Abstract

Abstrak- Dryblock is a versatile temperature calibrator that works with heating. Most of the dry block using one or more inserts that can be exchanged where the holes are drilled. These holes accommodate various temperature sensors to be calibrated. diameter hole size in accordance with the temperature sensor into tested.The device is very simple way, namely by inserting a thermometer to be calibrated into a hole that has been provided on the tool and will be compared with LM35 temperature readings that already appears on the LCD screen so that it will look at the difference between the thermometer display.This temperature reading and temperature modules have been compared with a calibrated thermometer in BPFK Surabaya, and the biggest mistake in getting the smallest is 0, 2% and 0.1%

Abstract

Divorce cases in the Islamic Court of Palembang (Pengadilan Agama Palembang) becomes the top of the list, during the year 2009 (72%), 2010 (72%) and 2011 (in June) about 70%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the causes of high divorce rate happening in the city of Palembang, beside to explain the forms of legal protection and analyzes the factors that becoming obstacles for the wife in a filed divorced. The research was conducted with a Normative-Juridical approach which is completed with Empirical Juridical, The location is in the jurisdiction of the Islamic Courts in Palembang (Pengadilan Agama Palembang. Causes of high divorce cases in the city of Palembang, among others: a) economic factors; b) Lack of responsibility; c) a young age and no permanent employment; d) cheating and Unhealthy polygamy as well as domestic violence.  Legal protection towards wives who filed the divorce, in Indonesian legal system has been arranged as equality in law and equal treatment before the law and the right to justice. Barriers toward the wife filing the divorce among others: cultural factors, economic dependence, lack of knowledge, and bias Perspective of judges who tend to blame the women, the long process of trial and expensive fees to be paid, also Over valued self-esteem in Indonesian people's community, as well as women's rights arenot easily executed.                                                                                                   Key words: legal protection, divorce process

Abstract

Pertumbuhan ekonomi merupakan salah satu indikator dalam menentukan keberhasilan pembangunan suatu wilayah. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor antara lain pengeluaran pemerintah, inflasi dan angkatan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk, pertama menganalisis perkembangan pengeluaran pemerintah, inflasi dan angkatan kerja Indonesia, kedua menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah, inflasi dan angkatan kerja terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data runtun waktu tahun 1996 – 2014. Metode analisis data yang digunakan yakni analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan pendekatan model ECM (Error Correction Model). Guna mendapatkan perilaku jangka pendek maupun jangka panjang. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data pada tahun 1996-2014 di peroleh hasil bahwa: (1) rata-rata perkembangan variabel pengeluaran pemerintah untuk belanja modal sebesar Rp78,460 triliun, sedangkan veriabel infasi sebesar 11,4% dan utuk variabel angkatan kerja sebesar 1.96 %. Berdasarkan pengolahan data dengan pendekatan ECM di peroleh hasil: (1) Variabel pengeluaran pemerintah dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. (2) variabel inflasi dalam jangka pendek dan jangka panjang berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. (3) variabel angkatan kerja dalam jangka pendek berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan dan dalam jangka panjang berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. (4) Error corection term bertanda positif dan signifikan mengindikasikan bahwa model yang digunakan valid. Abstract

Participation of people in development of environment infrastructure through special grantprogram in Kecamatan Kandis, Siak Regency, correlation of people participation prior toimplementation, during implementation, and after implementation. The development shouldfulfill the requirement of regulation of Bupati Siak Nomor: 38 Year 2010. The data used inthe research is primary and secondary. The primary data was fulfilled by questionnaire topeople and stakeholders directly related to development of environment infrastructurethrough special grant program in Kecamatan Kandis, Siak Regency for 65 people that relatesto the variable of people participation and development of environment infrastructure thatare measured in Likert scale. Secondary data in the research was obtained from books andother information, from printed sources and other electronic source that relevance to theresearch. People participation in the village of Kandis, Sam-sam and Belutu in thedevelopment of environment infrastructure through special grant program in Kecamatan Kandis, Siak Regency was performed well. People participation in Kandis village was bettercompared to people participation in Sam-sam and Belutu village. Correlation of peopleparticipation in the village of Kandis, Sam-sam and Belutu prior, during, and after theimplementation of the development of environment infrastructure through special grantprogram in Kecamatan Kandis, Siak Regency has significant influence. People participation before and after the development partially influence the development of environmentinfrastructure. However, people participation during the implementation did not has influence because the development still in progress according to program planning althoughthere was no people participation during the development. The development of environmentinfrastructure through special grant program in Kecamatan Kandis, Siak Regency has beenperformed well and has fulfilled the requirement of regulation of Bupati Siak Nomor: 38 Year 2010, which are effective, correct time, correct amount, and in good quality.

Abstract

This article reflects the study of marketing of education at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Bali Bina Insani (BBI). Located in a Muslim minority area, this institution implements marketing strategy that has implications in people's acceptance towards the Islamic educational institution. This study explores the MTs BBI strategy in marketing its institution through smooth but structured promotion. The success of the BBI institution is marked by the attitude of community acceptance that supports the existence of BBI through collective actions. As a managerial action in managing religious differences within surrounding community, the BBI academic community is required to be open and accommodating towards differences. This basic culture together with professional and transparent management becomes the main value in the marketing of institutions through digital media.

Abstract

ABSTRACKThis research was conducted in January 2019 in Tanjungbalai City, Teluk Nibung District, North Sumatera Province, to determine the type, size, condition and level of utilization and the possibility of developing existing facilities in Tangkahan Selamat Datang. The survey is carried out by direct observation to the field and interviews with fishermen, ship owners, and other parties related to this research. All data obtained is processed with a qualitative analysis, namely the System Approach. Based on the show analysisthat the facilities available at Tangkahan Selamat Datang are all very utilized, but some need development to facilitate the activities that are in the Tangkahan Selamat Datang. Facilities that need development include: construction of docks, the existence of facilities and infrastructure in Tangkahan, repairs to Tangkahan, the presence of shipyards. Keywords: Tangkahan, Utilization Level, Development

Abstract

AbstractOne form of service that has an important role in the world of fisheries is service in fishing ports. Providing services will affect the level of satisfaction of fishermen. Fisherman satisfaction is important in supporting the performance and development of a port. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction of fishermen on anchoring services. This research was conducted at the Ocean Bungus Fishery Port. This research was conducted in April 2019 for 14 days. The method used is the survey method. Data analysis using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), and Importance and Performance Analysis (IPA) using 10 assessment attributes.The results showed that there were 8 service attributes that were considered to have fulfilled fishermen's satisfaction, namely the existence of recipients of complaints, speed of repair of facilities, skills of service personnel, ease of ordering procedures, appearance of officers, set prices, cleanliness conditions, and security conditions. There are 1 service attribute that fishermen consider less important. Overall, fishermen are very satisfied with the anchoring services provided by the port. Keywords: Fisherman satisfaction level, PPS Bungus, Service

Abstract                     This research was conducted from April to May 2019 aims to determining the type, size and capacity of fishery facilities needed by fishermen inEast Baran Village  with the method used in the form of a survey method. The results showed that the infrastructure of fisheries that exist in the East Baran Village is The Fish Landing who have the means as piers, port pool, parking lots, warehouses, canteen and UPT Fisheries, in addition to the means of support fisheries that exist in the East Baran Village include factory ice, and gas stations that are outside TPI.To support all fishery activities in the TPI of East Baran Village, the length of the unloading pier with a size of 6.09785 meters and the length of the mooring dock is 32.224375 meters.For the amount of fishing needs in TPIEast Baran Village, it is divided into 57.5 liters of diesel fuel, 1412.5 kg of ice and 1025,167 liters of fresh water in one day. Keywords: Facilities, Longline, Fisherman Opinion

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted to measure the level of productivity in ship repair activities and determine the factors that influence the increase in productivity in ship repair activities. This research was carried out in April until May 2018 at the shipyard of the Palabuhanratu Fishing Port, Sukabumi Regency, West Java Province. The method used is a survey method by knowing directly the productivity of reparations in shipyards. Reparation is an overall activity about repairing a ship, starting from the collision on the part of the ship that is leaking, painting, replacing weathered wood, cleaning the hull skin and repairing the damaged engine. Productivity is a comparison between spending and input. The factors that most influence the shipyard productivity from the measured performance indicators are the number of employee absenteeism or labor where the importance of the weight is 30%, the ship repair workforce and effective working hours which have a weighting of 20% each. Based on the results of the measurement of performance indicators for 5 years with the Objective Matrix method, the productivity index of performance indicators from 2013 to 2017 has experienced a considerable decline due to the decreasing number of vessels carrying out ship repairs. Keywords: Ship Repair, Productivity, Measurement of Performance Indicators

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research was conducted on March-April 2018  in Teluk Pambang village of Bantan Subdistrict of Bengkalis District of Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to determined differences drift gillnet catches according of day to the operational. This resech used a survey method. The night catches bigger then day light catches in respectively total catches is 366 kg (77 fish) and 230,9 kg (51 fish).The calculation of t test there are differences in the bottom gillnet catches the day light and at night. Keyword : Bottom gillnet, catches in afternoon and at night
