Abstract

Loyalitas pelanggan, keputusan membeli kembali serta kepuasan merupakan salah satu konsep yang paling sering diteliti oleh akademisi. Kesetiaan, pembelian kembali dan kepuasan pelanggan memiliki dampak yang kuat terhadap kinerja perusahaan dengan memberikan keunggulan kompetitif, semakin banyak pelanggan setia, maka tingkat kepuasan pelanggan meningkat. Meskipun sebenarnya penelitian (hubungan antara loyalitas pelanggan, pembelian kembali dan kepuasan) ini dilakukan secara ektensif, namun semuanya tampak kompleks dan multidimensional, sehingga sulit dipahami dengan baik.Pada penentuan tipe pelanggan berdasarkan review komentar online, fitur yang dihasilkan dari dokumen review tersebut sangat banyak. Sehingga akurasi klasifikasi rendah.Adapun beberapa teknik seleksi fitur dengan metode filter yaitu dokumen frequency dan ChiSquare. Metode Chi Square lebih sering digunakan untuk pengklasifikasian dengan dokumen yang banyak bila dibandingkan Information Gain. Semakin banyak jumlah dokumen yang digunakan dalam klasifikasi dapat meningkatkan nilai F-Measure klasifikasi teks dengan metode Chi Square.Berdasarkan analisa di atas maka penulis akan menggunakan metode Naive Bayes dengan Correlation-Based Feature Subset Selection (CFS). Dengan metode tersebut, diharapkan akan menghasilkan klasifikasi pelanggan dengan nilai akurasi yang baik untuk digunakan dalam review produk.Dengan menggunakan Cfs mengalami peningkatan nilai recall dari 88,50%, menjadi 94,78%. Dengan demikian membuktikan bahwa algoritma ini mampu menjawab NB cukup optimal digunakan untuk mengklasifikasikan pelanggan pada dataset komentar toko online

Abstract

In general, fungal skin disease is not a deadly disease. Most people who have been infected often leave it alone and think that the disease will heal on its own. However, if left untreated or without prompt treatment, the impact can worsen the patient's condition, one of which is permanent baldness if the fungal skin disease infects the scalp. The importance of early detection and treatment of fungal skin diseases is essential. While the current process requires a person to go to a hospital or a skin and genital specialist doctor, so they have to spend time and money to do early detection and treatment, the availability of expert doctors or experts who know a particular field is quite limited. At the same time, many patients must be diagnosed with the disease immediately and treated immediately. In a clinic, medical officers often experience difficulties when receiving patients who complain of skin diseases caused by fungi.

Abstract

The dictionary is one of the instruments that can be used so that language differences are not an interaction obstacle. However, the Bugis Language Dictionary is only available in certain places, such as language centers, and is not widely known by the native Bugis community or outsiders. In addition to the rare number, the Bugis language dictionary is still in the form of a thick book, so it takes a relatively long time to find the desired vocabulary and is felt less effective in its use. With this, the researchers designed an application using the Flutter Framework to help people who want to learn local languages. Flutter is an open-source SDK or framework developed by Google to design or develop an application that will run on Android and iOS operating systems. The development method used is Waterfall, the testing method used to test an application is black-box, and user validation testing uses the System Usability Scale with a total of 47 respondents. This application produces an average SUS score of 74.25 with a grade scale "B" and an adjective ranking value of "Good".

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the use of Decision Tree algorithms in determining the nutritional status of children based on Posyandu activity reports. Malnutrition poses serious risks for developing children, including weakened immune systems, long-term developmental delays, and high mortality rates. By applying the Decision Tree algorithm to classify the nutritional status of toddlers, this research seeks to identify nutritional status, which can then be addressed by health centers (Puskesmas). Using attributes such as weight (W), age (A), and height (H), aligned with child anthropometric indices, the Decision Tree method will be utilized to determine the factors influencing nutritional status in toddlers. The application of this method will facilitate the identification of at-risk toddlers, enabling timely prevention and intervention. Testing through k-fold cross-validation yielded an accuracy of 79.43%, a recall of 53.1%, and a precision of 76.6%. The results indicate that, out of 350 data points, the most significant factor affecting children's nutritional status is weight.

Abstract

The delivery process of laboratory usage information in the Information Systems Study Program at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Alauddin Makassar, has not yet been computerized. The frequent changes in practicum schedules or laboratory usage have caused confusion among students in finding the appropriate laboratory for their practical activities. Additionally, the lack of a definite schedule makes it challenging for both students and lecturers to find available laboratories. This research aims to design and develop an application for laboratory usage information in the Information Systems Study Program at the Faculty of Science and Technology, UIN Alauddin Makassar. The application is expected to facilitate users in accessing information about laboratory availability and dynamically present the information according to their needs. After conducting user acceptance tests, where users were involved in providing questionnaires to evaluate the developed application, the results showed a usability percentage of 85% based on varying user perceptions. This indicates that the application performs excellently in providing services to its users.

Abstract

Promosi merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh suatu Perusahaan untuk memperkenalkan barang dan jasa yang kita berikan kepada konsumen. Promosi dapat dilakukan dengan banyak cara salah satunya melalui dari mulut ke mulut ini adalah media periklanan yang paling banyak digunakan. Namun cara promosi ini kurang efektif untuk memperkenalkan barang dan jasa milik perusahaan tersebut. Dengan dibuatnya sistem infomasi promosi penjualan ini akan mempermudah perusahaan dalam melakukan penjualan. CRM dapat membantu memberikan relasi atau hubungan antara perusahaan dengan pelanggan sehingga perusahaan akan dengan mudah melakukan promosi penjualan kepada konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem metode waterfall dengan metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka dan menggunakan metode pengujian Black Box. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi Promosi Penjualan dengan Pendekatan Costumer Relationship Management pada CV. Malpinas.Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah dapat Mempermudah perusahaan dalam melakukan proses penjual belian alat-alat rumah tangga. Hal ini dibuktikan berdasarkan kuesioner yang terdiri dari 10 pertanyaan dan disebar ke 20 Responden maka diperoleh hasil akhir rata-rata total presentase 80,0% yang artinya dari segi kegunaannya sistem layak dan dapat di terima oleh pengguna.

Abstract

The research aims to evaluate the capacity of Amazon Web Service's (AWS) Elastic Cloud Compute (EC2) Free Tier Web Server using the JMeter testing tool. The objective is to ascertain the extent of the server's load-bearing capabilities. Tests were conducted, loading 500 users within a 10-second range and 1000 users within a 1-second range. Despite being a free service, test results showed the server's capability to handle high loads without errors (0% error rate). These findings illustrate the free service's ability to maintain stable performance under significant user loads. The utilization of EC2 Free Tier on AWS demonstrates its capacity to handle heavy tasks without compromising service quality. From about 5 steps in each of two tests, the value for sample time / response time in the initial test of the Amazon Web Service Web server is 59 / ms (millisecond) and the average latency value in the second test, namely 7.213 /ms (millisecond). Both of these gained CPU Utilization from minum, average and maximum with final rate are zero Error. This outcome concludes that the free server possesses robust and reliable capabilities, instilling confidence in an effective and efficient server solution even under high usage levels without additional costs.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung kegiatan instansi, termasuk pada biro perjalanan haji dan umrah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengembangkan sebuah aplikasi berbasis website yang memudahkan aksesibilitas informasi dan pengelolaan data. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) melalui tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, serta pengujian. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi yang terintegrasi dengan sistem manajemen basis data. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pengujian blackbox dan survei kepuasan pengguna, dengan hasil pengujian menunjukkan seluruh fungsi berjalan sesuai harapan, serta diperoleh nilai indeks kepuasan sebesar 86,7%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membandingkan performa antara framework Flutter dan pengembangan native dalam pembuatan aplikasi absensi berbasis face recognition. Dua prototipe aplikasi dengan fitur yang sama dikembangkan menggunakan kedua pendekatan tersebut, diikuti dengan pengujian performa yang mencakup kecepatan request data, penggunaan CPU dan RAM, serta kecepatan kompilasi file .apk. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah pendekatan komparatif dengan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Data pengujian performa dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi perbedaan antara kedua pendekatan tersebut. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan aplikasi dengan pendekatan native memiliki performa yang lebih baik dalam segala aspek yang diuji, yakni kecepatan request data, penggunaan CPU dan RAM, serta kecepatan kompilasi file .apk. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi pengembang aplikasi dalam memilih antara Flutter dan pengembangan native, terutama untuk aplikasi yang membutuhkan performa tinggi dan efisiensi penggunaan sumber daya. Penelitian ini juga berkontribusi pada literatur teknologi, memberikan pemahaman yang lebih mendalam tentang kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing framework. Selain itu, membuka peluang untuk studi lebih lanjut mengenai optimalisasi pengembangan aplikasi mobile.

Abstract

Planning, developing, and updating software cannot be separated from the role of the database. From various types of databases, graph databases are considered to have various advantages over their predecessor, relational databases. Graph databases then become the latest trend in the software and data science industry, apart from the development of graph theory itself. The proliferation of research on GDB in the last decade raises questions about what topics are associated with GDB, what industries use GDB in its data processing, what the GDB models are, and what types of GDB have been used most frequently by users in the last few years. This article aims to answer these questions through a Literature Review, which is carried out by determining objectives, determining the limits of review coverage, determining inclusion and exclusion criteria for data retrieval, data extraction, and quality assessment. Based on a review of 60 studies, several research topics related to GDB are Semantic Web, Big Data, and Parallel computing. A total of 19 (30%) studies used Neo4j as their database. Apart from Social Networks, the industries that implement GDB the most are the Transportation sector, Scientific Article Networks, and general sectors such as Enterprise Data, Biological data, and History data. This Literature Review concludes that research on the topic of the Graph Database is still developing in the future. This is shown by the breadth of application and the variety of new derivatives of GDB products offered by researchers to address existing problems.
