Abstract

Skincare products become one of beauty products need for increasing beauty and facial health. Needs in fulfiling facial care including economic treatment change on Millenial Generation. Bassed on fenomenon, this research is aimed to know islamic branding, product quality, and lifestyle to interest of  skincare product purchase to Millenial Generation in Kudus Regency. Analysing methode use is kuantitatife research with multiple linier regression  technique using SPSS’16. Sampling used is non probability sampling and purposive sampling. Research result shows that Islamic branding has signifcant influence to purchase of skincare product, products quality  have signifcant influence to purchase of skincare product, and lifestyle has signifcant influence to purchase of skincare products.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengkomparasi Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) dan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) mengalami pergerakan harga saham yang cukup signifikan, dimana dapat diperbandingkan dalam dua periode yaitu pra vaksinasi dan pasca vaksinasi covid-19 di Indonesia. metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan seluruh perusahaan/emiten yang terdaftar di Indeks Saham Syariah Indonesia (ISSI) dan Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) pada periode pra vaksinasi (Maret – Desember 2020) dan pasca vaksinasi (Januari – Oktober 2021) dengan jumlah 435 perusahaan (data emiten per 1 November 2021) untuk indeks saham ISSI, 30 perusahaan untuk indeks saham JII. Metode analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 23.00, dimana diawali dengan pengujian statistik deskriptif, uji normalitas data menggunakan skewness, dan uji hipotesis berupa uji paired sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan dari pergerakan indeks saham ISSI dan JII secara signifikan pada periode sebelum dan setelah masa vaksinasi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Hal ini dikarenakan periode sebelum diadakannya vaksinasi Covid-19 dianggap menjadi masa yang menunjukkan pergerakan indeks saham syariah paling rendah dikarenakan adanya kepanikan oleh para investor akibat adanya pandemi Covid-19. Kebanyakan investor mulai menjual banyak sahamnya di periode pra vaksinasi dan hal ini menjadikan harga saham syariah di BEI menurun. Namun pada masa pasca vaksinasi atau program vaksinasi covid-19 mulai digalakkan di Indonesia, pergerakan indeks saham syariah mulai mengalami peningkatan karena kepanikan investor akibat Covid-19 yang mulai berkurang.

Abstract

The Samin Klopodhuwur community is a group of people who still choose a naturalist lifestyle in their lives, but have relevant and strong values and norms. The teachings inherited from the ancestors of the Samin people are still maintained and preserved. The purpose of this study is first to find out what Saminism values shape entrepreneurial attitudes. Second is to find out to what extent Samin's entrepreneurial value contributes to the economic welfare of the Samin community. This research is field research using the qualitative method with the phenomenological approach. Researchers conducted research on the Samin tribe in Klopodhuwur, Blora Regency, regarding the appreciation of Samin's teaching values, its role in shaping entrepreneurial attitudes. The data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and documentation for each informant who was the subject of the study. The results of this study indicate that, First Values of Saminism of the people of Kopodhuwur Village, Blora Regency, which are still firmly held in an entrepreneurial attitude, honest, independent, disciplined, friendly and keep promises. Second, by establishing the basic values of Samin's teachings such as being honest, independent, disciplined, friendly and keeping promises applied to entrepreneurial values, the Klopodhuwur village community already has performances in entrepreneurship to improve the economic welfare of the Samin people
