Abstract

Abstrak Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh proporsi ekstrak angkak dengan hidrogen peroksida terhadap 1) Sifat fisik hasil pewarnaan rambut yang meliputi warna target, tekstur rambut, kilau rambut, kerataan warna dan kesukaan panelis. Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperimen. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah jumlah proporsi ekstrak angkak dengan hydrogen peroksida yaitu X1 (27,5:12,5), X2 (25:15), X3 (22,5:17,5), dan X4 (20:20). Variabel terikat adalah sifat fisik yang meliputi warna target, tekstur rambut, kilau rambut, kerataan warna dan kesukaan panelis. Pengumpulan data dengan metode observasi yang dilakukan oleh 30 panelis. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan anova tunggal dan dilanjutkan dengan uji duncan menggunakan program spss versi 16. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat pengaruh nyata yang signifikan terhadap sifat fisik pewarnaan rambut menggunakan ekstrak angak dengn hydrogen peroksida meliputi warna target, tekstur rambut, kilau rambut, kerataan warna dan kesukaan panelis. Berdasarkan hasil uji Duncan pewarnaan rambut terbaik diperoleh sampel X1 dengan kriteriawarna target yang sesuai yaitu merah, tekstur yang dihasilkan sangat halus, kilau rambut tampak becahaya saat terpapat cahaya lampu, kerataan warna yang merata ke seluruh rambut. Semakin banyak jumlah ekstrak angkak maka hasilnya akan semakin dengan warna target,tekstur rambut,kilau rambut,kerataan warna. Kata kunci: ekstrak angkak, hydrogen peroksida, pewarnaan rambut. This type of research is experimental. The independent variable in this study is the proportion of red yeast rice extract with hydrogen peroxide, namely X1 (27.5: 12.5), X2 (25:15), X3 (22.5: 17.5), and X4 (20:20) . Dependent variables are physical properties which include target color, hair texture, hair luster, color flatness and panelist preferences. Data collection by observation method carried out by 30 panelists. Data analysis used by single anova and contiuned with duncan test using spss program version 16 The results of this study have a significant significant effect on the physical properties of hair coloring using figs extract with hydrogen peroxide including target color, hair texture, hair shine, flatness and panelist preferences. Based on the results of Duncans hair coloring test, the best X1 sample obtained with the appropriate target color criteria is red, the resulting texture is very smooth, the hair shine looks light when exposed to light, evenly distributed evenly throughout the hair. The more amount of Angkak extract, the results will be more with the target color, hair texture, hair luster, evenness of color. Keywords: Angkak extract, hydrogen peroxide, hair coloring.

Abstract

The third trimester of pregnancy is often marked by heightened anxiety as mothers approach childbirth. Unmanaged anxiety may negatively affect both maternal psychological well-being and fetal health. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing relaxation in reducing anxiety among third-trimester pregnant women. A pre-experimental design with one-group pretest–posttest was applied to 24 eligible participants. The intervention consisted of deep breathing exercises conducted for two weeks, 2–3 times per week, each lasting 10–15 minutes. Anxiety levels were assessed using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS). Results revealed a decrease in mean anxiety scores from 11.12 (pretest) to 8.08 (posttest), with a mean reduction of 3.04 points. The Wilcoxon test showed a significant difference (p = 0.000, p < 0.05) between pre- and post-intervention scores. These findings confirm that deep breathing relaxation is effective in lowering anxiety during the third trimester of pregnancy. Practical implications highlight the importance of incorporating this technique into antenatal care programs, not only as a relaxation strategy but also as a structured component of maternal education and psychological support prior to delivery.
