Salah satu tujuan pendidikan bagi anak tunagrahita ringan adalah mempersiapkan anak untuk memperoleh pekerjaan . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan manajemen pembelajaran keterampilan sebagai persiapan pekerjaan di SLB Sukagalih dan SLB ABC YPLAB Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumentasi serta diskusi kelompok terpumpun (Focus Group Discussion/FGD), perolehan data diolah dan dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; guru-guru di 2 SLB telah melaksanakan prinsip-prinsip manajemen pembelajaran. Akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaannya belum optimal, penyusunan bahan ajar masih memakai pola-pola umum. Guru-guru menyatakan telah melakukannya pengorganisasian bidang studi, akomodasi kurikulum dilakukan melalui duplikasi, substitusi, modifikasi, omisi, dan program individual, serta urutan materi dan karakteristik materi pelajaran. Pelaksanaan pembelajaran belum ada bimbingan belajar secara individual yang sesuai dengan kemampuan dan irama belajar anak. Beberapa kesulitan dihadapi guru-guru dalam menerapkan prinsip-prinsip pembelajaran baik secara umum maupun secara khusus. Namun, berbagai upaya telah dilakukan guru untuk mengatasi kesulitan tersebut, akan tetapi hasilnya belum sesuai harapan.

Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perlu adanya implementasi manajemen pengetahuan di perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi yang berbasis teknologi informasi dan komunikasi agar pengetahuan dapat diakses secara efektif dan efisien untuk diketahui, dipelajari, digunakan kembali, penelitian dan publikasi ilmiah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh gambaran dan menganalisis tentang Implementasi Manajemen Pengetahuan (knowledge management) Perpustakaan Perguruan Tinggi berbasis Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi dalam hal Pelayanan Prima Tenaga Perpustakaan Perpustakaan IPDN Jatinangor Sumedang Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi. Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah teori Manajemen menurut Hasibuan, M (2017:10), Mangkunegara, A (2017:2), teori Pengetahuan Davenport & Prusak (1998:42) dan Implementasi Manajemen Pengetahuan menurut Bhatt, D (2000). Hasil penelitian ini adalah: Perencanaan tenaga perpustakaan IPDN Jatinangor dari segi rekruitmen, pendidikan, pengembangan, motivasi, retensi, kerjasama dan partisipasi seluruh pegawai (share knowledge to creating value through social interaction) sudah dilakukan meskipun belum maksimal, karena pustakawan bagian IT jumlahnya masih sedikit dan tenaga teknis IT juga belum ada ahlinya, sehingga pengelolaan website masih bekerjasama dengan unit lain di IPDN. Perencanaan proses pengadaan pengetahuan dan teknologi di perpustakaan IPDN telah dilakukan oleh tenaga perpustakaan IPDN, walaupun tidak semua terealisasi karena keterbatasan anggaran.

This research is due to concerns about the morals of students who graduate from Madrasah Aliyah who are in Persatuan Islam Boarding School environment which are still very vulnerable to being affected by environmental conditions that are not in accordance with the values upheld in the pesantren. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Management of Noble Morals Education in Madrasah Aliyah Students at Persatuan Islam Boarding School. This research was conducted with a multi-case study approach at MA PPI 67 Benda Tasikmalaya, MA PPI 84 Ciganitri Bandung and MA PPI 99 Ran Brancho Garut with a qualitative method that management of noble character education in improving the quality of graduates of Madrasah Aliyah Islamic Boarding School students. The results of this study reveal that: (1) Noble character education management policies are based on harmonization of conventional Islamic boarding school values; (2) The noble character education program is based on the values of modern scientific development; (3) The implementation of noble character education, through activities that have been determined and serve as guidelines for the implementation of Islamic boarding school learning, as well as continuous monitoring or evaluation, both internally and externally in order to improve the quality of graduates; (4) The method used in the education of noble character that is applied by pesantren is precisely through example, conditioning (boarding school), direction (advice/nurturing), habituation (training and assignment), active participation (involvement of roles in activities) and learning with rewards. and punishments; (5) The form of noble character that is formed in noble character education, through cadres with precise character, scientific insight, competitiveness, tafaqquh fiddin and moral character; (6) The problems faced in noble character education related to combining the official curriculum and typical Islamic boarding schools must work together optimally; (7) The solution given in noble character education is the problem of time division between pesantren activities and learning in madrasas and boarding schools. The conclusion of this study is that the management of noble character education for MA PPI students is able to reduce the emotional turmoil of adolescent students and can become graduates with noble character, although it has not reached the expected degree.

Noble character education for Islamic Senior High School (MAN) students is considerably related to school management. The management refers to how the noble character building is planned, implemented, and controlled by empowering the whole resources of the school and is reflected in the educational activities in the school. This research aims to discover the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students. In addition, it also examines the implementation and the impacts of strengthening noble character education programs of MAN students. This research applied a qualitative research method to conduct a case study in Islamic Senior High School 1 Pulang Pisau and Islamic Senior High School Palangkaraya. Eventually, this research identified that (1) the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have not been implemented properly; despite the SOP of each activity, (2) the implementation of the strengthening noble character education programs of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have not reached proper service quality due to the assessment system, (3) the impacts of the implementation of the strengthening noble character education program of MAN students through Scouts extracurricular activities have achieved the objectives; nevertheless, the impacts can only be monitored when the students are in the school.

Scrutinizing the education quality should include teachers as a forefront in the education world. Even a good curriculum and programs will be meaningless if teachers do not implement them responsibly and consistently. This study aims to determine; (1). How is the teachersâ€™ performance supervision program in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin; (2) How is the organizing program for teachersâ€™ performance supervision in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin; (3). How are the movement and leadership of teachersâ€™ performance supervision in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin; (4) How to control teacher performance supervision effectiveness in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin. (5) How are the creative and innovative ideas in actualizing teachersâ€™ performance supervision effectiveness in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin. Meanwhile, the results of this study were; (1) the planning program had not been implemented effectively due to problems of limited resources; (2) organizing supervision had not been carried out optimally; (3) the movement and leadership had run relatively well; however, improvements are still required in the managerial aspects of leadership; (4) controlling the effectiveness of teachersâ€™ performance supervision was gradually conducted; (5) creative and innovative ideas emphasized the strengthening of teachersâ€™ performance supervision Madrasah Aliyah education units and e-Kinerja application. In addition, implementation and evaluation of teachersâ€™ performance supervision in MAN 2 Banjarmasin and MAN 3 Banjarmasin had been implemented in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) issued by the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia. Nevertheless, the results were still ineffective due to problems of various resource limitations.

This study describes and analyses environmental scanning at private high schools in Cilegon City, Banten Province. This research was conducted at three private high schools in Cilegon City, namely Rauhatul Jannah Islamic Integrated High School, Al-Khairiyah 4 High School and Muhammadiyah High School, using qualitative research methods with a case study approach. Principals, vice principals, and teachers from the three schools became research sources. The results of the study found that school strengths are student achievement in academic and non-academic fields, extracurricular activities, qualified and competent educators, collaboration with stakeholders, vision and mission as well as organizational programs, effective school planning, having guidelines, infrastructure, curriculum, school culture, deliberation and effective communication with the internal and external environment. The school's weaknesses have not yet maximized realizing the vision, mission and learning process, enforcement of school rules, lack of management and supervision, lack of school financial funding. School opportunities: academic and non-academic achievements, being the choice of students and parents, increasing new student registrants exceeding the quota, becoming a reference for comparative studies, entrepreneurial and entrepreneurial programs, becoming a model school model, good supervisory communication with relevant agencies and school committees. Threats to schools are limited and lack of financial resources, locations close to state schools, equivalent schools, new competitors who have the same platform, hostile behaviour and activities of students, less conducive school environment. Given the importance of scanning the school environment as one of a series of strategic plans, it is proper that the scanning of the school environment should be carried out carefully, thoughtfully and using the scientific method.

STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCY TEACHERS OF PRODUCTIVE COURSES IN SMK (Descriptive Study at Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat, SMKN 1 Cimahi, and SMKN 3 Bandung) Karnita; Sanusi, Achmad; Wasliman, Iim; Hanafiah

This research is motivated by the unfulfilled quantity and quality of productive subject teachers in SMK so that it affects the quality of graduates. The transfer of management of Vocational High Schools by Dinas Pendidikan since 2016 and Vocational Revitalization during 2015 â€“ 2019 are interesting to study. This study aims to identify and analyze the application of strategic management principles in fostering the professional competence of productive subject teachers in SMK, which include: (1) environmental observation, (2) strategy formulation, (3) strategy implementation; and (4) evaluation and control. There are two theories used: (1) Strategic Management from Hunger and Wheelen (1996) and Coaching Theory programmed by Kemdikbudristek (2016). For the needs of this research, a qualitative approach and a descriptive method were chosen. The techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The research locus is nas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMK. The results of his research, in Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMKN have applied the principles of strategic management in fostering productive subject teachers. The indicators, (1) have carried out a SWOT analysis on environmental observations, (2) formulation of mission, goals, strategies, and policies; (3) has implemented the policy strategy, budget, and procedures; and (4) evaluation and control have been carried out although not yet effective. This stage tends to be neglected, partial, and poorly acted upon. Although it is considered ineffective, the results of developing the competence of productive teachers in SMK have begun to show positive implications for improving the quality of professional vocational productive teachers. The absorption of graduates and interest in SMK is increasing. The professional competence development carried out by Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Jawa Barat and SMKN in their regions includes training, industrial internships, collaboration between vocational teachers and industrial practitioners, teacher welfare development, MGMP/KKG, independent learning, and PKG/PKB. Obstacles in the field include (a) complicated regulations and bureaucracy; (b) limited school budgets; (c) lack of management commitment; (e) The training is still general. The proposed alternative solutions are: (a) deregulation and debureaucratization; (b) increasing partnership with DUDI; (c) (d) optimization of PKG/PKB. The recommendations are (a) a competent team of experts in environmental analysis; (b) optimizing the implementation of teacher professional competence development; (c) optimization of control and assessment; (d) strengthen the managerial competence of principals; and (e) expand CSR with DUDI

This study aims to analyze quality improvement management based on partnership and ICT advantages in multi case study at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 and SMK YPT 1 Purbalingga Regency. The research approach used is a qualitative survey with correlational analysis techniques. This correlational analysis technique is used to measure strategy towards knowledge of systems approach, the ability to empower approaches in quality improvement management. The results showed that Partnership-Based School Quality Improvement Program and ICT ExcellenceÂ as it showed that the two SMKs had developed a partnership-based school quality improvement program and ICT excellence. The results of the research relate to the implementation of partnership-based school quality improvement programs and the excellence of ICT carried out by the two schools is fully under the control of the respective principals as the person in charge of the entire program so that in its implementation there is proper and directed coordination and control. The concept of a partnership-based school quality improvement program and ICT excellence that is expected by the school is that this program can run continuously and consistently and directed with all parties involved in this activity
