Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service and communication on outpatient satisfaction at Peima Pekanbaru Hospital. The sample in this study was 100 outpatients at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital. While the variables studied in this study were service, communication and patient satisfaction. Data analysis used multiple linear regression methods using validity tests, reliability tests, normality tests, t tests, f tests and R2 tests. The test was carried out to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and the dependent variables (dependent variables). Based on the results of the study, service and communication simultaneously affect patient satisfaction with a correlation value of R = 0.384, which indicates a close relationship between service and communication with outpatient satisfaction at Prima Hospital. While the Adjusted R square is 0.130, which means that service and communication have a contribution of 13% to outpatient satisfaction at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru. Simultaneously, service and communication variables affect outpatient satisfaction at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru with a calculated F value of 8.401 3.94. Partially, it is obtained that the service variable affects outpatient satisfaction at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru with a calculated t value of 2.423 t table 1.985 and the communication variable affects outpatient satisfaction at Prima Hospital Pekanbaru with a calculated t value of 2.158 t table 1.985, the multiple linear regression equation is as follows: Y = 8.456 + 0.117 X1 + 0.154 X2.

Abstract

purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job training and work motivation on employee performance at the Pekanbaru Forestry Training Office. The sample in this study was 44 employees of the Pekanbaru Forestry Training Office. The variables studied in this study were job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y). The data analysis used multiple regression methods using validation tests, reliability tests, multiple linear regression tests, classical assumption tests, normality tests, multicollinearity tests, partial tests (t-tests), and determinant coefficients (R2). The test was carried out in order to determine the effect of independent variables (independent) and dependent variables. Based on the results of the study, job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and have an effect on employee performance (Y) with an R value of 0.601 which indicates a positive relationship between job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y) at the Pekanbaru Forestry Training Office. While R square is obtained as much as 0.61 which indicates a positive relationship direction between job training (X1), work motivation (X2), and employee performance (Y) at the Pekanbaru forestry training office. Partially obtained job training (X1), work motivation (X2) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y) at the Pekanbaru forestry training office with a significance of 0.001 smaller than 0.05 multiple linear regression equation as follows: Y = 1.749 + 0.347 Job Training + 0.526 Work Motivation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know the influence of service innovation on public satisfaction in Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Department Office. The sample in this study was the community in the Population and Civil Registration Department Office of Pekanbaru City which numbered 100 people. Data analyzes used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedasticity test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination test and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study it is known that the coefficient of determination of the variables Service Innovation as a whole exerts an influence exerts as much as 57.5% influence on Public Satisfaction while the remaining as much as 42.5% is affected by other factors by unreported. The hypothesis test results show thitung (11.514) ttabel (1.984) with sig 0.000 sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Service Innovation on Community Satisfaction in Civil Offices and Co-residence Department.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 40 orang. Sedangkan variabel yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini adalah kompensasi dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan metode regresi linear sederhana dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji R2 dan uji t. Pengujian tersebut dilakukan guna mengetahui hubungan antara variabel bebas (independen variable) dengan variabel terikat (dependent variable).Berdasarkan hasil penelitian bahwa kompensasi secara serentak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai korelasi R = 0,636 yang menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang erat antara kompensasi dengan kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Sedangkan R square di dapat 0,388 yang berarti kompensasi memiliki kontribusi sumbangan sebesar 38,8% terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Pekanbaru. Secara parsial diperoleh variabel kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mega Finance Cabang Pekanbaru dengan signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari alpha 0,05. Persamaan regresi linear sederhana sebagai berikut :   Y = 9,873 + 0,649X.
