Abstract

Various conflicts between workers and employers always occur. Besides the issue of wage rates, and other related problems. Termination of employment is a latent conflict in the interaction between workers / employers allegedly trying to reduce severance pay, retirement fees, compensation payments, and costs as compensation for layoffs. So that the problem arises in this study about the Synergy of Law No. 13 of 2003 Article 156 Paragraph 2and Islamic Law. With the aim of understanding how the purpose and objectives of the Manpower Act Article 156 Paragraph 2 is reviewed from Islamic Law. The methodology used in this study is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach to the description of severance. And the results of research on the Synergy of Labor Law Article 156 Paragraph 2, is one of the severance pay in Article 156 Paragraph 2 based on the achievement of tenure and the amount of salary / wages. The lowest value for tenure less than one (1) year is one (1) wage month, while the lowest value for tenure more than eight (8) years is nine (9) wage months. And the provision of severance pay is made when the employee stops working. The view of Islamic law on the obligation to pay severance pay as compensation for layoffs is a mandatory law, as Islam requires the strengthening of contractual agreements for work to ensure the rights and upholding of justice among all people, and Islam also considers that the contract is carried out in accordance with the rules that have been stipulated and agreed.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to analyze whether the MPR's authority over the form of "ruling" is still relevant or not. This activity uses the Focus Group Discussion (FGD) method facilitated by the MPR RI Secretariat Assessment Board on November 2, 2023 at the Fieris Kertajati Hotel, Majalengka Regency. The results obtained that the MPR RI has two types of products that are regeling and beschiking as regulated in other regulations. The provisions of the People's Consultative Assembly of the Republic of Indonesia are no longer a hierarchy of Indonesian laws and regulations because they are more of a beschiking decision that does not have basic norms like the basic norms owned by the Law, as for the legal design loophole, if the MPR RI still needs its exsistence, it must reposition the MPR RI as an institution that has the basic norms of Indonesian law under the 1945 Constitution as the main basic norm of nation and state.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan pada anak kelompok A usia 4-5 tahun di TK Ade Irma Suryani. Anak-anak belum mampu mengenal simbol huruf dan suara hewan atau benda di sekitar, serta belum mampu membuat coretan bermakna maupun meniru huruf A–Z secara tertulis dan lisan. Salah satu upaya stimulasi yang digunakan adalah melalui media pembelajaran puzzle huruf. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan media puzzle huruf terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain pre-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest. Sampel sebanyak 20 anak dipilih secara purposif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan uji T berpasangan. Hasil menunjukkan rata-rata skor pretest sebesar 37,05 dan posttest sebesar 50,10. Persentase perkembangan kemampuan membaca permulaan sebelum intervensi adalah 25% Belum Berkembang (BB), 45% Mulai Berkembang (MB), 30% Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH), dan 0% Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB). Setelah penggunaan media puzzle huruf, persentase berubah menjadi 0% BB, 10% MB, 40% BSH, dan 50% BSB. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan signifikan antara skor pretest dan posttest, yang berarti media pembelajaran puzzle huruf berpengaruh positif terhadap peningkatan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak kelompok A usia 4-5 tahun.
