Abstract

Kompres hangat dan plester kompres merupakan penatalaksanaan non farmakologis yangdapat diberikan kepada bayi yang mengalami demam. Apabila demam pada bayi tidak segeraditangani maka dapat mengakibatkan kerusakan jaringan khususnya sistem syaraf pusat dan otot,sehingga dapat mengakibatkan kematian. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahuiperbandingan efektivitas kompres hangat dan plester kompres dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh padabayi usia 0-1 tahun yang mengalami demam di Puskesmas Bergas Kabupaten SemarangPenelitian ini menggunakan rancangan non equivalent contrl group design. Banyaknyasampel yang digunakan dalam penelitan ini adalah 30 bayi dengan 15 bayi pada masing-masingperlakuan yang dipilih dengan cara accidental sampling. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 20 menitpada masing-masing perlakuan dengan meletakkan waslap hangat pada area frontal, aksila,inguinal, sedangkan plester kompres hanya pada area frontal.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan yang signifikan suhu tubuh bayi sebelum dansesudah diberikan kompres hangat di Puskesmas Bergas Kab. Semarang dengan p-value 0,000 < α(0,05), ada perbedaan yang signifikan suhu tubuh bayi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan plesterkompres di Puskesmas Bergas Kab. Semarang dengan p-value 0,000 < α (0,05), ada perbedaan yangsignifikan efektivitas kompres hangat dan plester kompres dalam menurunkan suhu tubuh bayi yangmengalami demam di Puskesmas Bergas Kab. Semarang p-value 0,007 < α (0,05), dimana kompreshangat lebih efektif menurunkan suhu tubuh bayi usia 0-1 tahun yang mengalami demamdibandingkan dengan plester kompres.Disarankan kepada keluarga dan instansi untuk dapat mengaplikasikan metode kompreshangat untuk menurunkan suhu tubuh pada bayi usia 0-1 yang mengalami demam.

Abstract

The stories in the Al-Quran are great literary works that have certain goals and themes, and function to provide wisdom and inspiration for their readers. These stories are not told sequentially and at length, but are often repeated with certain characteristics. The purpose of the stories in the Koran is to convey the truth, direct religious aspects, and provide inspiration so that people can improve their lives. The Koran is a guide to life for Muslims and contains stories and history that are worth emulating. The stories in the Qur’an are divided into three types, namely stories of the prophets, stories of previous people, and stories of the Prophet’s time. The stories in the Qur'an have different characteristics from the stories created by humans. The article discusses various points of view of Al-Quran stories and their relevance in moral education, including methods of understanding Al-Quran stories, the importance of stories in Al-Quran education, and the values ​​contained in Al-Quran stories. Sayyid Qutb’s work on fine art in the Koran is also one of the references in this article. The data analysis method used is inductive and comparative. From this analysis, the article concludes that the stories in the Koran have high moral and pedagogical value and can be a guide for Muslims in everyday life. or interpretations. The abstract should be an objective representation of the article and it must not contain results that are not presented and substantiated in the main text and should not exaggerate the main conclusions.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to review and determine the abilities and roles of teachers in reading the Koran for class III students at SDN Pancinongan Unggulan. This research is descriptive qualitative, which aims to describe and discover symptoms or phenomena in detail and in depth without using measurements. The method applied in this research is a descriptive method, which aims to describe a symptom or event systematically and accurately in a particular area. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data in this research can be divided into two types, namely primary data sources and secondary data sources. The data analysis technique applied in this research is qualitative data analysis using the Miles and Huberman model data analysis technique. The technical stages of the analysis are data reduction, data display and construction or verification. This research resulted in interest in reading the Al-Qur'an for class III students at Paccinongan Unggulan State Elementary School, namely that at Pacciongan Unggulan Elementary School, there was still a majority of class III students who still lacked the will, due to the lack of improvement and quality of Al-Quran teachers and lack of motivation. and encouragement from parents in increasing interest in reading the Al-Quran and the role of teachers in increasing interest and ability to read the Al-Quran involves the process of educating, guiding and nurturing students.
