Abstract

Sistem Informasi Kesehatan digunakan dengan  tujuan meningkatkan kualitas dan efisiensi dalam bidang kesehatan dan perawatan. Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Kesehatan ini memerlukan adanya dukungan dari berbagai pihak terutama dari pemerintah pusat. Sistem informasi berperan penting dalam penyimpanan dan pengelolaan data pasien. Tujuan utama Sistem Informasi Kesehatan yaitu Menjamin ketersediaan, kualitas, dan akses terhadap Informasi Kesehatan yang bernilai pengetahuan serta dapat dipertanggungjawabkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Literature Review. Manfaat dari Sistem Informasi Kesehatan yaitu Mendukung manajemen Kesehatan, Mengidentifikasi masalah dan kebutuhan, Mengintervensi masalah kesehatan berdasarkan prioritas, Pembuatan keputusan dan pengambilan kebijakan kesehatan berdasarkan bukti. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran yang dilakukan oleh penulis maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem Informasi Kesehatan yang ada di Indonesia saat ini masih memerlukan perbaikan dan beberapa tantangan terutama dalam hal penyimpanan data Kesehatan pribadi pasien.

Abstract

This study aims at obtaining description of self-acceptance of elderly who live alone by themselves, as well as factors that affect their self-acceptance. This study implemented a qualitstivee approach by interviewing four participants, two males and two femaleswith age range of 60-70 years. Self-acceptance and self-understanding were measured by aspects of feeling equal with others, having self-confidence, being responsible, outward looking and open minded, having self-determination, realizing to self limitations, and accepting the characteristics as a human. Factors that support high self-acceptance are good self-understanding, religiousity, and the attitude of their surrounding that support their presence. Low self-acceptance is caused by failure to achieve dreams and hopes, lack of social support from their children, and weak economic conditions. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran penerimaan diri warga lanjut usia yang tinggal seorang diri, serta faktor apa saja yang mempengaruhi penerimaan diri mereka. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu wawancara kepada empat partisipan (dua berjenis kelamin laki-laki dan dua berjenis kelamin perempuan) yang tinggal seorang diri dengan rentang usia 60-70 tahun. Penerimaan dan pemahaman akan diri diungkapkan dalam aspek perasaan sederajat dengan individu lain, percaya dengan kemampuan diri, bertanggung jawab, berorientasi keluar diri, berpendirian, menyadari keterbatasan dan menerima sifat-sifat kemanusiaan dirinya. Faktor yang mendukung penerimaan diri yang tinggi adalah pemahaman diri yang baik, nilai-nilai religiusitas, dan sikap masyarakat sekitar yang mendukung kehadiran mereka. Penerimaan diri yang rendah disebabkan oleh faktor, ketidakberhasilan diri meraih impian atau harapan, kurangnya dukungan sosial dari anak, dan kondisi ekonomi yang lemah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the implementation of positive culture planning as a strategy to achieve school effectiveness at Kalirejo 02 State Elementary School. The research method used is qualitative, with data collection through interviews, observations, and document reviews. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of positive culture has been implemented effectively through a comprehensive management process. Planning is carried out strategically by integrating the values of the Pancasila Student Profile into the School Vision and formal programs outlined in the RKS/RKAS. Implementation is focused on the application of Positive Discipline, characterized by the consistent use of Class Beliefs and the Restitution Triangle method by teachers. This implementation has had a significant impact on school effectiveness, as evidenced by: a significant decrease in student violation cases, an increase in the quality of a safe and supportive school climate, and an increase in teacher job satisfaction. However, challenges faced are maintaining consistent implementation across all staff and optimizing parental involvement to strengthen a positive culture at home. Overall, a positive culture at Kalirejo 02 State Elementary School serves as a successful management strategy that improves students' internal discipline and creates a holistic learning ecosystem.

Abstract

This study examines the principal’s strategic planning in cultivating a Positive Culture to enhance the overall effectiveness of SDN Kalirejo 02. Employing a qualitative case study design, data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, and document analysis involving principals, teachers, students, parents, and staff. The findings show that strategic planning is implemented through three interconnected phases: Strategy Formulation, Strategy Implementation, and Strategy Evaluation. Strategy Formulation emphasizes context diagnosis, identification of core cultural values, and the development of SMART goals focusing on discipline improvement, teacher attendance, and student learning motivation. Strategy Implementation includes teacher capacity development, restructuring the learning environment, and strengthening positive routines. The principal plays a central role as a role model and motivator in mobilizing stakeholders. Evaluation is conducted adaptively using quick-win monitoring, periodic climate surveys, and PDCA-based feedback loops. The study concludes that the strategic planning implemented at SDN Kalirejo 02 effectively integrates Positive Culture principles, leading to measurable behavioral improvements and enhanced academic and non-academic performance.
