function is executed automatically using the PID on the controller. AVR is a system that is very important in the process of generating electrical energy.

Abstract

The increasing need for efficient personal health records (PHRs) for mothers and children has driven the development of innovative healthcare solutions. This study presents the development and evaluation of "SIKIA," a PHR application created using the Glide App. SIKIA aims to streamline health data management and enhance accessibility for mothers and children. The research methodology involved developing the SIKIA app, followed by user trials and an evaluation using the System Usability Scale (SUS). A group of mothers with young children, pregnant woman, and midwifes participated in the study, testing the application and providing feedback on its usability and functionality. The results indicate that SIKIA is well-received by users. The SUS scores demonstrate high user satisfaction, with users praising the app's ease of use, accessibility, and comprehensive health data management capabilities. The positive feedback highlights SIKIA's potential as a valuable tool in personal health record management, addressing the specific needs of mothers and children. This study underscores the importance of user-friendly PHRs in improving health outcomes and healthcare service efficiency. By providing a seamless platform for health data management, SIKIA can contribute significantly to the well-being of mothers and children. The findings suggest that further development and broader implementation of SIKIA could enhance healthcare delivery and patient engagement in personal health management.

Abstract

Public health facilities in Bantul Regency have implemented the Digital Government Service (DGS) since 2019 to support healthcare activities. However, its implementation has not been fully optimal, and several challenges remain. User satisfaction is an important indicator of the successful adoption of health information systems. This study aimed to assess user satisfaction with DGS using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model across five dimensions: content, accuracy, format, ease of use, and timeliness. A quantitative cross-sectional design was employed with 104 respondents selected through multistage random sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and observations and analyzed through univariate, bivariate, and multivariate approaches. Most DGS users were female (88%), aged 26–35 years (35%), had diploma-level education (53%), and worked as midwives (24%). Overall, user satisfaction was categorized as “satisfied,” with an average score above 3.401 across the five EUCS dimensions. Regression analysis indicated that all EUCS dimensions had a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction (p < 0.05), and the simultaneous F-test confirmed that all independent variables collectively influenced the dependent variable (p < 2.2e-16). In conclusion, DGS users in Bantul Regency reported a satisfactory level of system use, and all EUCS dimensions were significantly associated with user satisfaction, with independent variables collectively contributing to overall satisfaction.

Abstract

Outbreaks of disease can result in a large increase in morbidity and mortality, have an impact on tourism, economics and social, so there is a need for an Extraordinary Early Response and Response System (EWARS) (Early Warning and Response System). SKDR has been socialized and replicated gradually throughout Indonesia. Salatiga is one of the cities in Central Java Province and has 6 health centers that have been running the EWARS program in early detection of outbreaks but still occur every year. It is necessary to evaluate the EWARS Program at the Salatiga City Health Service.Evaluation was carried out with a descriptive study of analysis, namely evaluating aspects of input, process, output and outcome by interviewing questionnaires to EWARS health center program administrators and Salatiga City Health Service. The problem with input is that officers have multiple tasks ?2 (67%) and there are no adequate funds. In the process of targeting and planning (50%) and coordination across sectors (33%). At the output, the officer did not send the report on time and in the outcome of the detection of outbreaks as early as possible but there was no epidemiological bulletin to inform public health every week. There are a number of things that need to be addressed in the EWARS program in Salatiga, namely human resources, facilities and infrastructure as well as planning and implementation. There needs to be equal employment, EWARS training for puskesmas officers and municipal health offices so that they can detect and analyze potentially outbreak diseases as early as possible.
