Abstract

The existence of information and communication in an education institution is a compulsosry. Because information functionate as connector between some sub organizations so it doesn’t isolate one another, but keeps as parts of main organization. Because of its important function, there are some experts who assume it as blood of organization, if the blood absence or doesn’t function the organization surely will die. It also with communication, it has significant in taking decision, applying policy for taking good result, solving the problems, and locating existing resources balance with the need and able to be taken advantage optimally.

Abstract

Effect on the growth of spiritual leadership and organizational commitment pruduktivitas, employee welfare and social responsibility. The growth of well-being, commitment, productivity, and social responsibility and continuous improvement will improve the organization and produce quality products and satisfactory services to customers and stakeholders. In this paper the authors want to discuss more in how the actual role of spiritual leadership in improving the quality of an organization.

Abstract

Abstrak:Dimensi kualitas merupakan suatu hal utama yang perlu dikembangkan oleh suatu lembaga jika ingin menjadi pilihan pelanggan. Inilah yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Bina Insan Mulia Blitar, yakni mengembangkan dimensi kualitas ini. Pengembangan dimensi kualitias di SDIT Bina Insan Mulia ini meliputi performa, features, keandalan, konformitas, daya tahan, kemampuan pelayanan, estetika dan kualitas yang diperselisihkan. Dimensi performa mencakup layanan jasa dan sarana prasarana yang memadai. Dimensi features meliputi adanya kemudahan pelayanan administrasi melalui mobile banking. Dimensi keandalan mencakup tenaga pendidikyang berkarakter sehingga memiliki kekhasan dari lembaga pendidikan yang lain. Dimensi konformitas mencakup penyesuaian skill peserta didik terhadap tuntutan sosial keagamaan terutama saat ini adalah tuntutan hafalan al-Qur’an dan hadits. Dimensi daya tahan mencakup pertahanan nilai akreditasi A. Dimensi kemampuan pelayanan mencakup layanan konseling 24 jam. Dimensi estetika mencakup penciptaan nuansa Islami dalam aspek ritual maupun sosial. Dimensi kualitas yang diperselisihkan mencakup adanya factor enjoy dan nyaman dari pelanggan dalam pemilihan sekolah ini. Kata kunci: pengembangan, dimensi kualitas Abstract: The quality dimension is the main thing that needs to be developed by an institution if it wants to become the customer's choice. This is what SDIT Bina Insan Mulia Blitar does, namely developing this quality dimension. The development of the quality dimension at SDIT Bina Insan Mulia includes performance, features, reliability, conformity, durability, serviceability, aesthetics and perceived quality. The performance dimension includes adequate services and infrastructure. The features dimension includes the ease of administrative services through mobile banking. The reliability dimension includes educators who have character so that they are unique from other educational institutions. The conformity dimension includes the adjustment of students' skills to socio-religious demands, especially at this time the demands of memorizing the Qur'an and hadith. The durability dimension includes the defense of the A accreditation score. The service capability dimension includes 24-hour counseling services. The aesthetic dimension includes the creation of Islamic nuances in ritual and social aspects. Abstract

Abstract This devotion is based on the phenomenon of low knowledge and understanding of religious foundations regarding environmental cleanliness. The target of this activity is students who live in Islamic boarding schools. The aim of this activity is to change the environmental conditions of Islamic boarding schools towards a clean and orderly environment. The methods used in this service include outreach and demonstration. First, analyze the conditions in the Islamic boarding school environment when community service is carried out. Second, socialization and delivery of material about hadiths related to environmental cleanliness. Third, the internalization stage and implications of hadith socialization activities regarding environmental cleanliness. The result of this service is to create a clean Islamic boarding school environment which begins with increasing the knowledge and understanding of the Islamic boarding school community regarding the rules or guidelines. The level of knowledge and understanding of the guidelines will be applied if accompanied by assistance and approach. Keywords: environmental cleanliness, islamic boarding school, socialization. Abstrak Pengabdian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena rendahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman yayasan keagamaan mengenai kebersihan lingkungan. Sasaran kegiatan ini adalah para santri yang tinggal di pesantren. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah untuk mengubah kondisi lingkungan pesantren menuju lingkungan yang bersih dan tertib. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan demonstrasi. Pertama, menganalisis kondisi lingkungan pesantren pada saat dilakukan pengabdian masyarakat. Kedua, sosialisasi dan penyampaian materi tentang hadis terkait kebersihan lingkungan. Ketiga, tahap internalisasi dan implikasi kegiatan sosialisasi hadis mengenai kebersihan lingkungan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terciptanya lingkungan pesantren bersih yang diawali dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan pemahaman civitas pesantren mengenai aturan atau pedoman. Tingkat pengetahuan dan pemahaman terhadap pedoman akan diterapkan jika dibarengi dengan pendampingan dan pendekatan. Kata Kunci: kebersihan lingkungan, pondok pesantren, sosialisasi.

Abstract

Karakter merupakan kata kunci utama membentuk pribadi yang sesungguhnya yang harus diarahkan, dibimbing, dan diarahkan tertama pada karakter disiplin. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler  yakni kegaiatan tambahan yang dilaksanakan di luar jam pelajaran yang sudah terprogram yang dimaksudkan untuk menumbuhkan bakat dan minat siswa. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, teknik wawancara yang digunakan untuk pengumpulan data dan informasi, teknik observasi yang digunakan untuk mencari data dan teknik dokumentasi digunakan untuk membuktikan hasil pengamatan peneliti. Penelitian ini dilakukan di SMP Negeri 14 Malang menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif yakni jenis pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi.Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yakni: (1) filosofi dari kegiatan ekstrakurikuler tartil Al-Qur’an  Al-Qur’an yang menjadi nilai plus karena adanya kegiatan yang menekankan siswa untuk baca, tulis dan hafalan yang mulai pada tahun 2011 yang disahkan pada tahun 2015. Adapun dalam ekstrakurikuler ekstrakurikuler  yang telah dilaksanakan pada tahun 1986 yang telah diwajibkan oleh pemerintah dalam kesatuan pendidikan penanaman karakter disilpin melalui ekstrakurikuler tartil Al-Qur’an  Al-Qur’andan kepramukaan di SMP Negeri 14 Malang yakni dengan keteladanan guru, pembelajaran, pemberdayaan dan pembudayaan, penguatan, dan penilaian.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the importance of standardization in improving the quality of Islamic boarding school education and finding the ideal format for quality Islamic boarding schools in a sustainable manner. A literature study was conducted to examine various factors that influence the success of standardization, including internal and external factors in Islamic boarding schools. The research results show that standardization plays a crucial role in realizing Islamic boarding school education that is quality, sustainable and relevant to the demands of the times. Standardization not only guarantees the quality of learning, but also increases the accountability and credibility of Islamic boarding schools in the eyes of the community. The ideal format for a quality Islamic boarding school that can meet the demands of today's era is the integration of Salaf education with formal education at the Islamic boarding school
