The purpose of this study is to know the influence of service innovation on public satisfaction in Pekanbaru City Population and Civil Registration Department Office. The sample in this study was the community in the Population and Civil Registration Department Office of Pekanbaru City which numbered 100 people. Data analyzes used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroskedasticity test, simple linear regression, coefficient of determination test and partial test (t test). Based on the results of the study it is known that the coefficient of determination of the variables Service Innovation as a whole exerts an influence exerts as much as 57.5% influence on Public Satisfaction while the remaining as much as 42.5% is affected by other factors by unreported. The hypothesis test results show thitung (11.514) ttabel (1.984) with sig 0.000 sig 0.05, so it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of Service Innovation on Community Satisfaction in Civil Offices and Co-residence Department.
