Abstract

Perkerasan lentur memberikan keunggulan terhadap rasa nyaman pengguna jalan, sehingga masih dijadikan pilihan dalam perencanaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menentukan nilai tebal perkerasan lentur menggunakan Metode MDPJ 2017 dan AUSTROADS 2017 dengan umur rencana 20 tahun kemudian membandingkannya dengan MDPJ 2017 yang sudah diperhitungkan oleh pihak Konsultan Perencana dengan umur rencana 40 tahun serta pelaksanaan perancangan drainase perkerasan menggunakan data sama dihitung dengan metode berbeda. Data sekunder didapatkan dari Konsultan Perencana Proyek Jalan Trase I UIII tanpa ada data Primer. Hasil perhitungan lalu lintas rencana metode MDPJ 2017 sebesar 55.548.119,26 untuk CESA5, sedangkan hasil perhitungan metode AUSTROADS 2017 sebesar 21.320.039,13 untuk nilai DESA. Hasil metode MDPJ 2017 perhitungan tebal perkerasan yaitu lapis aus AC-WC (Asphalt Concrete – Wearing Course) sebesar 40 mm, lapis Antara AC-BC (Asphalt Concrete – Binder Course) sebesar 60 mm, lapis AC-Base sebesar 210 mm, dan lapis Pondasi Kelas A sebesar 300 mm. Sedangkan untuk metode AUSTROADS 2017 perhitungan tebal perkerasan yaitu lapis Surface (Asphalt) sebesar 200 mm, lapis Tebal Base sebesar 200 mm, dan lapis Tebal sub Base sebesar 150 mm. Dimensi saluran drainase tepi perkerasan ditentukan dengan ukuran (B x H) = 0.8m x 1m.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low speaking skills of students in Indonesian language learning, especially in the aspects of pronunciation, sentence structure, content, and speaking fluency. The study aimed to analyze students’ speaking skills through the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Jigsaw type model in class V A of SD Negeri Mannuruki. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive qualitative design. The subjects of the study consisted of the homeroom teacher and 32 students of class V A. Data were collected through tests, observations, interviews, and documentation. The data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Jigsaw type model had a positive impact on students’ speaking skills. Students became more active, confident in expressing opinions, and able to cooperate in groups. Improvement in speaking skills was seen in clearer pronunciation, better sentence structure, relevant speaking content, and increased fluency. Therefore, the Cooperative Learning Jigsaw type model can be used as an effective alternative learning model to improve elementary school students’ speaking skills.
