Abstract

Duku is one of the fruits favored by the people of Indonesia. Jambi Province produces duku kumpeh (Lansium domesticum Corr.) Which is known as a national superior product. One obstacle in the development of duku kumpeh by farmers in Jambi is the conventional pattern of cultivation, so product availability is not continuous, because farmers only look after old gardens. One of the efforts to increase and accelerate the growth of duku is by giving green fertilizer. One type of green fertilizer is green fertilizer derived from Gamal plants (Gliricidia sepium (Jacq) Dc.). Gamal contains nutrients, namely: 3.7% nitrogen, 0.2% phosphorus, 2.2% potassium, 3.2% calcium, and 0.8% magnesium. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of applying gamal green fertilizer on the growth of duku kumpeh. The study used a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with 5 levels of fertilizer treatment namely 0 g, 6.5 g, 13 g, 26 g, and 52 g. Each treatment was repeated 5 times. The parameters observed were height increase, number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight, and dry weight of plants. The data obtained were analyzed through Analysis of Variance (Anova), and post hoc Duncan Multiple Range Test (DNMRT) at 5% significance level. The results showed that the dose of gamal green green fertilizer affected the growth of plant height, but did not affect the number of leaves, leaf area, wet weight and dry weight of the plant

Abstract

Penelitian ini mendeskripsikan dampak lingkungan dan pola kepemimpinan terhadap pencaipaian kerja kariawan pada UPTD wilayah VIII samsat Langsa. Tujuan Penelitian ini sebagai edukasi kepada pembaca dan mengukur sejauh mana dampak lingkungan dan pola pencapaian kerja kariawannya.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Analisis regresi linear berganda, digunakan untuk mengetahui variabel bebas terhadap variabel terikat. Peneliti menggunakan bantuan program SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) agar hasil yang diproleh lebih terarah. Jumlah sampel yang diteliti sebanyak 21 orang responden. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi perhitungan prosentase, uji parsial (uji-t), uji korelasi, uji signifikansi serta uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dampak lingkungan dan pola kepemimpinan terhadap pencaipaian kerja kariawan pada UPTD wilayah VIII samsat Langsa berada pada kriteria baik dengan hasil analisa mencapai faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja yaitu variabel kepemimpinan memiliki rata-rata 4,56 dan variabel lingkungan kerja memiliki rata-rata 4,39. Selain itu berdasarkan dengan hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada pengaruh signifikan kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan terbukti kebenarannya pada uji parsial (uji t) hasil t hitung untuk variabel kepemimpinan sebesar 1,867 dan nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% sebesar 1,697. Dan secara parsial variabel lingkungan kerja lebih berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan hasil t hitung 4,987.

Abstract

The type of research used is quantitative research, a research method that places greater emphasis on the aspect of objective measurement of social phenomena. The data source used in this research is a primary data source which was directly collected by the researcher from the first source. The data analysis method used by researchers is the Structural Equation Model (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS). Based on the research results, the first hypothesis is that Job Related Anxiety (X1) has a significant influence on the Employee Behavior (Z) variable. The second hypothesis is that Green Human Resource Management Practice (X2) has a significant influence on the Employee Behavior variable (Z). The third hypothesis is that Job Related Anxiety (X1) has a significant influence on the Job Performance variable (Y). The fourth hypothesis is that Green Human Resource Management Practice (X2) has a significant influence on the Job Performance variable (Y). The fifth hypothesis is that Employee Behavior (Z) has a significant influence on the Job Performance (Y) variable. The sixth hypothesis concludes that Employee Behavior (Z) has a positive and significant effect in mediating Job Related Anxiety (X1) on Job Performance (Y). The seventh hypothesis concludes that Employee Behavior (Z) has a positive and significant effect in mediating Green Human Resource Management Practice (X2) on Job Performance (Y).

Employees Eco-Friendly Behavior (X2) has a positive effect on Environmental Performance (Y) which is mediated by Green Innovation (Z).
