This study generally aims to get an overview of the incidence of hypertension and to find out the related factors and the factors that most dominantly influence the incidence of hypertension among students at the Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III in 2022. The method used in this study was a cross-sectional study with a purposive sampling technique to obtain a total of 107 respondents. Retrieval of respondent data is done by direct examination and filling out questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of the univariate analysis showed that most of the respondents were a female sex of 61 people (57%) with a prevalence of hypertension and prehypertension of 39 people (36.5%). 81 people (75.7%) do not have hypertension, smoke 20 people (18.7%), have abnormal body fat percentage 38 (35.4%), are inactive 39 people (36.4%) experienced stress as many as 41 people (38.3%) and all of them did not consume alcohol. In the results of bivariate analysis using the Chi-Square analysis test, it was found that there was a relationship between smoking (0.000), percent body fat (0.000), sex (0.001) and the incidence of hypertension in Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III students. The results of multivariate analysis using logistik regression showed that percent body fat and smoking were the most dominant risk factors for hypertension in respondents. Each with a significance value of 0.000 and 0.013. Respondents with abnormal body fat percentage had a 7,098 chance and respondents with smoking habits had a 5,428 chance of experiencing hypertension. The conclusion is that percent body fat and smoking habits are the most dominant independent variabels in the occurrence of hypertension in Poltekkes Kemenkes Jakarta III students in 2022.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools as religious educational institutions have an important role in improving human resources. Islamic boarding schools with various activities and lack of knowledge regarding the implementation of Clean and Healthy Behavior (PHBS) can pose a risk of disease transmission and worsen environmental conditions around the Islamic boarding school. Objective: To describe the description of PHBS in Islamic boarding schools. Method: The method used in this study is the literature review method. Result: The results show that a good description of the implementation of PHBS is closely related to knowledge and high information related to health. Islamic boarding schools that provide attention and knowledge related to PHBS show a good picture of the attitude and implementation of PHBS students. Islamic boarding schools that have carried out promotive, preventive, curative and rehabilitative interventions show the high implementation of PHBS for students. The improper implementation of PHBS by students is usually related to consumption of risky foods, not keeping the environment clean and not maintaining personal hygiene.

Preliminary studies found that pregnant women felt anxious, and the examination was still focused on physical examination. The purpose of the study was to see the determinants that cause anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester, using a Cross-Sectional design and interview method using the Perinatal Anxiety Screening Scale (PASS) questionnaire, a sample for the study of 138 respondents using the total population. The primary data used was from the questionnaire. Statistical analysis using multiple logistic regression. The variables of parity, history of pregnancy complications, facilities, husband's support, and support from health workers have a significant effect on anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester. The variable of health worker support is the most dominant on anxiety in pregnant women with an OR of 4.727. There is an influence of the variables of knowledge, parity, history of pregnancy complications, health facilities, and support from health workers, the dominant variable is the support of health workers, which is the main key to reducing anxiety in pregnant women in the third trimester. Abstract

Background Breastfeeding is vital for the health of both mothers and infants. However, only 51.5% of infants under six months are exclusively breastfed in Indonesia. Research has consistently demonstrated the positive impact of engaging fathers in breastfeeding programs, leading to improved breastfeeding outcomes. However, lactation education activities for fathers in Indonesia are limited. By measuring the impact of the intervention on fathers' health literacy and self-efficacy, this research aims to contribute to enhancing breastfeeding practices and support in Indonesia. Methods This quasi-experimental study aimed to evaluate the impact of online lactation classes on breastfeeding health literacy and fathers' self-efficacy. Participants (N=35) were randomly assigned to the treatment or control group, and pre-and post-tests were conducted. The intervention group received two-day online lactation education via Zoom, while the control group received a breastfeeding e-poster on WhatsApp. Data analysis involved univariate analysis for variable characterization and bivariate analysis using statistical tests such as Paired Sample T-Test, Wilcoxon, and Mann-Whitney tests, with a significance level of p<0.05. Results The study's findings demonstrate the efficacy of the online lactation classes in the intervention group compared to the control group, as evidenced by significant improvements in fathers' health literacy (p=0.035) and self-efficacy (p=0.005) in supporting exclusive breastfeeding by their wives. Conclusions The research found that online breastfeeding classes for fathers positively affect their health literacy and self-efficacy in supporting breastfeeding. This approach was more effective than electronic posters via a WhatsApp group in increasing health literacy, but the signs positively affected fathers' self-confidence.
