Abstract

The existence of dayahs in Central Aceh is an Islamic educational institution that contributes in influencing the religious life of the community, day by step the development of both the quantity and quality is increasing. This study aims to describe the modernization Education System of Dayah Terpadu Al-Azhar, includes sub-systems of dayah education. This research is a field research with a descriptive qualitative method using a phenomenological approach, the main data source of this study is the document, and the informants are leaders of dayah, teungku dayah, santri and community leaders. Modernization education system of Dayah Terpadu Al-Azhar is characterized by changes in objectives, teungku and santri dayah, implementation of an integrated curriculum, enriching the treasures of contemporary books, the use of active strategies and varied methods, development of the dayah environment, and evaluation of learning.

Abstract

Mosques are places where Muslims gather. Since the time of Rasulullah saw., mosques have been the basis for the development of Islam. However, currently, most mosques only function as places of worship, because mosque management is less than optimal and lacks innovation. Therefore, as academics with an Islamic education background, we strive to empower and assist mosque management. The location of the dedication is the Great Ruhama Takengon mosque. This service aims to empower and assist mosque management to realize the Great Ruhama Takengon Mosque as a UPTD Mosque. The service method is carried out using Participation Action Research (PAR) and participant observation in the sense that the service member is directly involved in the activity and becomes a resource person in the group discussion forum (FGD), as well as the service member being the perpetrator of the activity. The results of the service show that the mentoring program is very beneficial for the formation of the UPTD of the Ruhama Takengon Grand Mosque and needs to continue and even be improved until the issuance of the UPTD Decree from the Regent of Central Aceh

Abstract

Bagi masyarakat Gayo, Peri Mestike merupakan “Selpah Murip” (Pandangan Hidup) baik pribadi, keluarga, juga bermasyarakat. Pada kajian ini dikhusukan pada PM atau falsafah "Rues Ku Ines Tungku Ku Pelu," yang merupakan pedoman dalam interaksi sosial dan organisasi. Dalam konteks modernisasi, terdapat tantangan yang dihadapi masyarakat Gayo dalam mempertahankan nilai-nilai budaya mereka, terutama di kalangan generasi muda yang semakin homogen dengan budaya luar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis falsafah "Rues Ku Ines Tungku Ku Pelu" serta implikasinya dalam manajemen organisasi berbasis kearifan lokal Gayo. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnopedagogik, pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara dengan strategi “Tengkah Bengkuang Gewat”, (metode perumpaan dan kias). Kajian ini menunjukkan bahwa lebaga pendidikan dan manajemen organisasi harus bersinergis dengan local wisdom dalam membangun pendidikan, karena budaya merupakan identitas mereka,. Subjek penelitian melibatkan tokoh adat, masyarakat, dan budayawan Gayo di Aceh Tengah. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa filosofi "Rues Ku Ines Tungku Ku Pelu" mencerminkan pentingnya hierarki sosial dan kerja sama dalam masyarakat dan organisasi. Penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa penerapan falsafah ini dalam kehidupan sehari-hari terlihat dalam musyawarah, interaksi keluarga, pengambilan keputusan kolektif, dan pembagian tugas diberbagai lembaga termasuk sekolah. Meskipun menghadapi tantangan modernisasi, nilai-nilai ini tetap relevan dan dapat diintegrasikan ke dalam praktik manajemen organisasi modern. Falsafah atau PM "Rues Ku Ines Tungku Ku Pelu" memiliki potensi besar untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas kerja dalam organisasi modern. Oleh karena itu, penting untuk diinternalisasi melalui pendidikan dan program pelatihan yang relevan.
