Abstract

Force gauge is an instrument used to measure the force on the traction unit. The purpose of this study is made a force gauge meter which used during traction operation. The main component of this force gauge meter is Atmega 328, HX711 module and Loadcell type S sensor. The mikrokontroller Atmega 328 is the main board. Loadcell type S used to detect the force of traction, and the module HX711 is used to amplify the output of the loadcell sensor. In this study, the measurements were performed in the hospital. The error of this design is 0.01% and 4.8% for minimum and maximum, respectively. The force gauge designed portable and comes with a battery indicator.

Abstract

Abstrak- Dryblock is a versatile temperature calibrator that works with heating. Most of the dry block using one or more inserts that can be exchanged where the holes are drilled. These holes accommodate various temperature sensors to be calibrated. diameter hole size in accordance with the temperature sensor into tested. The device is very simple way, namely by inserting a thermometer to be calibrated into a hole that has been provided on the tool and will be compared with LM35 temperature readings that already appears on the LCD screen so that it will look at the difference between the thermometer display. This temperature reading and temperature modules have been compared with a calibrated thermometer in BPFK Surabaya, and the biggest mistake in getting the smallest is 0, 2% and 0.1%

Abstract

Handgrip Dynamometer is a tool used to view the strength of the hand muscles post-stroke patients. In this study Handgrip Dynamometer created to look at the hand grip strength in real time and find out the hand grip strength criteria, there are three indicators: the criteria of mild, moderate or strong. Handgrip dynamometer using the Arduino Uno control over the entire system and Load Cell as a sensor. Load Cell Output will be boosted by Analog Signal conditioner HX711 and then processed in the microcontroller, then will be displayed on the LCD. Berdasarlan weight measurement results obtained by the result of error by 0% By comparison to using weights, sehingga can be concluded that the tool can be used according to its function.

Abstract

In general, this study analyzed the effectiveness of the use of UV light for the storage of medicalquipment in health centers by distance and time. This type of this research is experimental withre and post study design, particularly to analyze the effectiveness of UV light by distance and timef exposure. As the dependent variable in this study is the microorganisms and the independentariables are the factors of distance, time and design of medical devices storage size, while theontrol variable is the gelatin media. The results of UV light exposure at a distance 20 cm arebtained intensity of 15.8 Lumen and at a distance of 15 cm are obtained intensity of 11.2 Lumen. The average temperature that obtained during 3-hours exposure was at 35°C. Time effectivenessthat used to inhibit the growth of bacteria in the intensity of 15.8 lumen is 4 hours, while theintensity of 11.2 Lumen is 5-8 hours. Effectiveness analysis of the rate of growth of bacteria atintensity of 15.8 lumen using test probability 0.5% was obtained a significant value = 0.007 whereacterial samples of air quality (x2) is more effective than the kind of TBC bacteria (x). Theintensity at distance of 20 cm and 15 cm by using the Mann Whitney test it is obtained statisticalues  = 0.513 0.05 where there is no statistical difference between these two intensity withthe rate of growth of bacterial colonies. In general, the results of this study can be concluded thatUV exposure can be used as a sterilizer on the storage of medical equipment in health centers thatimple by taking into account the factors of UV light time and intensity.
