Abstract

The role of information systems and information technology is indispensable in a variety of fields of work and human resources required to have good quality so it could use the technology appropriately. The library is space that contained a lot of catalogs needed for learning and teachingas media seek knowledge and insight for students and lecturer, then the required information system that can hold all the information about then added data quickly and accurately. Therefore, the library shoidbeable to capitaliz on the presence of information technology to improve the quality of its services. It takes a strategic planning of information systems/information technology that isusedas the basis for the construction of an idea information system and in accordance with user needs.Strategic planning of information systems at the Library STMIK Palangka Raya using the methodology Wardand Peppard (Ward, 2002). With the strategic planning of the library can analyze and evaluate theexisting potential of the entire surroundings of the library in order to develop them selves in accordance with the progress of informationand communication technology as well as libraries have a guide in theform of strategies that should be run in the field of informationtechnolog y to improve its performance.It has a good performance of the library will be able to provide acompetitive advantage for the Organization so that it can continue tocompete in today's global era.

Abstract

Fuzzy method in the world of information and communication technology especially in the domain of intelligent systems, which one can be used to predictions/ forecasting. In this study the author will use the Novel Algorithm presented by Jasim, Salim and Ibraheem as a method to predictioning the Gold Price, the data source is retrieved from the http://www.kitco.com. Then the predictions result with Novel Algorithm will be comparing with fuzzy time series methods presented by Ruey Chyn Tsaur. Results of the predictions using Novel Algorithm, obtained a value of MAPE 0,0385(3,85%), while the Fuzzy Time Series Ruey Chyn Tsaur, obtained results of MAPE 0,0544(5,44%)

Abstract

The use of information and communication technologies continue to grow each year. This is in line with the increasing demands for the distribution of information quickly and accurately. To keep the system of information and communication technologies into one quality enhancer in a College, then required the existence of a system of governance audit of information technology communications so that all factors are interconnected with the use of information technology can run as expected and all service information and communication technology can continue to be improved by the application of information technology is right on target. The existence of a good system of governance is the answer for the use of information and communication technology systems that are reliable. The role of the audit of the governance system of information and communication technologies as a means of decision makers is needed by a college to ensure that the application of information technology is in compliance with the planning. The COBIT frameworks has a coverage of control purposes which consists of 4 domains (ITGI, 2007), that is Planning and Organization (PO), Acquisition and Implementation (AI), Delivery and Support (DS), and Monitor and Evaluate (ME). In addition to this COBIT framework also has a Maturity Model that is used to find out the position of the maturity of the current governance and continuously strive to improve the level up to the highest level in order for all aspects of the management towards information technology can be done more effectively. Then the results of this research is the description of the analysis of the level of maturity of the implementation of the corporate governance of information and communication technology systems using COBIT framework 4.1 on Library STMIK Palangkaraya.

Abstract

Teknologi informasi dan komunikasi terus berkembang pesat,termasuk didalamnya penggunaan perangkat mobile. Diera sekarang ini mayoritas orang lebih terhubung dengan perangkat mobile mereka. Oleh karena itu, gereja mungkin menyadari pentingnya memiliki sistem informasi yang dapat diakses melalui perangkat mobile agar informasi dapat disebar secara luas. Dengan adanya Sistem Informasi berbasis aplikasi mobile gereja dapat memberikan akses informasi dengan mudah, cepat, efisien kepada jemaat untuk informasi seputar jadwal ibadah, pengumuman event gereja, pelayanan pastoral, dan pendataan jemaat. Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan 4 (empat) metode pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuisioner. Analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis PIECES, kemudian untuk perancangan sistem menggunakan draw.io, untuk perancangan antar muka menggunakan figma. Hasil dari penelitian ini hanya sampai pada analisis dan perancangan, penulis telah memaparkan hasil rancangan antar muka dan rancangan sistem maka suatu saat untuk peneliti selanjutnya dapat membangun aplikasi mobile ini. Penelitian berdasarkan kuesioner adalah rata-rata sebesar 88% nilai tersebut termasuk dalam kriteria sangat setuju dari 15 responden yang telah disebarkan dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan telah layak untuk dikembangkan dipenelitian selanjutnya jika ada penulis lain yang ingin melanjutkannya.
