Abstract

Dosen dalam proses pembelajaran mempunyai tanggung jawab akan keberhasilan peserta didik. Keberhasilan kompetensi lulusan sangat tergantung dari kualitas Dosen dalam penyampaian mata ajaran kepada peserta didik. Semakin baik kompetensi dosen maka semakin baik mutu lulusan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, studi dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan: (1) Direktur Akademi Keperawatan YPDR Jakarta, (2) Pembantu Direktur Bidang Administrasi dan Kepegawaian, Untuk studi dokumentasi, data dikumpulkan dari file dan dokumentasi yang dimiliki oleh Akademi Keperawatan YPDR Jakarta. Analisis data menggunakan empat tahap yaitu pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan atau verifikasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian pelaksanaan model kompetensi Dosen yang dikembangkan oleh Direktur Akademi Keperawatan YPDR Jakarta merupakan deskripsi tertulis tentang kompetensi yang dibutuhkan untuk mencapai kinerja tinggi atau teladan dalam kategori pekerjaan, kerja tim dalam institusi untuk menjawab tantangan internal institusi dan mempertahankan keunggulan kompetitif serta meningkatkan kinerja institusi dengan berlandaskan pada kompetensi-kompetensi sumber daya manusia.

Abstract

On behalf to produce an excellent service, Civil Servants have to work professionally, certainly through coaching and supervision. Accordingly, the effective assessment method to measure working achievement objectively is required. In this effort, South Tangerang City has issued a policy of South Tangerang City’s Mayor Regulation No. 5 of 2018. Policy implementation evaluation used CIPP evaluation model, starts from policy purpose, implementation process to the result of the policy implementation. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative, the research instruments used are observation, interview and documentation study. The analysis of data research uses 4 steps ie. data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing or verification. Data validation testing used is source triangulation techniques.  The appraisal of working achievement is used as a basic preparation for the arrangement of reasonable and transparent incentive system, a fair career development and evaluation for to the Local Government of South Tangerang city to its resources.

Abstract

Penelitian ini meneliti pengaruh kualitas website, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap minat beli pelanggan di situs belanja online Bukalapak. Penelitian dilakukan karena di era milenial, persaingan bisnis pada situs belanja online semakin meningkat sehingga perlunya perusahaan situs belanja online Bukalapak, terus melakukan perbaikan kualitas website/ aplikasi, kualitas pelayanan dan meningkatkan kepercayaan dari pelanggan, dengan harapan situs belanja online Bukalapak menguasai pangsa pasar atau menjadi market leader. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas website, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap minat beli di situs belanja online Bukalapak. Metode penelitian kuantitatif yaitu dengan mencari hubungan secara kausal. Penelitian dilakukan di Kota Tangerang, dengan jumlah mengambil sampel 100 orang responden, dilakukan terhadap pelanggan yang pernah belanja di situs online Bukalapak. Instrumen penelitian berupa kuesioner untuk mendapatkan data empiris responden. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan pengaruh variabel kualitas website, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap minat beli pelanggan sebesar 0,499 atau 49,9%, sedang sisanya merupakan variabel residu. Hasil analisis kualitas website, kualitas pelayanan, dan kepercayaan pelanggan, secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap minat beli pelanggan. Kualitas website berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli pelanggan. Kualitas Pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli pelanggan. Kepercayaan pelanggan menunjukkan bahwa kepercayaan pelanggan tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat beli pelanggan.Kata kunci: kualitas, pelayanan, kepercayaan, belanja, online

Abstract

The title in this study is the Effect of Motivation to Avoid Usury and Product Knowledge of the Decision to Become a Customer Case Study at Bank Mandiri Syariah Kc Malang. This study aims to determine and analyze the variables of Avoiding Usury Motivation, Product Knowledge, partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on the decision to become a customer. The method used in this research is to use quantitative descriptive with a sample of 100 people. In this study the sampling technique used was using accidental sampling and in gathering data using questionnaires, while for the test results using the test of validity, reliability, coefficient of relations, classical assumptions and using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the variables X1, X2 simultaneously or partially have a significant effect on Y where the resulting value is less than 0.05. while for the classic assumption test it can be concluded that each variable can be normally distributed and heteroscedasticity does not occur.

Abstract

The fundamental problem in meeting fuel consumption for the operation of diesel engines is in terms of costs and ensuring the availability of the fuel. So that the idea of using alternative fuels other than diesel fuel arises. And the recommendation is gas fuel (compressed natural gas) for several reasons including cheaper prices and Indonesia has abundant natural gas reserves. Because the properties of CNG and diesel oil are different, it is necessary to modify the diesel engine before being able to use alternative gas fuels. And in this journal, what is analyzed is the performance of diesel engines and diesel engines that have been modified into CNG engines connected to RPM. The analyzed performance includes brake power, brake torque, fuel consumption, and volumetric efficiency. The analysis process is carried out through a simulation using the GT-Power software. From the simulation, it is known that the use of CNG as a fuel reduces exhaust emissions even though it reduces engine performance in terms of power, torque, BMEP. And tends to increase fuel consumption.
