Abstract

Wirausaha Baru Jawa Barat Program (WUB Jabar Program) which organized by Badiklatkop Bandung, is an entrepreneurship training in 3 choices of business field, those are food-beverage, convection, and salon. Participants are divided into Ide Bisnis class, Start-up class, or Growth class. Ide Bisnis Class is for participants who do not have a business, or already have a business but not yet reached the age of 1 year. Through a survey of 237 Ide Bisnis class graduates, there were 21 people who failed in establishing their new business after participated in the program. This research aims to determine the factors that caused failure. The qualitative descriptive method used in this research. Data collection techniques with an observation of program WUB Jabar, and interviews with 7 graduates who experienced business failure, also to 5 graduates whose business is still continuing. Data analysis techniques with Miles and Huberman models. The results of this research explained that the main factor causing graduates new business failure is the barrier on capital because barriers on capital causing barriers on other factors. And capital factor is also the most difficult barrier to be solved by the graduates who do not experience the business failure

Abstract

seperti Grojogan Sewu, Candi Cetho, dan Taman Balekambang. Keberadaan objek wisata ini berpotensi membagikankontribusi krusial terhadap Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Karanganyar. Meskipun pandemi berdampakpada sektor pariwisata, terjadi pencapaian dalam realisasi target pendapatan pajak pada periode 2019-2022. Penelitianini berfokus pada peran pajak dan retribusi dalam PAD dari sektor pariwisata di Kabupaten Karanganyar, khususnyamengidentifikasi pengaruh Pajak Akomodasi, Pajak Kuliner, dan Retribusi Tempat Rekreasi dan Olahraga diKecamatan Tawangmangu terhadap PAD Kabupaten Karanganyar. Manfaat praktis penelitian ini meliputirekomendasi bagi pengambil kebijakan, sementara manfaat teoritis mencakup kontribusi sebagai panduan untukpenelitian selanjutnya. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis data secara deskriptif.Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh periode tahun Pajak Akomodasi, Pajak Kuliner, Retribusi Tempat Rekreasi danOlahraga di Kecamatan Tawangmangu, serta PAD Kabupaten Karanganyar, dengan sampel diambil pada periode2019-2022. Prosedur pengumpulan data menerapkan dokumentasi serta observasi, sementara kajian datamenggunakan regresi berganda dengan software Eviews 13. Hasil penelitian memperlihatkan bahwasanya pajakakomodasi, pajak kuliner, dan retribusi tempat pariwisata dan olahraga di Kecamatan Tawangmangu berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap PAD Kabupaten Karanganyar. Ini menunjukkan peran penting ketiga variabel tersebutdalam meningkatkan PAD Kabupaten Karanganyar. Koefisien determinasi variabel-variabel tersebut terhadap PADadalah sebesar 75%, menunjukkan masih terdapat 25% yang dipicu oleh variabel lain yang tidak didapati dalampenelitian ini. Abstract

Jumlah kedai kopi di Kota Bandung yang melebihi 100 dan terus meningkat menunjukkan persaingan yang sengit.Nurona Space, salah satu coffee shop, mengalami penurunan penjualan selama 3 tahun terakhir, terutama akibatberagamnya segmen pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memvalidasi model bisnis pengembangan produkNurona Space dengan menguji blok BMC yang diprioritaskan. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif denganpendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Validasi model bisnisdilakukan dengan menguji blok BMC yang fokus pada pengembangan produk. Hasil validasi menunjukkan kesesuaiannilai dengan target konsumen, menghasilkan saran tindak lanjut untuk pengembangan Nurona Space. Dari validasitersebut, bisnis model kanvas yang sesuai dengan pengujian dapat diidentifikasi. Blok value proposition, customerrelationship, dan revenue stream semuanya menghasilkan pengujian yang valid. Hal ini memberikan landasan untukpengembangan strategi lebih lanjut bagi Nurona Space. Kata Kunci-startup, bisnis model kanvas, pengujian ide bisnis, validasi model bisnis, pengembangan produk.

Abstract

The progression of digitization requires commercial entities, especially state-owned enterprises (SOEs), to improve online sales optimization. This study investigates the influence of service quality, product quality, and pricing on customer loyalty, mediated by customer satisfaction, in online wood product sales via Toko Perhutani (PoTP). The sample consisted of 128 active PoTP clients from the Commercial Wood Business Unit in West Java and Banten, obtained by selective sampling. Data were analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. The results demonstrate that the quality of services and products positively affects consumer satisfaction, although does not directly foster loyalty. Customer satisfaction acts as a vital intermediate between service and product quality concerning loyalty, but price significantly impacts loyalty directly, regardless of satisfaction mediation. The results highlight the crucial impact of pricing on consumer loyalty in SOE e-commerce, suggesting that competitive pricing strategies, along with improvements in service and product quality, can promote both satisfaction and loyalty. This study provides theoretical insights into e-commerce consumer loyalty and practical recommendations for Perum Perhutani concerning its digital transformation
