Abstract

Lemahnya posisi tawar petani pada bidang pemasaran produk salah satunya dikarenakan kurangnya akses informasi pasar, pemodalan serta jalur pemasaran sendiri mengakibatkan petani mengguakan sistem tebang jual sehingga 40% dari hasil panen menjadi milik tengkulak. Penelitian ini membuat media pemasaran daring menggunakan metode social media marketing produk kelompok tani fokustani wonosobo untuk inovasi jejaring pemasaran produk. Penilaian kinerja media pemasaran daring dilihat dari jumlah pengunjung yang melihat produk serta capaian area asal pengunjung. Hasil penelitian berupa media sosial facebook sebagai pemasaran produk memberikan informasi detail produk pertanian ke seluruh anggota serta calon konsumen tanpa dibatasi ruang dan waktu. Kata Kunci: Social Media Marketing, Produk Petani, Pemasaran Daring.

Abstract

Industri perbankan syariah dalam beberapa tahun terakhir mengalami perkembangan yang cukup signifikan. Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) mencatat pertumbuhan pangsa pasar (market share) perbankan syariah menjadi 4,86 % hingga Juli 2016. Meningkatnya pertumbuhan pangsa pasar perbankan syariah, menunjukkan bahwa masyarakat Indonesia sudah mulai sadar akan produk-produk dari bank syariah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor penentu profitabilitas bank syariah di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data dari tahun 2010 hingga tahun 2016. Di dalam metodologi, penelitian ini menggunakan panel data regression dan diolah dengan menggunakan Eviews versi 8. Data dikumpulkan dari bank yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index di Indonesia. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa murabahah, ukuran bank, dan kapitalisasi terbukti mempengaruhi secara negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Sementara itu, efisiensi operasional memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Kata kunci: profitabilitas, murabahah, kapitalisasi.

Abstract

This paper aims to investigate the short and long run behavior of ownership structure, capital structure and Indonesian Stock Price over the period from 2007 to 2016. To capture the long run relationships, we used the panel cointegration by Pedroni (1999, 2000, 2004), while the short run relationship are measured by Vector Error Correction Model (VECM). The main findings are as follows. First, the result of most results of Pedroni’s panel cointegration tests, suggest the null hypothesis of no cointegration is rejected. In consequence, this result suggests that there is a cointegration between stock price, managerial ownership, institutional ownership, public ownership, debt to equity ratio and earnings per share. Second, the results of VECM indicate that in the short run, only managerial ownership that will influence the stock price.

Abstract

 The aim of this research is to analyze and to test about the psychological effect toward purchase decision e-commerce transaction. The sample of this research were Computerized Accounting study program’s student of Politeknik Negeri Semarang. Purposive sampling was used on this research. Data was collected from students through questionnaires. We used multiple linear regression model on this research. The result was concluded that the trust variable proved have a positive influence towards purchasing decisions in e-commerce transactions, meaning that the higher of the level of trust, the higher the purchasing decision in e-commerce transactions. While service quality and risk perception are empirically proven have no influence on e-commerce purchasing decisions. This is because consumers feel that almost every e-commerce has the same quality of service and risk management, so consumers are no longer too worried about these two problems.  Keywords: psychology factor; e-commerce; buying decision; trust; service quality

Abstract

The aim of this research is to analyze and to test about the effect of trust, service quality, and risk perception toward purchase decision e-commerce transaction. The output of this research is to figure out psychology factors influence purchase decision and an article about this. The population of this research were Accounting departement’s student of Politeknik Negeri Semarang. Purposive sampling was used on this research. Data was collected from students through questionnaires. Validity and reliability tests were used to test valid and reliable distributed questionnaires. We used a t test to test the hypothesis where the level of significance is 5% with a two-tailed hypothesis test. Based on the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the trust variable proved have a positive influence towards purchasing decisions in e-commerce transactions, meaning that the higher of the level of trust, the higher the purchasing decision in e-commerce transactions. While service quality and risk perception are empirically proven have no influence on e-commerce purchasing decisions. This is because consumers feel that almost every e-commerce has the same quality of service and risk management, so consumers are no longer too worried about these two problems

Abstract

During emancipation era, women on board has been of major interest to corporate governance in recent years. The feminism already change the mindset of millenium people. This study analysis the affect of gender diversity, board size, bank size, ownership structure and capital structure on bank performance. By making use of cross sectional data for a sample of 28 conventional banks in Indonesia during period 2010-2017. Our empirical evidence shows that gender diversity (woman boardroom) has no effect to bank performance measured by Return on Equity. It is indicating that the executive has no effect to oversight the monitoring effect. It is reinforced by Bloomberg Businessweek’s research, woman on board in Indonesia in 2017 under 20 %. In addition, we found that there was a positive effect of bank size on bank perfomance. We also shows that findings of negative relationship between ownership structure and bank performance

Abstract

Expedition company “PT. VWX Semarang” has implemented an information system in its service activities. However, there may be incidents or disruptions during service activities that can reduce business performance and quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the incident management procedures that have been implemented and measure the maturity level of incident management based on the ITIL V3 framework and provide recommendations for improvement. Data was obtained using observation, interview, and questionnaire. Respondents in this study were users of the service system at expedition company The results of this study indicate that the maturity level of incident management is at level 3 (defined); it means the activity or business process has existed and has become a habit, but the improvement process has not been comprehensively structured. Recommendations for improvement based on the ITIL V3 framework are given to reach the maximum maturity level.Keywords: ITIL V3; information technology; incident management; maturity level Abstrak. Perusahaan ekspedisi PT. VWX Semarang telah telah menerapkan sistem informasi dalam kegiatan pelayanannya, meskipun begitu masih terjadi insiden atau gangguan yang dapat menurunkan performa dan kualitas layanan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis manajemen insiden pada Perusahaan ekspedisi untuk menentukan tingkat kematangan layanan teknologi informasi berdasarkan kerangka kerja ITIL V3. Data diperoleh dengan observasi, wawancara dan angket kepada pengguna layanan manajemen insiden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan manajemen insiden berada pada level 3 (defined) yaitu aktivitas atau proses bisnis telah ada dan menjadi kebiasaan namun terstruktur proses perbaikan secara menyeluruh. Perbaikan atas layanan teknologi informasi diarahkan agar proses manajemen insiden terstruktur menjadi terinstitusi pada tingkat kematangan yang meningkat.Kata Kunci: ITIL V3; teknologi informasi; manajemen insiden; tingkat kematangan

Abstract

This study aims to measure the level of user satisfaction of graduates of the Computerized Accounting Study Program, Department of Accounting, Semarang State Polytechnic and identify the quality attributes of graduates that need to be improved to increase graduate user satisfaction. The sample was taken as many as 20 industrial users who graduated with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method applied is a questionnaire. The data that has been collected was analyzed with the help of SPSS 26 software for Windows, then processed using the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) model. The results of the IPA analysis on the Cartesian diagram of the 8 variables namely Reliability, Responsiveness, Confidence, Attention, Tangible, Benefit, Ease and Security indicate that the performance of the graduates of the Computerized Accounting Study Program has met expectations. However, the Computerized Accounting Study Program must always be updated on the development of science and technology so that links and matches are always created

Abstract

Kegiatan penyuluhan dan pemetaan potensi pemanfaatan limbah kotoran ternak menjadi biogas di Desa Campuranom, Kecamatan Bansari, Kabupaten Temanggung sudah dilakukan. Desa Campuranom merupakan desa yang menitikberakan sektor perekonomian warganya pada sektor pertanian dan peternakan. Khusus di sektor peternakan, limbah feses atau kotoran ternak yang dihasilkan belum dikelola dengan baik. Padahal, limbah feses tersebut dapat dijadikan sumber energi yang dapat dimanfaatkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman terkait dengan potensi limbah feses atau kotoran ternak menjadi sumber energi dengan teknologi biogas. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah kombinasi pendekatan Focus Group Discussion (FGD) dan Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) dengan cara melibatkan pemangku kebijakan dan warga dalam semua tahapan kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah potensi biogas yang bisa dihasilkan dalam satu kelompok ternak yang tergabung dalam satu wilayah kandang komunal dengan jumlah total ternak 100 ekor kambing adalah sebesar 569,4 m3/tahun dengan rekomendasi kapasitas digester yang dibangun sebesar 11200 liter.

Abstract

Disruption era dalam faktanya memberikan ruang terbuka terhadap perubahan sistem dan tatanan masyarakat secara luas dan dalam segala bidang. Fenomena perubahan ini harus direspon serius oleh para pelaku usaha kecil menengah dalam upaya mempersiapkan diri menghadapi persaingan usaha yang semakin terbuka, tidak terkecuali oleh usaha yang dijalani mitra. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan branding dan digital marketing di Industri Rumah Tangga (IRT) budi daya lebah madu hutan akasia, di Dusun Makmur, Desa Lanci Jaya, Dompu, Nusa Tenggara Barat, sebagai upaya menjawab tantangan perubahan di era disrupsi. Kegiatan pendampingan dilakukan secara online baik dalam tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan pendampingan, hingga diskusi terkait evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil dari kegiatan pendampingan ini adalah terbentuknya desain label (brand) dari produk yang akan dipasarkan oleh mitra dan juga terbentuknya akun instagram (Al-Mahdu) sebagai media promosi dan pemasaran online. Dampak lain dari kegiatan pendampingan ini yaitu terbentuknya pola pikir (mindset) baru dari mitra terkait brand dan strategi pemasaran, dimana dua hal tersebut saling berkelindan dan merupakan aset yang sangat berharga di dalam keberlangsungan usaha.
