Abstract

This article will analyze how the formation and operation of subsidiaries affect the operational, financial, and strategic performance of construction SOE holding companies in Indonesia. This article uses a qualitative method with a literature review and a perspective used in by the researcher according to the available data sources to support this article. Analysis of findings and existing data from construction companies in Indonesia. The structure of the parent company and subsidiaries allows for flexible and integrated business management, reduces internal conflicts, and improves efficiency. Subsidiaries help the parent company expand markets, manage risks, and create synergies. The application of transaction cost theory shows that establishing a subsidiary can reduce transaction costs and improve operational control. Portfolio management and synergies between subsidiaries are also important to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Corporate diversification and good oversight mechanisms ensure alignment between the goals of the subsidiary and the parent company's strategy.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out what factors can influence the employee recruitment process, This article aims to review and synthesize a literature review related to attitudes, employee recruitment, psychological tests, assessments, and behavioural event interviews and to see the research results of the variables to be reviewed and whether there is an influence between one variable and another. This study uses a literature review by looking for references related to the variables of several international articles. This study provides an overview of the articles obtained by describing the influence between variables. The results of the study show that several variables have an influence on the evidence of exposure in a matrix. The employee recruitment study in this literature summary article explicitly focuses on supporting variables that can accelerate employee recruitment efficiently, namely attitudes, psychological tests, assessments, and behavioural event interviews.

Abstract

This research uses qualitative descriptive method by taking the results of the implementation of the data that has been unsettled outbound management training activities where researchers are also lecturers as Chairman of the Committee in the activities of outbound management training in aviation aviation high school jakarta, both using the method of the study of literature to support the data in the discussion. The purpose of education is to form character and cultivate good behaviour or attitude and value so that they can interact, communicate, and live together in accordance with the norms of the community. Tangible results seen from students who have undergone study. Through outbound training, it is expected that students can mentally ready, tenacious, confident, caring, helpful and accountable to God Almighty, self, community and nation that are implemented in real life everyday.
