Abstract

Minimnya pemasaran produk UMKM (Usaha Mikro Kecil Menengah) di Kecamatan Benda tersebut membuat sebagian UMKM masih bergantung kepada Koperasi UMKM, sedangkan koperasi tersebut masih menggunakan sistem secara manual dalam memasarkan produk-produknya dengan cara mengikuti event-event atau pameran tertentu. Sehingga sistem tersebut berjalan stagnan dan tidak mengalami kemajuan yang signifikan, terutama di Kecamatan Benda Kota Tangerang yang saat ini masih membutuhkan pengembangan lebih dalam pemasaran dibidang teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan dengan adanya sistem informasi jual beli produk UMKM berbasiskan website dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP, dengan framework laravel, menggunakan database MySQL, sehingga dapat mengelola produk, mengelola penjualan, mengelola pembelian, hingga pemesanan dan laporan dengan efektif dan efisien. Metode yang akan digunakan metode Extreme Programming untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi jual beli yang dianggap mampu memberikan sistem informasi lebih cepat dan membuat sistem informasi yang bisa menangani proses penjualan, penyediaan barang, pembelian, hingga proses pemesanan dan membantu pelanggan untuk bisa melakukan reservasi secara online dengan cepat tanpa harus menunggu lama untuk meningkatkan kualitas UMKM. Untuk tahap pengujian digunakan Black-Box Testing fungsional dari perangkat lunak, tester dapat mendefinisikan kumpulan kondisi input dan melakukan pengetesan pada spesifikasi fungsional program terhadap sistem yang telah dibuat.

Abstract

Pemanfaatan teknologi informasi yang saat ini berkembang pesat dan semakin meluas beriringan dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan akan ketersediaan informasi yang akurat dan cepat. Teknologi informasi juga dibutuhkan dikalangan institusi pemerintah, salah satunya adalah pelayan administrasi desa. Salah satu pelayanan administrasi pada desa yang masih belum optimal yaitu di bidang surat-menyurat, karena pada prosesnya masih menggunakan model manual, sehingga akan menjadikan pelayanan lamban dan terlihat kurang professional. Rancang bangun elektronik surat bertujuan untuk mempermudah pegawai desa dalam mengetahui kebutuhan surat-menyurat dan mempermudah warga dalam proses pengajuan surat ke desa. Dalam pengembangan elektronik surat ini menggunakan metode extreme programming dengan didukung oleh data dan informasi yang memadai sehingga dapat terwujud elektronik surat yang dirancang dan dikembangkan dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP menggunakan CodeIgniter sebagai framework dan MySQL. Teknik pengujian yang digunakan adalah Black-box Testing. Hasil pengujian yang didapatkan bahwa fungsi setiap menu yang disediakan dalam sistem informasi ini dapat berjalan dengan sempurna sesuai dengan fungsinya. Alur kerja dari sistem informasi ini sudah sesuai dengan alur kerja surat-menyurat yang ada di desa Pasirnangka, Tigaraksa, Kabupaten Tangerang.

Abstract

The creation of a collaborative e-learning model is an urgent need, especially in Tangerang, to improve the quality of education in Vocational High Schools (SMK). Vocational learning requires integration between theory and practice, but traditional e-learning systems have not been able to meet this need. This study aims to develop a personal collaborative e-learning model that combines interactive support-based learning, context-based collaboration, and practice-oriented learning. The research methodology uses the ADDIE modelĀ  with a Research and DevelopmentĀ  approach. The subjects of the study involved 22 teachers and 375 students from various vocational schools in Tangerang. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, interviews, and test results, with three trial classes for one semester. The results showed that the collaborative e-learning paradigm significantly increased student engagement, learning quality, and learning outcomes. As many as 82% of students felt their learning experience was more meaningful than the previous e-learning method, while 85% of students actively participated in discussion forums and collaboration. The test results showed an average increase in scores of 15%. Teachers also assessed that this strategy supports the development of students' practical skills and facilitates project-based learning. Satisfaction evaluations showed that 80% of students felt more satisfied with the learning experience using this collaborative model. The collaborative e-learning model developed is not only relevant for learning in SMK Tangerang, but also has the potential to improve the standard of vocational education in Indonesia. Training and infrastructure support are needed to ensure the sustainability of the implementation of this model.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven significant changes in the world of education, especially through the implementation of collaborative e-learning. Computers play a crucial role in supporting interactive online learning processes, enabling more effective collaboration between students, educators, and learning resources. This study aims to analyze the role of computers in collaborative e-learning and its implications for the future of digital education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method, with data collection techniques through literature studies and interviews with educators and e-learning practitioners. The results of the study show that computers function as facilitators in various aspects of collaborative e-learning, such as online-based communication, accessibility of educational resources, and integration of artificial intelligence and big data in learning personalization. The advantages of computers in increasing interaction and effectiveness of learning in the digital environment are the main factors in optimizing collaborative e-learning. However, this study also found several challenges, such as the gap in access to technological devices, the readiness of educators and students to adopt technology, and data security issues in e-learning systems. To overcome these obstacles, continuous innovation is needed in the development of digital infrastructure and increasing technological competence for e-learning users. With the rapid development of technology, it is predicted that computer-based collaborative e-learning will continue to develop into the main learning model in the future. Therefore, this study is expected to be a reference for policymakers and education practitioners in designing more inclusive and effective digital learning strategies.

Abstract

Schools as lay educational institutions should provide a quality education especially for students, so that the students are satisfied with the ritual and show their attitude of loyalty to the school. This research is run in SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang to know the influence of service quality with satisfaction of student and their influence to loyalty mother to father of school. The sample of this study is 543 students of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang class I, II and III as many as 1147 residents. This study uses a Likert Scale method used to measure the attitudes, opinions and perceptions of a person or group of people about social phenomena. Likert scale is used to measure public attitudes and perceptions about the satisfaction of the mother father with the reverence. The decision indicates that; (1) The quality of the service in SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang has a positive and significant impression for the mother of the students of SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang. (2) The satisfaction of the mother or student has a positive and significant impression on loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out and describe the contribution of the media used on students' decisions to choose SMK as their secondary school. For some schools, especially private schools, the role of promotion is very beneficial because with promotion they are able to attract more students. However, in promotion it is also necessary to have good media to attract or invite people to want to use or use the products/services they offer. It is for schools, especially private schools, to make advertising media as attractive as possible as well as informative and persuasive so that students feel interested in choosing the school concerned as their next school. This research uses a descriptive quantitative method to find out how much the advertising media contributes to students' decisions to choose SMK as their secondary school. Data were obtained from PGRI 1 Tangerang Vocational School, primary data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 155 students as a sample of 266 class X students. The validity of the data was obtained by testing the validity and reliability as well as by the participation of researchers and observation diligence. The results of the study revealed that the advertising media used by SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang such as banners, brochures, posters, stickers, etc. were able to contribute quite a lot to students' decisions to choose SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang as a secondary school. Advertising media is able to help students make decisions about choosing SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang as their secondary school, while the rest is contributed by other factors. Although the advertising media used by SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang has been able to contribute quite a lot to students' decisions choosing SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang as their secondary school, it is better if SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang maximizes the use of existing media and increases PPDB in carrying out promotions so that it is more many prospective students feel interested in making SMK PGRI 1 Tangerang their secondary school.
