Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to build an inventory information systemapplication program using the FIFO method and the Stock Report using MicrosoftVisual Basic. NET to reduce errors in calculations and inventory recording errorswhose operations can be easily understood by users. Data collection methods used are interview methods, observation and literature study. The writing method used in this research is the description method which explains the general profile of the Central Java Education Quality Assurance Agency (LPMP) KPRI and the exposition method to explain the results of the system design being implemented. It is hoped that the FIFO method of inventory system design and inventory reports will minimize the problems encountered so that it can produce reports and display accurate data according to actual conditions.For the preparation of the FIFO method of inventory information system software and inventory reports, there are several stages: system analysis, process analysis, conceptual design, detailed design, implementation and conversion. Reports generated include the FIFO method inventory of goods reports, goods inward reports, goods outgoing reports and goods returns reports.

Abstract

The adoption of digital banking among Generation Z has become a strategic concern for financial institutions in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the adoption of SeaBank by Generation Z in Semarang City by extending the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) with the addition of perceived trust and subjective norm. The goal is to examine how perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived trust, and subjective norm impact attitudes toward using, and how these attitudes impact the intention to adopt SeaBank.  Data were collected through an online questionnaire completed by 309 Generation Z respondents in Semarang City. The analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to test the proposed relationships among the variables. The results show that perceived usefulness, perceived trust, and subjective norm have a significant impact on attitude toward using SeaBank. Perceived ease of use, however, does not have a statistically significant effect. Attitude toward using is found to significantly impact the intention to adopt seabank. This research contributes by adapting the Technology Acceptance Model in a digital banking context to Generation Z, who are highly familiar with technology and influenced by peer networks. The integration of trust and subjective norm provides additional explanatory power. The findings provide practical insights for digital banking providers to design strategies that enhance user trust, capitalize on social influence, and meet the expectations of younger users.

Abstract

The absence of an integrated thesis supervision system in the Accounting Department of Politeknik Negeri Semarang presents a significant issue, given the importance of monitoring the supervision process to support timely student graduation. This study aims to design an effective thesis supervision management system that facilitates the monitoring and management of the supervision process. The research employs a system development approach based on Unified Modelling Language (UML) within the Total Architecture Synthesis (TAS) framework. The database utilized is MySQL, supported by the XAMPP web server. System requirements were gathered through observations and interviews with academic supervisors and department administrators. The outcome of the study is a system design comprising database architecture, user interface prototypes, and a structured supervision workflow. The system is designed to assist lecturers and students in tracking supervision progress, minimizing administrative barriers, and supporting the achievement of higher education Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Practically, this study delivers a prototype system that can be implemented in the Accounting Department or adapted by other programs with similar needs. Theoretically, it contributes to the development of information technology-based supervision management models in vocational education settings.
