Abstract

ABSTRACT Research shows that to review how the government's accountability of Badung regency in implementing grants. Research uses descriptive qualitative. The research uses the public sector accountability theory with transparency, accountability, control, responsibility and resposivity indicators. The results showed some inhibitions to public such as lack of information on understanding and obedience to the rules of law in the use of grants provision, lack of seriousness in the government of Badung Regency In conducting inspections with partial monitoring results using samples, grant conditions are not in accordance with the accuracy of their respective types and instructions for confirmation of the determination of the recipient public Not carried out by the regent wholly but also by the House of Representatives can be an opportunity to achieve moral in the community for personal benefit.
