Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of partial and simultaneous learning interest and motivation on student learning outcomes. The type of research used is causal-type quantitative research. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. The sample for this research was class VIII students at SMP Negeri 6 Singaraja, with a total sample of 181 students. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression. Instrument testing was carried out using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption tests used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The research results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of interest on student learning outcomes, partially with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (2) There is a positive and significant influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, partially with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between interest and learning motivation on student learning outcomes simultaneously with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of labor, technology adoption, and business capital on income levels through the increase of production capacity as an intervening (mediating) variable in Palm Sugar Enterprises in Pakisan Village, Kubutambahan District. This study uses descriptive analysis and path analysis with a sample of 56 Palm Sugar Entrepreneurs in Pakisan Village, Kubutambahan District. The results of this study reveal that (1) there is an influence of labor on the production capacity of the Palm Sugar Business in Pakisan Village, Kubuaddan District, with tcount 4.341 > tcount 2.010 and sig 0.000 < 0.05; therefore, H0 is rejected, and H1 is accepted, which means that the workforce has a positive effect on the production capacity of the Palm Sugar Business in Pakisan Village, Kubuaddan District. (2) There is an influence of technology adoption on the production capacity of the Palm Sugar Business in Pakisan Village, Kubuaddan District, with tcount 3.173 > ttable 2.010 and sig 0.003 < 0.05; therefore, H0 is rejected, and H2 is accepted, which means that technology adoption has a positive effect on the production capacity of the Sugar Business Sugar palm in Pakisan Village, Kubucepatan District. (3) There is an influence of business capital on the production capacity of the Palm Sugar Business in Pakisan Village, Kubucepatn District, with tcount 3.299 > ttable 2.010 and sig 0.002 < 0.05; therefore, H0 is rejected, and H3 is accepted, which means that business capital has a positive effect on the production capacity of the Sugar Business Sugar palm in Pakisan Village, Kubucepatan District. (4) There is an influence of labor, technology adoption, business capital, and production capacity on the income level of the Palm Sugar Business in Pakisan Village, Kubuaddan District, with Fcount 24.016 > Ftable 2.78 and sig 0.000 < 0.05; therefore, H0 is rejected, and H4 is accepted, which means that labor, technology adoption, business capital, and production capacity have a positive effect on the income level of the Palm Sugar Business in Pakisan Village, Kubuaddan District.

Abstract

This research aims to determine (1) the influence of interest in learning on learning outcomes in the social studies subject of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan, (2) the influence of the school environment on learning outcomes in the social studies subject of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan, and (3) the influence of interest in learning and the school environment on learning outcomes in social studies subjects for Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan. The type of research used is causal-type quantitative research. The sampling technique used is a probability sampling technique with random sampling. The sample for this research was class IX students of SMP Negeri 2 Sawan, with a total sample of 157 students. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and is analyzed using multiple linear regression. Instrument testing was carried out using validity and reliability tests. The classical assumption tests used are the normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The research results show that (1) there is a positive and significant influence of interest in learning on learning outcomes, partially with a significance value of <0.001 <0.05. (3) There is a positive and significant influence between interest in learning and the school environment on learning outcomes simultaneously with a significance value of <0.001 <0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the process of testing the influence of Entrepreneurship Education and family environment on entrepreneurial interest partially and simultaneously. In this study, the population used was 231 students of class XI SMKN 1 Singaraja. This study uses quantitative data with a data collection method through a questionnaire. Data processing uses the assistance of the Statistical Package for The Social Science (SPSS) version 25 program. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with partial (t-test) and simultaneous (F-test) hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that (1) partially Entrepreneurship Education has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, (2) partially the family environment has a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial interest, and (3) simultaneously Entrepreneurship Education and family environment on entrepreneurial interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and family on students' interest in choosing an academic concentration. The focus of this research is on students of the Faculty of Economics at Universitas Pendidikan Ganesha, class of 2021, who have selected their study concentration. The research method used is quantitative, employing multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results indicate that motivation has a positive and significant influence on students' interest in choosing a concentration. Similarly, the role of the family also significantly affects students' academic decisions. Simultaneously, these two variables strongly influence students' interest in selecting a study path that aligns with their interests and career goals. These findings provide valuable insights for educational institutions to improve academic counseling strategies in helping students determine the most suitable concentration.
