Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation, stages, and obstacles in public policies issued by the Kutai Kartanegara Regency government to protect the social environment of the community, through Regent Regulation Number 22 of 2022 concerning Smoke-Free Areas (KTR). This policy aims to reduce exposure to cigarette smoke in public places, in order to improve public health. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The focus of this study is on policy analysis, socialization, the establishment of special smoking areas, controlling tobacco advertising, as well as law enforcement and the role of the community. The results of the study indicate that there are challenges in the implementation of the KTR Perbup, including low public awareness, limited resources, and lack of coordination between related parties. This study suggests the need for expanded socialization, strengthening the role of the community, consistent law enforcement, and closer collaboration between government, industry, academics, the community, and the media. With pentahelix synergy, it is hoped that the KTR policy can be more effective in creating a healthier and smoke-free environment in Kutai Kartanegara.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lama Perkawinan Dan Pemakaian Alat Kontrasepsi Serta Pendapatan Keluarga Terhadap Jumlah Kelahiran  Di Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang. Pada penelitian ini mengunakan alat analisis regresi berganda dengan sistem komputer yang menggunakan SPSS versi 22. Hasil penelitian menyatakan: Lama Perkawinan pertama (X1) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Fertilitas (Y)  di Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, dapat di katakan bahwa semakin tingginya lama dalam melakukan perkawinan pertama maka jumlah kelahiran akan semakin berkurang setiap tahunnya. Pendapatan (X2) berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Fertilitas di Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang. Apabila semakin meningkat pendapatan keluarga, maka semakin tinggi fertilitas Penggunaan Alat Kontrasepsi (X3) berpengaruhpositif terhadap Fertilitas (Y) di Kecamatan Sungai Kunjang, hal ini dikarenakan responden yang diambil secara acak merupakan pasangan yang telah mengikuti KB akan tetapi setelah memiliki lebih dari satu anak.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the perception of tourists to the existence of Saung Angklung Udjo as a form of existence of Sundanese culture. This research was conducted at Saung Angklung Udjo cultural tourism. The research method used is a descriptive analysis study method with a qualitative approach, the respondents in this study were the tourists from Saung Angklung Udjo and the manager. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers about tourist perceptions of the existence of Saung Angklung Udjo as a form of existence of Sundanese culture, namely the role of Saung Angklung Udjo in Introducing Sundanese Culture to local and international tourists in the form of education, and especially in terms of its cultural appeal. As for the impact, the presence of Saung Angklung Udjo has a positive impact on tourists, managers and the community, where Saung Angklung Udjo can invite the community to preserve Sundanese culture.
