Abstract

This Community Service has the aim of developing a Smart Asset Business application for BUMDes governance to make it easier for BUMDes employees and increase the competence of BUMDes employees in managing assets, transactions and making financial reports, then preparing BUMDes so that they can become legal entities. With various programs to achieve goals such as the development of smart asset business applications, training for BUMDes employees in the TokoDesa unit, assistance for licensing BUMDes legal entities and other activities that support the achievement of the goals of this service, it is known that 100% of respondents consider that this service has a positive impact on improving quality. HR and the quality of BUMDes itself. With the development of a smart asset business website, they consider that they can provide clear and complete information to the people of Pagerwangi Village in particular and the Indonesian people in general. They also consider this website to be used as a promotional page and an introduction to BUMDes and BUMDes products. In the asset management section, and BUMDes transactions, it is a crucial part and they find it very helpful to make standard-compliant financial reports in an easy way.

Abstract

Expired goods are the condition of a product that is no longer suitable for consumption or use because it has a high risk of causing poisoning for people who consume it or use it. For sellers, especially in traditional markets, there is no way or system to be able to inform goods that are approaching expiration and are still fit for sale, so it can result in goods that are approaching expiration simply being thrown away. The purpose of this study is to develop a digital marketing application design for frozen preparations that are almost expiring to increase trader turnover in the Ciroyom market. The research method used is experimental and descriptive research methods. The system development methodology used is Waterfall. The results of this study explain that digital marketing applications of near-expired frozen processed products in the Ciroyom market have been analyzed by existing sales procedures, which we then developed to overcome the emerging drawbacks of near-expired product sales. This digital marketing application can overcome some of the problems with selling frozen preparations that are about to expire. This digital marketing application can sell merchandise that is almost expired online so consumers can see what items are available.

Abstract

During global climate change and the threat of environmental pollution, society is increasingly aware of the crucial role played by nature conservation and waste management. One of the big challenges in this context is waste management, especially organic waste. This research uses a method with a qualitative research approach. Qualitative data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and observations to explore the problems faced. The approach used in this research is experimental research. The data collected is managed to create a design for a website-based information system that is used to provide various information and guidelines for managing organic waste bins. This website was designed with the aim of deepening understanding of the problems faced by the community regarding organic waste management and the use of organic waste bins. The research results provide an overview of the design of an information system that can be used for various activities related to managing organic waste bins. This website was designed with the aim of deepening understanding of the problems faced by the community regarding organic waste management and the use of organic waste bins. It is hoped that these results can be translated into a system that can provide significant support for organic waste management in the community so that the impact can be felt directly in the community with a healthier and more comfortable environment.

Abstract

This study aims to establish a framework for governing information systems in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), focusing on decision-making processes in advanced and emerging MSME clusters. COBIT 5 is employed to identify variables and guide the research stages. The research will specifically examine MSMEs located in Bandung District. The evaluation of governance quality for each target, which includes Nurtured MSMEs and Advanced MSMEs, involves utilizing the Process Assessment Model (PAM) derived from COBIT 5. In addition to gathering preliminary data through interviews and surveys conducted in Bandung District, this initial investigation also involved a comparative analysis of various methods employed in prior research about the study's subject matter. The findings from this study reveal that the data processing procedures for MSMEs in the Bandung Regency involve the use of computer/laptop devices. However, certain MSMEs face challenges in adequately managing the acquired data, emphasizing the necessity for more effective data management to ensure the produced data attains the quality required for constructing a model for advanced MSMEs. On the contrary, some other MSMEs in the Bandung Regency exhibit proficient data management practices, conducting regular evaluations of data and information, and basing their decisions on the analyzed data. These two scenarios serve as benchmarks for understanding the decision-making processes of both emerging and advanced MSMEs about data. The aspiration is that the outcomes of this study can serve as a benchmark, offering best practices for MSMEs to enhance the quality of their Decision-Making and achieve excellence in their business operations.

Abstract

The rapid growth of MSMEs does not mean that MSMEs do not have obstacles in carrying out their business activities, especially in managing financial reports which will still be a trend in the coming years to produce sustainable value. Because technology and business have grown together, companies are incentivized to compete by offering the best goods, allowing them to adapt and continue to perform throughout time. So this research aims to develop an innovative financial report accounting information system model for the digitalization transformation of MSMEs. To achieve this goal, the research method is qualitative by collecting data through interviews and observations of MSMEs that have implemented digitalization. As well as collecting data using literature studies to support the study and research framework. The results achieved in this research are an accounting information system model for digitizing MSME financial reports. It is hoped that the resulting model can become a basis for MSMEs to apply digitalization in the preparation of financial reports so that it is expected to produce sustainable value for these MSMEs. Visual business process models seem to be more successful and efficient than textual models in search, recognition, and some inference tasks, and they can accommodate both experts and beginners. Nonetheless, textual models outperform visual models in memory tests (which can be used by professionals and beginners alike) and, to a lesser degree, in problem-solving tasks (which are only used by experts).

Abstract

With the advancement of technology, startups, and small businesses are required to complete manual and inefficient work with advanced technology to achieve better performance. Work that is done manually must be further improved by using a computerized system. However, not all startups can utilize the development of information technology properly. This study aims to design a business development strategy for digitalization-based start-up companies in the fields of marketing and business strategy, with a focus on readiness to compete in the global market through online channels, as well as customer churn management to maintain loyalty and increase retention in the face of competitive market dynamics. The research method used is an experimental research method, with the unit of analysis on the startup of the Panel Bambu Akustik Pembersih Udara. The research data includes primary data from the company's sales reports and secondary data from scientific publications, journals, proceedings, and related regulations. The results of this study are in the form of a digital business strategy design that includes marketing design through the company's website, functioning as a business profile and transaction platform. This design is expected to guide companies in effectively accessing the global market. The implementation of the results of this study is expected to help manufacturing startups such as Air Purifying Acoustic Bamboo Panels compete in the international market through an integrated and effective online strategy. With the application, users can more easily spread product promotions and consumers can easily find out information about the product, from explanations to ordering.

Abstract

Rumah olahan produk beku di Pasar Ciroyom salah satunya adalah UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat yang berlokasi di Kelurahan Ciroyom, Kec. Andir, Kota Bandung. UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat termasuk dalam klaster Usaha Kecil bidang Penjualan Produk Beku (Frozen Food). Dalam menjual produknya Organisasi UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat masih mengadopsi metode tradisional dalam strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk mereka, tanpa memanfaatkan aplikasi. Berdasarkan temuan dari wawancara dan observasi langsung dengan pemilik bisnis, beberapa tantangan telah diidentifikasi. Salah satu masalah utama adalah ketidakmampuan mengendalikan masa kedaluwarsa produk, yang menyebabkan produk yang sudah kedaluwarsa harus dibuang dan tidak dapat dijual lagi. Untuk menanggulangi masalah tersebut, langkah yang diambil adalah menerapkan sebuah aplikasi yang telah dirancang dan disesuaikan khusus, bertujuan untuk memperkuat strategi pemasaran dan penjualan produk yang mendekati masa kedaluwarsa. Hal ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan penjualan sebelum produk melewati tanggal kedaluwarsa, serta meningkatkan pendapatan bagi UKM Rumah Beku dan PD Ajat. Berdasarkan temuan dari mitra yang telah dinilai, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mereka memerlukan sebuah platform yang mampu memasarkan dan menjual produk yang dekat dengan tanggal kedaluwarsa dengan harga diskon. Diharapkan langkah ini mampu meningkatkan performa penjualan usaha mereka melalui pemanfaatan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

a follow-up to the superior community empowerment program of Indonesian computer universities (PPMUPT) which consists of a collaboration of 3 study programs, namely the Postgraduate Program, Accounting and Computerized Accounting, in the 2nd year PPMUPT Program funded by the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education, as part of the tridarma has begun implemented after the adaptation of new habits / new normal with mentoring meetings on a limited scale, starting again in accordance with the programs that have been launched by the Village-owned enterprises in Desa Pagerwangi, West Bandung Regency. Assistance includes the need to improve BUMDES by utilizing existing facilities and those that are being prepared. Assistance for BUMDes optimization in terms of ICT utilization, BUMDes governance in terms of strengthening HR competencies, financial management and marketing of IRT products that are integrated and facilitated in BUMDes. is in the process of making the BUMDes e-ticket, e-commerce and postal (point of sale) application which is integrated with the BUMDES SMART ASSET that has been built and improved according to the BUMDes Desa Pagerwangi work program in 2020. In addition to this, an online training system is implemented and direct assistance in BUMDes between lecturers, village officials, IRT and other communities while still following health and social distancing procedures. The results of the activities obtained by the PPMUPT UNIKOM implementation team in 2020 found other potentials that could be developed in the Village such as the establishment of the Village Multipurpose Building which can be used for various activities / meetings with the Village community (giving BLT, Village Deliberations, receptions, seminars etc.) , Village sports field facilities (Sorga Desa) which can be used as an integrated tourist site (camping ground, jogging track, café, and minimarket) and the construction of BUMDES Building which has been facilitated with adequate facilities has been completed. Having sufficient village potential and balanced with good management is expected to help the village from an economic downturn after the covid-19 outbreak.

Abstract

 AbstrakPutra Putri Ikan terletak di Kampung Sukanampa RT.02/19 no.6, Kelurahan Cigugur Tengah, Kota Cimahi. Perusahaan menghadapi banyak masalah dalam budidaya ikan, terutama karena tidak ada sistem yang dapat mengontrol pemberian pakan yang tepat dan mengukur kejernihan air. Kondisi ini memengaruhi pertumbuhan ikan dan kualitas hasil budidaya. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) mengembangkan dan menerapkan sebuah sistem digital berbasis Android yang dapat mengetahui tingkat kejernihan air secara real-time dan secara otomatis memberikan pakan ikan. Teknik ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mengukur ketersediaan pakan dan kualitas air. Aplikasi ini juga memiliki bot Telegram, yang memudahkan pemantauan dan pengaturan jarak jauh. Proyek ini melibatkan masyarakat setempat dengan memberikan pelatihan dan menguji teknologi. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa adopsi teknologi ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi dan produktivitas budidaya ikan dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat dalam penerapan teknologi canggih untuk pertanian perikanan skala kecil dan menengah. Selain itu, aplikasi ini meningkatkan kualitas air, yang sangat penting untuk pertumbuhan ikan yang sehat, yang mendukung keberlanjutan budidaya ikan. Studi ini menyarankan untuk melakukan evaluasi rutin terhadap teknologi yang digunakan serta meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat untuk mencapai hasil yang berkelanjutan dan optimal. Inovasi ini diharapkan menjadi solusi yang relevan dan aplikatif bagi sektor perikanan untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Kata kunci: manajemen; sistem tata kelola; budidaya ikan; ketepatan panen AbstractPutra Putri Ikan is located in Sukanampa Village RT.02/19 no.6, Cigugur Tengah Village, Cimahi City. The company faces many problems in fish farming, mainly because there is no system that can control proper feeding and measure water clarity. This condition affects the growth of the fish and the quality of the aquaculture products. To solve this problem, the Community Service Team (PKM) developed and implemented an Android-based digital system that can determine the level of water clarity in real-time and automatically feed the fish. This technique uses ultrasonic sensors to measure feed availability and water quality. The app also has a Telegram bot, which makes remote monitoring and management easy. The project engaged the local community by providing training and testing the technology. The results show that the adoption of this technology can improve the efficiency and productivity of fish farming and encourage community participation in the application of advanced technologies for small and medium-scale fisheries farming. In addition, the application improved water quality, which is critical for healthy fish growth, supporting the sustainability of fish farming. The study suggests conducting regular evaluations of the technology used as well as increasing community participation to achieve sustainable and optimal results. This innovation is expected to be a relevant and applicable solution for the fisheries sector to face future challenges. Keywords: management; governance system; fish farming; harvest accuracy

Abstract

Barang kadaluarsa adalah dimana kondisi barang pada produk yang sudah tidak bisa ntuk dikonsumsi karena memiliki resiko besar untuk menyebabkan keracunan untuk orang yang mengkonsumsinya. Dengan begitu, untuk mengatasi barang kadaluarsa yang beredar di pasaran, Ciroyom masih menjualnya secara manual sehingga dapat mengakibatkan barang yang mendekati masa kadaluarsa dibuang. Tujuan kami dalam penelitian ini adalah merancang sebuah aplikasi pemasaran digital untuk sediaan beku yang hampir kadaluarsa untuk meningkatkan omzet pedagang di pasar Ciroyom. Metode yang di pakai yaitu metode Waterfall. Penelitian ini mengemukakan bahwa aplikasi pemasaran digital olahan beku hampir kadaluarsa di pasar Ciroyom telah dianalisis sesuai dengan prosedur penjualan yang sedang berjalan saat ini, yang kemudian kami kembangkan untuk mengatasi kelemahan-kelemahan dalam penjualan produk hampir kadaluarsa yang muncul. Beberapa permasalahan penjualan olahan beku yang hampir kadaluarsa dapat diatasi dengan aplikasi pemasaran digital ini. Aplikasi digital marketing ini dapat menjual barang dagangan yang hampir kadaluarsa secara online sehingga konsumen dapat melihat barang apa saja yang tersedia. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, aplikasi pemasaran digital ini diusulkan ke pasar Ciroyom untuk selanjutnya dapat diterapkan. Software aplikasi pemasaran yang dirancang tim dapat meningkatkan omzet. Bagi mitra, dengan menjual barang yang biasanya dibuang tetapi dengan adanya software aplikasi ini dapat dijual kembali, sehingga akan meningkatkan omset kepada mitra.
