Abstract

Ibadah qurban merupakan ibadah pemotongan hewan qurban yang diselenggarakan setiap tahun oleh umat muslim diseluruh dunia tepatnya saat merayakan hari besar aidil adha. Dengan demikian, ibadah qurban secara tidak langsung akan berdampak terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi dan budaya masyarakat dimana ibadah qurban tersebut dilaksanakan. Dari aspek sosial ekonomi ibadah qurban tidak hanya hanya sebatas ritual kegamaan semata tetapi juga bisa sebagai penggerak perekonomian masyarakat terutama dalam pengadaan hewan qurban.. Selanjutnya dalam aspek sosial budaya adalah bagaimana ibadah qurban dapat mengubah gaya hidup umat menjadi lebih sederhana yang jauh dari sifat konsumerisme dan gaya hidup berlebihan. Permasalahan yang selama terjadi di masyarakat adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat (jamaah) tentang hikmah dari ibadah qurban terutama dari aspek sosial ekonomi dan budaya. Pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat (jamaah) terhadap hikmah dari ibadah qurban teruitama dari aspek sosial ekonomi dan budaya. Kegiatan ini dilakukan di mesjid Istiqlal Kelurahan Sidomulyo Timur, Kecataman Marpoyan Damai, Kota Pekanbaru. Pendekatan yang dilakukan adalah ceramah dan diskusi, yaitu dengan memberikan penjelasan materi secara tutorial dan diskusi serta memberikan contoh pengelolaan dan pelaksanaan ibadah qurban yang dapat meningkatkan dampak sosial ekonomi dan budaya masyarakat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penerapan e-filing, tingkat pemahaman perpajakan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak orang pribadi dengan sosialisasi pajak sebagai variabel moderasi pada KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan”. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari kuesioner (primer) yang dibagikan kepada wajib pajak yang terdaftar di KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan dengan metode sampling incidental. Jumlah kuesioner yang dapat dianalisis adalah 100 kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang di gunakan pada penelitian ini adalah dengan uji regersi linear berganda dan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan e-filing,tingkat pemahaman perpajakan dan kesadaran wajib pajak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak. Serta untuk sosialisasi pajak dapat memoderasi (memperkuat) hubungan penerapan e-filing,tingkat pemahaman perpajakan dan kesadaran wajib pajak terhadap kepatuhan wajib pajak

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe the quality of service to customer satisfaction at the BRI bank KCP Panam Pekanbaru. The type of data in this study is secondary data. Data collection methods in this research are field studies and literature studies. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are, first: Customer service plays an important role in the best service to customers. Therefore, Bank BRI KCP Panam Pekanbaru prioritizes appearance standards for its customer service, such as dressing politely, neatly and cleanly. Second: Customer service as a communicator is in charge of providing all information about bank products or services to customers, accommodating customer complaints and objections. Bank BRI KCP Panam Pekanbaru prioritizes customer service to carry out tasks according to standard operating procedures. For this reason, the customer service of Bank BRI KCP Panam Pekanbaru must be smiling, fluent, friendly, calm and patient in serving every customer.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived risk, and perceived trust on the use of e-money among consumers at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Pekanbaru Branch. In this study the method used for data collection was a questionnaire. The population in this study are Indomarco consumers who use e-money Indomarco Apps at PT. Indomarco Adi Prima Pekanbaru Branch. Sampling using random sampling method, with a total sample of 294 respondents. This research is a quantitative study with the data obtained processed using IBM Statistics SPSS 26. The results of the study indicate that the variables perceived benefits, perceived convenience, perceived risks, and perceived trust partially affect the variable use of e-money.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of tax incentives, understanding of taxation and tax services on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan in 2018-2022. Apart from that, this research is expected to become material for consideration at KPP Pratama to consider tax incentives and provide an understanding of taxation to users and serve tax users well. The method in this study uses quantitative methods. The population in this study is the tax payer users at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru, amounting to 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling, namely the entire sampling is based on the objectives and considerations of the researcher. Data that can be processed using SPSS 26 Software. The results of this study explain that tax incentives, understanding of taxation and tax services partially and simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance at KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan in 2018-2022. The magnitude of the influence of tax incentives, understanding of taxation and tax services with an Adjusted R Square value of 83.9%.
