Abstract

TikTok berkembang menjadi media sosial yang sangat populer. TikTok tidak hanya digunakan sebagai media komunikasi pertukaran informasi saja, melainkan sebagai media hiburan juga. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 mendorong TikTok Indonesia untuk menginisiasikan sebuah gerakan kampanye untuk ikut andil dalam penanganan pandemi dengan mengedukasi masyarakat dan memberikan perubahan langsung kepada khalayak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat efiktivitas kampanye dalam upaya pencegahan dan penanganan COVID-19 yang telah dilakukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner dan pendekatan kualitatif yang diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam, dengan total 50 responden dan enam informan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara perubahan pada level individu dengan indikator kemampuan bertindak dan norma terhadap persepsi komunikasi visual di TikTok alodokter.id. Akan tetapi, variabel faktor perubahan pada level individu, persepsi komunikasi visual dan tidak memiliki hubungan yang nyata terhadap efektivitas kampanye komunikasi.

Abstract

As government partners, it is appropriate that Keujruen blang and agricultural extension workers as facilitators of the government in the agricultural sector must have the same meaning in agricultural practice activities. It aims to achieve the mission of national development embodied into food security priorities through sustainable agricultural agitation. Collaboration between extension workers and customary institutions can create effective agricultural practices to increase the income and standard of living of farming communities. The focus of this study is to analyze the meaning of agricultural practices owned by extension workers and customary institutions in Sukamakmur Aceh Besar sub-district by understanding the role of each actor. To analyze the meaning of agricultural practices for extension workers and customary institutions, this study uses the concept of hierarchy of meaning contained in the theory of Coordinated Management of Meaning (CMM). This research is presented with qualitative methods with ethnographic design. The place of research was conducted in Sukamakmur District, Aceh Besar. This research was conducted from March to September 2023 through several stages. The determination of informants is done purposively. The analysis used is Ethnograpic Content Ananlysis (ECA). Validity in this study was carried out using data triangulation. The results of the study explained that coordinating the meaning of agricultural practices between extension workers and traditional keujruen blang institutions can be assessed from the role of each actor. The coordination of the meaning of agricultural practices between keujruen blang and extension workers with CMM theory shows the similarity of the meaning of agricultural practices by extension workers and keujruen blang, namely realizing sustainable agriculture through the roles of each actor. The role of keujruen blang to realize sustainable agriculture is by maintaining customs in rice field activities, while the role of extension workers to realize sustainable agriculture is by focusing on organic farming.

Abstract

The IFA (Iron Folic Acid) Supplements program among schoolgirls is one of the specific interventions from the Ministry of Health in Indonesia to overcome the high stunting rate in Indonesia. However, several studies found that there are still few female students who want to take IFA. This study aims to analyze intention of female students in taking IFA based on health belief model and emphasize the cues to action construct as a health communication variable in this model. The research was conducted through a survey of 92 female students from two schools in Dramaga District and Ciampea District, Bogor Regency using a quantitative approach. The PLS-SEM application is used to analyze the relationship between variables and test hypotheses. This research found that knowledge and source of information and cues to action influence intention to consume TTD. The results of this research can contribute to improving TTD program interventions that strengthen cues to action or various health communication means regarding IFA to female students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis persepsi efektivitas pesan (Perceived Message Effectiveness/PEP) dari kampanye pelestarian hutan yang disampaikan melalui akun Instagram @lindungihutan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah sequential mixed method (QUAN→qual), dengan dominasi data kuantitatif dan pelengkap data kualitatif. Sebanyak 146 responden dilibatkan untuk menjawab kuesioner online terkait framing pesan, keterlibatan isu, persepsi risiko lingkungan, dan persepsi efektivitas pesan. Hasil uji Mann-Whitney menunjukkan bahwa framing pesan tidak memberikan perbedaan signifikan terhadap PEP (p > 0,05), sementara keterlibatan isu dan persepsi risiko lingkungan berpengaruh signifikan (p < 0,05). Data kualitatif dari enam informan menunjukkan bahwa framing positif mendorong pemahaman kognitif, sedangkan framing negatif menimbulkan respons emosional. Keterlibatan isu dan persepsi risiko tinggi membangun efikasi diri dan dorongan bertindak. Integrasi data melalui joint matrix display memperlihatkan bahwa karakteristik psikografis memediasi persepsi pesan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi teoritis pada pengembangan komunikasi lingkungan berbasis media sosial serta implikasi praktis bagi desain pesan kampanye yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The rising prevalence of diet-related diseases necessitates a focus on individual food selection to enhance nutrition intake and promote overall health. This study introduces a novel food recommender system utilizing artificial intelligence, specifically a genetic algorithm (GA), to intelligently match diverse nutritional needs with available food items. The research incorporates machine learning methodologies, such as collaborative and content-based filtering, to develop a recommendation model. Data from a commercial restaurant, Nutrisurvey, and the Indonesian food composition list inform the nutritional analysis of five menu items. Consumer variability, considering factors like sex, body mass index, medical conditions, and physical activity, are integrated into the GA framework for personalized food pattern matching. The presented results demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed model in offering tailored food recommendations for consumers with non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. The multi-objective optimization technique employed in the system ensures a balance between nutritional adequacy and individual preferences. The presented GA-based approach holds promise for promoting healthier food choices tailored to individual needs, contributing to the broader goal of fostering a sustainable and personalized food system.
