Abstract

In August 2017, there were 7.4 million educated unemployed including vocational graduates. Why are there so many educated unemployed. Are there no vocational high school (SMK) graduates who can become entrepreneurs? The Vocational High School is the right place to develop entrepreneurship education. This study aims to determine the extent of the influence of the Business Center that can increase vocational entrepreneurship readiness. This research was conducted through a literature review and relevant research results and continued through a Focus Group Discussion (FGD). The data analysis technique used is descriptive-qualitative analysis technique. The study found that the Business Center can increase the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students, which means that increasing the entrepreneurial readiness of vocational students can be done through improving skills through the Business Center.

Abstract

Filling vacant positions in the promotion process often have difficulty because offering the candidate who can occup that position by of profile matching the employees profile and positions are less well defined .To minimize these obstacles r equire a decision support system that can analyze several employees who fit the profile of existing positions. Decision support system for the profile matching process is created based on the data contained in the PT. The XYZ. The Profile Matching process is done to determine the employee recommendation of the promotion process bassed on 3 aspects of Intellectual Capacity , Work Attitudes and Behaviour. The results of this process in the form of ranking employees as recommendations for decision makers to select suitable employees in vacant positions. From the results of the implementation of the system , it was concluded that the using this software can help the decision-making process to the promotion process

Abstract

Career Development Center (CDC) merupakan suatu sistem yang menyediakan informasi lowongan pekerjaan dalam mengembangkan karir khususnya bagi alumni Universitas Billfath. Sistem ini juga menyediakan data perusahaan yang bekerja sama dengan Universitas Billfath dan informasi seputar dunia kerja. Berdasarkan masalah di atas, peneliti akan merancang dan mengembangkan sistem informasi Career Development Center berbasis website yang dapat memfasilitasi masyarakat termasuk dari kalangan pelajar, khususnya dari kalangan mahasiswa dan alumni Universitas Billfath untuk memudahkan mencari pekerjaan yang diinformasikan melalui situs CDC. Selain itu, website ini dapat mempermudah pihak Universitas Billfath dalam mengembangkan dan memperluas jaringan kerjasama dengan perusahaan-perusahaan yang siap menampung tenaga kerja dari lulusan Universitas Billfath sehingga dapat menaikan akreditasi kampus menjadi Universitas terfavorit di Indonesia.

Abstract

Lamongan Regency is a district where the majority of the population is engaged in farming, making it the largest agricultural area located in East Java. As an agrarian region, the main livelihood of its residents is in the agricultural sector. Development in the agricultural sector is primarily aimed at meeting the needs of the community, given the diversity of food sources which presents a significant potential for land use. Lamongan Regency was divided into two categories: agricultural areas and non-agricultural areas. The Food Security and Agriculture Service of Lamongan Regency in 2023 divided land into 2 criteria, namely agricultural areas and non-agricultural areas. Agricultural areas consisting of rice fields, fields, and plantations covering an area of ​​95,460.35 hectares. While non-agricultural areas consist of settlements, industry, rivers, swamps, and forests covering an area of ​​8,022.85 hectares [1].Currently, the main issue is the lack of agricultural information available to the public, making it difficult for residents to access information about agriculture in Lamongan Regency. Therefore, there is a need for a geographic information system that can provide information about agricultural land potential and maps of agricultural opportunities in Lamongan Regency, enabling residents to quickly and easily obtain information about the agricultural land potential in their area.The research methodology used in developing the Gisela application is the waterfall method. Agriculture impacts the community of Lamongan Regency by providing quick and easy access to information about the agricultural land potential in the region. This application features an interface that is easy for the public to understand. Additionally, it can generate recommendations for determining suitable crops to plant and establish as leading commodities in their respective areas.
