Abstract

Abstract— PT. Eastern Modern Apparel is engaged in garment production. The company has experienced financial constraints. This is marked by the dismissal of some employees. Research is done to determine the prediction of bankruptcy of the company. Methodology that has been done in this research are conducting interviews with the company, field study, financial data retrieval. The step is done to meet the data needs in the next step. The next step is data processing using Altman Z-Score method. Processing consists of X1 = Working Capital Ratio against Total Assets, X2 = Retained Earnings Ratio against Total Assets, X3 = EBIT Ratio against Total Assets, X4 = Market Equity Value Threshold on Book Value of Debt. X5 = Sales to Total Assets. Processed data is in the period 2014, 2015, and 2016. The process produces Z-Score value for each period. Z-Score calculation results in the period 2014 = 3.91, 2015 = 3.19, and 2016 = 2.83. While the limits of healthy company according to calculations Almant Z-Score of> 2.675. Then the results of Altman Z-Score calculations on the company is said to be healthy, because the results exceed the limits of the healthy category. Abstract

After graduating from high school, students often have difficulty in determining the right major.The challenges faced include the lack of clear guidelines and criteria in choosing a major, as wellas the selection process which is still traditional and subjective. To overcome these obstacles, thisarticle suggests the implementation of a website-based Decision Support System (DSS) using theMulti-Factor Evaluation Process (MFEP) algorithm. This DSS was developed to help studentschoose a major that suits their interests and potential. The methods used in this study includeliterature studies, observations, interviews, and questionnaires. The results of the study indicatethat the use of a web-based DSS with the MFEP algorithm is able to provide more effective andobjective recommendations in helping students choose a major.

Abstract

Abstrak - Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mengubah cara kita menjalani kegiatan sehari-hari. Internet telah menjadi satu dari sekian kebutuhan dasar, dan kualitas akses internet yang cepat dan andal sangat penting. Salah satu solusi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan ini adalah melalui perancangan dan implementasi jaringan FTTH (Fiber To The Home). Pada Proyek Akhir ini dilakukan perencanaan jaringan FTTH yang dilakukan di Perumahan Kerta Mulya Residence, Kecamatan Sindangagung, Kabupaten Kuningan No.35 Jawa Barat. Perancangan ini dilakukan mulai dari perancangan jaringan FTTH menggunakan Software AutoCAD dan Google Earth. Kemudian dilakukan simulasi menggunakan bantuan Software Optisystem. Lalu dilakukan perhitungan power link budget untuk menuntukan parameter standarisasi jaringan FTTH yang telah dibuat agar sesuai dengan standar ITU-T G.984 dan ketentuan PT Telkom Akses. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan simulasi yang telah dilaksanakan untuk arah downstream dan upstream didapatkan hasil daya terima memenuhi standar ITU-T G.984 dan ketentuan PT Telkom Akses yaitu tidak melebihi sensitivitas detector sebesar -28 dBm. Nilai power link budget untuk jarak terjauh dan terdekat sebesar -20 dBm. Nilai yang didapatkan berada dibawah batas nilai waktu simulasi pada Software Optisystem untuk arah downstream sebesar -19 dBm. Dan arah upstream sebesar -4.704 dBm. Dari hasil perhitungan dan simulasi dan disimpulkan bahwa jaringan FTTH yang telah dibuat dapat dikatakan layak dan memiliki kualitas transmisi yang baik.Kata kunci - FTTH, Jaringan Serat Optik, Power Link Budget.
