Abstract

Currently, there are many mobile-based blood donor applications available or various other platforms with the Indonesian Red Cross (PMI) as the center of the application, this is not in accordance with the situation in Sangihe Islands Regency where the blood transfusion process is still going directly to the hospital by searching for donors. through direct communication, via telephone, chat, or social media, for that, we need a UI/UX Design for a Mobile-Based Blood Donor Application in the form of an application prototype that adapts to the conditions and habits of users in the Sangihe Archipelago Regency. For this reason, it is necessary to design a mobile-based blood donor application that is right on target to be applied to users in Sangihe Islands Regency. This study aims to design a Mobile-Based Blood Donor Application with UI/UX Design in each stage of its manufacture involving users to get optimal results with the User Centered Design method.

Abstract

Kampung Kuma 1 merupakan zona inti perekonomian masyarakat di Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah. Kampung ini memiliki wilayah administrasi seluas 268,59 ha, terdiri dari Lendongan 1 seluas 216, 73 ha, Lendongan 2 seluas 28,96 ha dan Lendongan 3 seluas 22,9 ha. Dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan, Kampung Kuma 1 telah memanfaatkan teknologi informasi berbasis website sebagai pusat informasi pembangunan meskipun sejauh ini belum optimal. Untuk mengoptimalkan sistem ini, peningkatkan sumberdaya manusia terutama perangkat desa di Kampung Kuma 1 sangat dibutuhkan khususnya pelatihan mengelolah konten website dalam bentuk video sebagai bagian dari promosi potensi wilayah. Pelatihan ini melibatkan beberapa tahapan pembuatan video mencakup pra produksi, produksi, post produksi dan screening. Tahapan-tahapan metode pelatihan ini memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi semua perangkat kampung yang secara langsung terlibat dalam proses pembuatan video profil potensi wilayah kampung Kuma 1. Pelatihan ini menghasilkan video profil potensi wilayah Kampung Kuma 1 yang dipublikasikan melalui laman website (kuma1.desa.id) sebagai media center pusat informasi pembangunan dan potensi wilayah Kampung Kuma 1 Kecamatan Tabukan Tengah. Kuma 1 village acts as a center of economic activity in Tabukan Tengah sub-district. In total, this village covers an administration area of 268.59 ha, consisting of lendongan 1 with 216, 73 ha, lendongan 2 with 28.96 ha and lendongan 3 with 22.9 ha. Recently, this village has used website based information technology to support their local governmental activity although much remains to be studied to optimize the current system. One way to achieve this is through training human resources especially the local government officials on how to manage website content in the form of videos as part of promoting the village’s potential through the Internet. This training involved several steps including pre-production, production, post-production and screening, providing excellent opportunity for the local government officials to get involved in the making of the village’s profiling video. The training resulted in video profile of Kuma 1 natural potentials recently published on the website page (kuma1.desa.id) as a media center for the development of Kuma 1 village, Tabukan Tengah sub-district.
