Abstract

Management thesis in high education  have some lackness in knowledge management. Every busines process that happen in management thesis don’t have efective approach to integrate data workflow and to acuisition the knowledge. Therefore, knowledge management  system for management thesis  that suit with high education are needed. This paper gives suggestions about new architecture software that offer service for management thesis in high education to make business process more efective and efficien. Methodology that is used for development new software uses model process software development life cycle(SDLC) with web platform , that will increase collaboration in business process management thesis. The result of this implementation can increased efective and eficiency business process management thesis significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze quality improvement management based on partnership and ICT advantages in multi case study at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and SMK YPT 1 Purbalingga Regency. The research approach used is a qualitative survey with correlational analysis techniques. This correlational analysis technique is used to measure strategy towards knowledge of systems approach, the ability to empower approaches in quality improvement management. The results showed that Partnership-Based School Quality Improvement Program and ICT Excellence  as it showed that the two SMKs had developed a partnership-based school quality improvement program and ICT excellence. The results of the research relate to the implementation of partnership-based school quality improvement programs and the excellence of ICT carried out by the two schools is fully under the control of the respective principals as the person in charge of the entire program so that in its implementation there is proper and directed coordination and control. The concept of a partnership-based school quality improvement program and ICT excellence that is expected by the school is that this program can run continuously and consistently and directed with all parties involved in this activity

Abstract

Management was originally a science used in the business world to organize or manage a company. Along with the shift in time and the development of science, management has now penetrated the world of education. Education needs to be managed properly so that education can provide good results in building a complete human being as mandated in the 1945 Constitution.         Education is believed to be the most important aspect in elevating the status of a nation's society. That's why from time to time education is always used as one of the pillars of teachers in improving the quality of a nation. This is because through education the development of knowledge increases so that it can prepare human resources who are ready to compete with all their knowledge and skills.The formation of human resource competencies can be formed through education. Education is part of people's lives and part of the dynamics/movement of society itself, even education for human life is an absolute necessity that must be met throughout life (Fuad Hasan, 2007: 2). When education has been put aside, what happens is very little addition and development of knowledge, so that humans are created who are not ready to compete and will gradually become a backward nation.
